    Satisfaction guaranteed for everyone!

    We stayed as a family of four and had an amazing time enjoying the spacious private area (including our dog) with no outside interruptions. Highlights included BBQing with the Brio1King Grill (both indoors and poolside), relaxing in the sauna, outdoor jacuzzi bath, and endless fun in the pool. The kids especially loved lighting the fireplace, starting a bonfire in the garden to roast marshmallows and sweet potatoes, playing table tennis and karaoke in the annex, and sleeping on bunk beds. With its well-equipped facilities, this accommodation caters to various preferences, ensuring a highly satisfying stay for everyone!

    Beautiful Villa

    It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    We stayed from Decem...

    We stayed from December 4th for a 2-night, 3-day trip with my wife, daughter and her husband, son and his wife, three grandchildren, and our silly Chihuahua—9 people plus one dog. We had high expectations based on the excellent reviews, and it truly lived up to them. The facilities were clean and met all of our needs perfectly. The kids were thrilled with the entertainment room equipped with karaoke, a ping-pong table, and an air hockey table—they played until the very last minute before check-out. During check-in, the manager kindly explained various facilities to us. Regarding the pool, we were warned that dogs might jump in unexpectedly. To our surprise, despite disliking water even in summer, our dog dove into the pool! We panicked at first but were relieved when the manager quickly rescued him using a provided net. Even during off-season periods like this one, the pool is maintained for guests to use after enjoying the sauna—it was clean thanks to installed cleaning equipment inside. Our dog came out safe (and even cleaner than before!).

    It was a wonderful stay!

    We stayed for 3 nights with a group of 10 lecturers and staff while hosting an event in the multipurpose room. At check-in, we were given detailed instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances, sauna, and fireplace, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. We ordered both shabu-shabu and BBQ meals, and both featured excellent ingredients that were absolutely delicious with generous portions that left us completely satisfied. Both our staff members and the guests who attended the event were delighted to spend time in such a wonderful space. We would love to stay here again!

    Two generations, grandchildren, 2 Rough Collies

    The Facility and meals were excellent. The pool is heated until the end of October, and although it started to cool down on 10/29, we were still able to enjoy it fully. With amenities like a sauna, karaoke, billiards, and more, one night was not enough to enjoy everything. The manager's detailed explanations made our stay very pleasant.

    I have stayed at various one-building rental accommodations before, but I have never experienced such a high level of satisfaction as I did here. With amenities like a sauna, pool, jacuzzi, spacious living area, and fire pit space, every aspect was designed for comfort. The covered BBQ area was also a great feature, allowing us to enjoy it without worrying about the weather. The location offers an incredible view of Mount Fuji right in front of you; however, unfortunately, it rained during our stay and we couldn't fully enjoy the scenery. I definitely want to come back on a sunny day for another visit. Our 2-night stay was incredibly fulfilling and truly refreshing. This is an amazing facility that I would love to visit again!

    Meals

    The facility was well-equipped and excellent. Last year, we prepared meals ourselves using the provided ingredients, which was challenging and left no time to enjoy with everyone. This time, we had a chef come in, but for the price, the meals were not particularly unique. While the portions were sufficient, a bit more creativity would have been appreciated. It's rare to find such a well-equipped facility. An outstanding facility!

    Too much fun, time flew by!

    Stayed for one night from May 10th. We arrived a bit early, but thanks to the kind staff, we were allowed to use the leisure facilities ahead of time. We enjoyed table tennis, air hockey, darts, and billiards with the kids and had a great start to our stay. After that, we had fun with activities like swimming in the pool, BBQing, and enjoying a campfire. The bunk beds were especially popular with the kids! All the appliances were stylish and made cooking enjoyable as well. Having both a washing machine and dryer was incredibly helpful since we used the pool daily. It became such a wonderful memory for us—thank you for an amazing time!

    Enjoy blissful moments with three generations of your family.

    Not only could we see Mount Fuji, but it was also the beautiful cherry blossom season, making our first three-generation family trip a truly enjoyable experience. The Hotel's services allowed us to have private moments together, which felt luxurious. We enjoyed unlimited karaoke and billiards, while our dog ran freely in the spacious garden. For meals, we savored shabu-shabu made with the finest ingredients and indulged in a long éclair dessert of an impressive size we'd never seen before. Everything was delicious. The sauna even provided non-woven fabric outfits for everyone to wear as we enjoyed it together along with the jacuzzi. The weather was perfect—not too hot or cold—making it an ideal time for creating wonderful memories as a three-generation family. Thank you to all the staff!

    We stayed for one night with 11 people. The spacious living room with high ceilings, the wide lawn where we could even enjoy a campfire, and the separate leisure facility made our stay so wonderful that one night was not enough to fully enjoy it. The kitchen tools were well-equipped, making it an ideal setup for those who love cooking. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed every moment so much that we didn’t want to sleep. The environment was excellent, and everything was well-maintained, allowing us to have a very pleasant stay. The staff during check-in and check-out were extremely polite, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

    I was satisfied with the luxurious Facility.

    We stayed with 2 people and 3 pets. Since the Property accommodates over 10 people, the vast grounds and spacious Facility with high ceilings provided a sense of openness, giving us the atmosphere of an overseas resort. With a sauna, pool, entertainment options, and a dog run, we were able to enjoy our time to the fullest. We chose a Plan without meals, but a large supermarket just a 5-minute drive away had everything we needed, making the location excellent. The manager who guided us through the Facility was very polite and left a great impression. Thank you very much.

    With close friends

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. I finally had the chance to visit the Property I had been very curious about. In one word, it was amazing. Everyone had a wonderful time and felt truly relaxed. This Property had everything we needed, allowing us to spend our time without any inconvenience. It was a very meaningful space. I believe it is a Property suitable for various purposes, whether for families or groups of friends. The meals were also excellent. I will definitely visit again. Looking forward to the next time.

    The best time and space

    We stayed with my husband, parents, and two dogs. We have stayed at various properties and hotels that allow dogs, but this was the best facility we have ever experienced. Upon arrival, we received a detailed explanation of how to use the facility, and afterward, we were able to enjoy a very relaxing time in our own private space. Everything we needed was provided, and items like chargers, hairdryers, shampoo, and indoor wear were all of high quality. Usually, we bring our own items, but next time we plan to come empty-handed. We researched the facility through videos beforehand, and while the scenery was impressive, the facility was also thoroughly cleaned, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably. I thought the price was exceptional. We truly didn't have enough time. Next time, we plan to book a multiple night stay.

    It was a wonderful H...

    It was a wonderful Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The meal was BBQ, and both seafood and meat were delicious and plentiful. The garden was large, and we could have many dog runs. We also made full use of the game room. Both children and adults had a great time. We will use it again someday.

    I was able to spend my time leisurely.

    We stayed with my parents, my spouse, our daughter, and one dog. The room's layout and usability were excellent, providing a space where privacy was maintained, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable family time. Above all, the spacious grounds that could be used as a dog run made our dog extremely happy! Seeing our dog's joyful appearance brought smiles to all our faces. The fact that there is a facility where you can play table tennis and karaoke was also wonderful and made our stay perfect. We have stayed at countless hotels and vacation rentals, but we are delighted to have found a place we want to visit again. We look forward to staying again in a different season.

    It was the best Facility!

    We stayed with a family of five and one dog! The garden was very spacious, and we were moved to see our dog running around happily. The interior was very warm and comfortable with underfloor heating and a wood stove! The children enjoyed karaoke, table tennis, and billiards from morning till night! It was a pity that we couldn't use the pool due to the season, so we would like to visit again in the summer.

    For family trips

    The place was just like the photos! We stayed with 4 adults and 1 dog. Our usually timid dog, who doesn't even go for walks, was able to run freely in the garden because it was such a quiet place, and it was touching to see. Just for that, I think it was worth choosing this place. Satisfaction level: 120 points! The Facility was very clean, and the manager's response was excellent. The warm indirect lighting, spacious living room, and the sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for refreshing our tired bodies! The interior was cozy and warm with underfloor heating and a wood stove, making it very comfortable! Everything was so wonderful, and we were satisfied with everything! It was a 2-day, 1-night trip, but it was so comfortable that we wished we could have stayed 2 more nights... We will definitely use it again!!

    I had the best time with my colleagues.

    Everything is as shown in the photos. It is a very beautiful Facility. There are thoughtful touches everywhere, allowing for a pleasant stay. Although we visited in early December, the surrounding area was in the late stages of autumn foliage, which was beautifully colored, and we were able to enjoy a great time viewing Mount Fuji through the gaps. One point of surprise was that the FAQ mentioned that aroma was provided at the sauna, but it was explained as if it were obvious that it was not available. If it is not provided or cannot be used, it might be better to correct this information, as many guests may look forward to the sauna. Nonetheless, it was an overall wonderful Facility. We will use it again.

    The Best Group Trip

    We found VILLA SAISON FUJI as a cottage for five families to meet between the Osaka group and the Tokyo group. We were very satisfied. The Facility and meals were satisfactory, and the view of Mt. Fuji right in front of us was overwhelming. I think it is the best environment where small children, adults, and pets can enjoy as long as you follow the precautions. We would like to use it again if we have the opportunity. Please continue to maintain this quality. Thank you very much.

    We stayed for one night and two days with three generations, a total of nine people. We brought our own ingredients and had a barbecue indoors, which allowed us to deepen our friendship.     Kanreki Celebration

    I stayed with my husband, sons, and two beloved dogs, making a total of six people and two dogs, to celebrate my 60th birthday. First of all, I was impressed by the very spacious natural grass dog run! The dogs seemed happy running around. We also had a very comfortable stay in the spacious and stylishly equipped Room. We were soothed by the flickering fire of the wood stove, amazed by the glass-walled sauna, and had a memorable experience roasting marshmallows around the garden's fire pit, something we don't usually do. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but we could see a glimpse of Mt. Fuji from the Room. The Plan with BBQ ingredients was well-received by everyone! The whole roasted chicken and ajillo were delicious. My family prepared a big cake and presents at the lovely villa, which was very touching. We had unlimited access to billiards and karaoke, and there wasn't enough time to enjoy everything. I would love to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Three-family trip with dogs

    We visited for my parents' golden wedding anniversary with three families and a dog. Not only was the facility well-equipped, but the BBQ plan prepared for us to cook ourselves was exceptionally delicious. The attentive service made it the best family trip ever, and we are truly grateful. Our beloved dog also had a fantastic time, reaching maximum excitement at the dog run.
