    New Facility amenities.

    As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless. The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning. Since it is set a little back from the road, we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet. We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway. Despite the typhoon’s impact, we still enjoyed a barbecue! Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. We would love to stay again.

    The Accommodation wa...

    The Accommodation was wonderful—very clean and well stocked with amenities! The only downside was that the sofa backrest moves, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit on.

    It was wonderful.

    We stayed with our family of four and our dog. The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful and breathtaking. We also received welcome drinks and a cute original bag as a gift, which made our New Year holiday truly wonderful. Thank you very much.

    A bit disappointing

    The Facility itself was nice and the staff were kind, but there was noticeable trash and dust, such as disposable slippers and used bandages from a previous guest under the bed, and debris and dust in the corners where items had been placed.

    Both my family and our dog were delighted.

    This was my first time staying here, and it was very clean and comfortable. The dog run is spacious, and our dog seemed to enjoy running around! It became a memorable family trip, so we will definitely stay here again next time.

    It was excellent.

    It was excellent. Consideration for pets was well thought out. Almost all imaginable kitchen utensils were provided. There was a microwave, but perhaps no toaster (I wanted to toast some bread). Since the Facility is new, everything was clean and beautiful. I would love to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    This was my first stay, and it was excellent. The surrounding environment of Lake Yamanaka is rich in nature and very relaxing, with a great location offering clear views of Mount Fuji. The accommodation also showed thoughtful consideration for dogs, which was wonderful. The indoor slippers were quite thin; it would have been better if they were at least one rank higher in quality, though I understand cost considerations. Additionally, the lint roller for cleaning had almost run out and there were no refills available, which caught my attention. However, overall it was a great experience, so I rate it highly.

    Stylish Private House

    A perfect place for a family getaway with our dog! The stylish house was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy quality time together. Located very close to Lake Yamanaka, we loved taking morning walks in the area. We would definitely love to stay here again!

    It was our first fam...

    It was our first family trip with a pet. The private rental property had a lawn garden, allowing us to relax without worrying about others. We enjoyed a BBQ and later watched a movie using the projector. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance.

    The ultimate peaceful and relaxing accommodation

    We stayed from June 1st with two adults, two children, and one French Bulldog. The accommodation is located away from the center of the Yamanakako tourist area, making it very quiet. Although the road leading to the accommodation was a bit narrow, the parking lot was spacious enough, so there were no issues. The kids and our dog had a great time running around and playing with bubbles in the large garden. At night, we cooked in the kitchen while enjoying a bit of BBQ outside, ending with roasted marshmallows for dessert! All amenities and equipment reflected the owner's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The overhead shower in the bathroom was a first-time experience for our kids, who were excited to try it out. With bedrooms on the first floor, everything was conveniently laid out for easy access. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we could only catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji's peak early in the morning on our second day. We also saw many swans along Lake Yamanaka's shore! Next time we hope to visit on a sunny day as revenge for this trip’s weather—we will definitely return!

    We stayed with our family of four and one dog during Golden Week. You can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji from the room or relax on the outdoor wooden deck while taking in the scenery. The interior was very clean, odor-free, and provided a comfortable stay. The decor and amenities were stylish and inspiring. The garden is spacious, allowing both children and dogs to run around safely. For dinner, we had a BBQ with pork, sausages, and bacon purchased from a nearby butcher shop. All necessary tableware was provided, making it very convenient. Although it's beyond their control, there is an unmaintained reservoir next to the accommodation that felt slightly untidy—this was a minor disappointment. The wine and beer gifted by the owner were absolutely delicious—a delightful surprise! This is an accommodation we would love to stay at again!

    It was amazing!!

    We stayed with my husband, our one-year-old twins, my parents, and two dogs. The Facility was clean and stylish, with great taste in appliances and cutlery! The bathroom had a spacious changing area, which was very helpful for dressing the kids. The showerhead being ReFa was also a nice touch! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great; on the morning of checkout, there was heavy snow that buried our car. The caretakers came to shovel the snow for us, which was a big help! It's a shame we couldn't let our dogs and kids play in the wonderful dog run due to the weather. We’d love to come back during sunny summer days for another try! With a washer-dryer available, I think Multiple Night Stays would be even better here! If I had to suggest anything more perfect about this place—it would be having a dishwasher for added convenience. Everything was impeccably clean down to every detail—absolutely amazing! It felt so good that I could imagine living here. We'll definitely stay again—thank you so much!

    I would like to use it again.

    We stayed with a family of five and one dog. Due to the intense cold wave, we hardly used the dog run, but we were able to relax comfortably indoors. For dinner, we bought ingredients on the way and made Houtou Nabe. The amenities and appliances were stylish, and my daughters really liked them. Having a large humidifier was also a big plus. We would like to come again in warmer seasons!

    A wonderful place with a magnificent view of Mount Fuji.

    This was my first time staying at the property. During our stay, there was an incident where my beloved dog caused some trouble, but the courteous response and consideration were very helpful. Thank you very much. Upon arrival, the manager greeted us, and we received gifts such as drinks from the owner. The interior design and facilities were tasteful, and there was a spacious garden with a dog run, allowing us to fully enjoy our time with our dog. We were looking forward to projecting our favorite movie on the wall with the provided projector and dining in the BBQ area facing the garden. However, we struggled for about two hours to light the charcoal and ended up enjoying grilled meat indoors using the provided IH stove and frying pan. It seems we mistakenly bought binchotan charcoal, which is difficult to light. Next time, we plan to try again with regular charcoal. By the way, we purchased necessary items and ingredients, including charcoal, at a nearby supermarket. They have everything you need. The bath was spacious, and the showerhead was the one familiar from commercials for effectively removing skin impurities. Many of the appliances were reliable Japanese-made products, and the washing machine was also a stylish Japanese design. I wanted to have one myself... The next day, we prepared a simple bento in the convenient kitchen in the morning, took a walk around a nearby lake, and visited a dog run café, making for a very fulfilling holiday. Next time, I would like to stay for two nights, have a BBQ during the day (and succeed this time), visit a nearby onsen, and leisurely enjoy watching movies and listening to music again. It was a wonderful place with a magnificent view of Mount Fuji from both inside and outside. Thank you very much.

    I thought I would like to come again with my important family.

    On our second visit, we stayed in the Silver building with our family of four and three dogs. The manager who welcomed us was friendly to the dogs and efficiently explained everything, allowing us to check in comfortably. As with the Black building, the furniture, appliances, and tableware were all wonderful, and we were able to relax in a well-cleaned room. The dogs were delighted to roam around the private garden with a lawn that was spacious enough for small dogs. We came this time to celebrate a family anniversary and were truly satisfied. We would love to use the property again.

    You can comfortably stay with your beloved dog.

    Located a bit towards the mountain side from the loop road around Lake Yamanaka, with a convenient location near a 7-Eleven. There is a private parking lot and a private dog run, and next to the entrance, there is a pet washing area, as well as barbecue facilities and a small but well-equipped wood terrace. The interior was also thoroughly cleaned, very clean, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. The washing machine is a model that can also dry clothes, which is convenient. The kitchen supplies were fully equipped without any excess or deficiency, and the pet-related supplies were also well-stocked. Thanks to this, we were able to spend our time very comfortably. Thank you very much. I would like to use it again when staying at Lake Yamanaka.

    We stayed for one night with three family members and a large dog. The location was within walking distance to the lakeside, and the room's interior and amenities were very clean and nice. The dog supplies were also well-stocked, and we were very satisfied. Next time, we want to stay for two nights.

    Mount Fuji View

    We rented two cottages, Silver and Black, for 2 dogs, 6 children, and 8 adults. We bought local meat and vegetables and enjoyed a BBQ dinner together in the Black cottage. The spacious dog run, where everyone could run around, was amazing with a view of Mt. Fuji. Also, the bath and washroom were spacious, so even with several children, we could enjoy it without any stress. A clean space with tasteful interior design where both dogs and humans can relax is very precious. I would love to use this place again with dog-loving friends or important people like three generations of family. Thank you for the luxurious time!

    Grandma was also very satisfied.

    We stayed with three generations and our dog. It was very clean, stylish, and the service was excellent, so we were very satisfied. It's just a shame that the pillow height was too high and didn't suit everyone, but everything else was very enjoyable. We would love to visit again.
