It was a wonderful, very cozy Accommodation. From the moment you step through the entrance, a beautiful world opens up. The Room, the main house, and all the interior decor were lovely—I found myself wishing I could live in a home like this. I will definitely come again. Thank you very much.

We were truly impressed by the wonderful hospitality and the Accommodation.
As others have said, thanks to your attentive service and hospitality—above all, your heartfelt care—we were able to spend our entire stay feeling comfortable and warmly welcomed. Once again, we were captivated by the wonderful interior design and atmosphere, with thoughtful attention to every detail of the space and the Room. We would love to visit again. It was a wonderful, memorable accommodation.
The location is very convenient, and both the Room quality and the Accommodation’s hospitality were excellent. I really enjoyed talking with the staff at the Facility. It also seems that there are quite a few international guests and guests traveling with pets. I’d always struggled to fully relax in a sauna before, but this was my first time truly experiencing that “reset” feeling. If I have one regret, it’s that I should have chosen the longest session so I could take my time. There’s a stylish poster inside the sauna explaining how to use it, so I recommend reading it carefully before you start. I ended up starting a little later than my Reservation time, but since there were no bookings after mine, they kindly offered to extend my end time. Breakfast was served in a lovely lounge space. You can tell they pay attention to the tableware and ingredients, and it was all-you-can-eat and genuinely delicious! I’d love to stay again, and it’s an Accommodation I’d happily recommend to friends.

Take your time.
We stayed as two women. The atmosphere from the lobby was great, and the interior was lovely, which lifted our spirits. We were able to spend a comfortable time, including in the Room. We will visit again when we go to Kyoto. Thank you very much!

I used this place to celebrate a birthday. The Facility was clean, and the traditional Kyoto-style design of the house was charming. The staff who welcomed us were friendly, making us feel very warm and comfortable. I will visit again.

A relaxing accommodation.
Just one subway stop from Kyoto Station, the location is convenient with many small, delicious eateries nearby. Within a 10-minute walk, you can visit famous spots like Imanishiken for ohagi, Suetomi for traditional Japanese sweets, and the charming shop Ki to Ne—perfect for a leisurely stroll. The accommodation we stayed in was a two-story maisonette. The lighting and furniture were thoughtfully selected, and even the provided coffee and shampoo were of excellent quality. The owner has lived in Europe, blending European and Japanese styles seamlessly throughout the space. The living room, bathroom sink area, toilet, and bath are equipped with floor heating—a detail that shows their care in welcoming guests warmly. Breakfast at the heated dining table was just right in portion size with delicate flavors; Shinshindo's toast was delightful paired with exquisite marmalade (I regret not asking where to buy it!). The staff clearly share guest information among themselves to provide attentive service. Even casual conversations were handled politely—it made me realize how much people make an accommodation special during my trip to Kyoto. This is definitely an accommodation I’d recommend to friends!

It was a completely satisfying stay.
Located in the heart of Kyoto yet incredibly quiet, this place offers a relaxing and home-like atmosphere. The staff provided warm and attentive service, making the stay even more comfortable. Although we were told breakfast would be simple, everything—bread, soup, coffee, and yogurt—was absolutely delicious. When we returned with some sweets from a nearby shop, they kindly offered plates and forks without us even asking, which was truly touching. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto!

Wonderful Stays
I made a reservation for a property that feels like staying at someone's home, not a hotel or an apartment with a kitchen, and I liked it. It was like renting a room for two days, just as I thought. I was able to spend my time as if I were living there. The books placed in the room and the salon made me feel like I was traveling to another country, even though I was in Kyoto. I can feel the owner's thoughts. I think it's a property where you can spend a wonderful time.

It was excellent.
This was my first time using the service. I had high expectations from the reviews and information provided, but upon visiting, the comfort exceeded my expectations. I stayed for two nights, and returning to the property after going out felt as relaxing and peaceful as being in my own home. The breakfast was simple yet had a touch of care, making it a satisfying and gentle start to the day! The staff at the property were all wonderful, and I am truly grateful for the amazing time I had.

It was an incredibly happy space.
A bright and pleasant place with a nice flow of air. The owner's stylish sense is evident in the details, and the room's interior is sophisticated yet provides a comfortable space to relax. The delicious breakfast and luxurious private sauna were also very satisfying! All the staff were very warm, and I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

A peaceful time different from the everyday routine.
It was my first time staying around Kyoto Station. When looking for accommodation, I wanted a place where I could feel the calmness of Kyoto and not feel that the room was small. From what I saw online, the room seemed spacious, and the in-room bath looked substantial, leaving a very good impression. When I checked in on the day of my reservation, the room was exactly as I imagined, with a nice atmosphere, a comfortable sofa, a sink, and even dish rentals for eating takeout. I genuinely felt glad to have chosen this hotel. The location is not too far from the station, and there are restaurants and cafes nearby, so I could walk around after checking in. Although there was no dinner, breakfast was gentle and seemed healthy (the bread was very delicious). The good location allowed me to make reservations at nearby restaurants and enjoy dinner while strolling, so I didn't mind the lack of dinner. I also appreciated being able to bring food back to the hotel and made full use of it. There was also a sauna available for hourly rental, which I couldn't use this time but would like to try. The best part of using this hotel was the staff's service. I had some questions beforehand, which I asked via email, and they answered everything thoroughly. They were also very kind and detailed in their explanations on-site. The only concerns I had were about the parking situation when there are many guests, as the building is still new and has a lot of wooden interiors, so I hope it remains clean for my next visit. Also, the fact that all rooms are non-smoking (this is entirely a personal opinion as a smoker, haha). Overall, I used the hotel without any worries or complaints. Thank you for your prior email correspondence. My trip to Kyoto turned out to be truly wonderful.
