This was our second ...
This was our second stay as a couple with our dog. Because it is a private rental house with exterior walls, we didn’t have to worry about the surroundings and were able to relax and enjoy a luxurious time in the Room. For meals, the ingredients were prepared in the refrigerator and we cooked for ourselves, but the recipes made it easy to prepare everything smoothly. We also appreciated that the menu was different on the second night, so we never got bored. The staff were very polite and kind. Even if we had questions, we could reach them by phone, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. It was also great fun chatting during check-in and check-out. Our dog looked happy from start to finish. It was an Accommodation that makes us want to come back again for sure.

A Blissful Accommodation to Enjoy with Your Dog
The dog run was a spacious yard with no obstacles, so our 1-year-old dog could run around safely. The building itself was modern, stylish, and very clean, and everything was well maintained and comfortable. The meal ingredients were prepped in advance—just follow the recipe and it turns out absolutely delicious! During our stay, we heard cuckoos calling—something we never hear at home—and it was so soothing to see our dog react to the sound. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon it was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but we were more than satisfied just watching our dog relax and enjoy himself. We’ll definitely be back!

Simply wonderful.
The Room was simple and easy to use, and I stayed comfortably throughout my visit. What I especially liked was the bath and sauna. The bath was very clean and quite spacious. I was able to relax and relieve my fatigue. The sauna was also more authentic than I expected, and it felt great to work up a good sweat. It was easy to use the cold plunge and take breaks, and I didn’t expect to be able to unwind this well while traveling. My plan was No Meals Included, but that made it easy to use casually, and it’s also a good option for those who want to enjoy dining nearby. Highly recommended for anyone who prioritizes the bath and sauna. I’d like to stay again if I’m in the area. The place looked even better in person, so I thought the photos could be taken a bit better. Also, just my personal opinion: one of the Rooms could potentially have a king bed.

This is my second stay.
Last time I stayed one night in the hotel, and this time I stayed two nights in the house. The hotel’s sauna is outdoors, while the house has a sauna inside the bathroom, and I enjoyed both in different ways. Above all, with Mt. Fuji right in front of you and no obstructions at all, I don’t think there is any other dog-friendly Accommodation where you can experience such a spectacular view. Mt. Fuji can be seen beautifully from every Room. The living room is outdoors, but the electric blanket was warm and it felt wonderful—almost like an open-air bath experience. I ordered meals for both nights, and both were delicious. You cook them yourself, but everything is prepared for you, so it turned out with a professional taste. The second night’s meal was my first time trying it here, and I was glad it was a different menu as well. I also enjoyed hand-roasting coffee beans myself. Even the popcorn was quietly outstanding! The only inconvenience was that there wasn’t a tea strainer or small plastic bags among the Facility items—adding them would be very helpful. I’d love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I’ll be back.
We stayed in the house. Since we were traveling with a baby, the electric sauna made temperature control easy. With no need to deal with firewood, we could fully focus on relaxing. What surprised us most was the food. Being able to enjoy meals of this quality in a private setting felt like an incredible luxury. In this beautifully functional space, I was able to completely reset my mind with my family. It was an outstanding Accommodation—streamlined and free of waste, much like a highly functional backpack.

Accommodation Where You Can Feel the Energy of Mt. Fuji
We had an amazing time with breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji, delicious meals, and excellent Facilities. Cooking together with my wife using the latest kitchen appliances, following the detailed instructions, was a wonderful memory. Seeing majestic Mt. Fuji from the bath and sauna made us feel recharged with energy. We traveled with our dog this time, but not being able to bring our dog into the bedroom may have been stressful for a dog that usually sleeps in the same Room as us. A small sofa in the dining Room might have made it even more comfortable.

Excellent Facility
Our family of four and one dog stayed for two nights. The garden was spacious, and our dog loved running around. During the day we enjoyed stunning views of Mt. Fuji, and at night a sky full of stars. For dinner, all the ingredients and recipes were provided, and we enjoyed four delicious dishes. Compared with a typical BBQ, it was an even more satisfying experience overall. We also got to try making popcorn and roasting coffee beans, among other activities—all of which were delicious. The bathroom was large and even had a sauna, so we could truly relax. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

It was a luxurious, peaceful time with the presence of Mt. Fuji.
This was a wonderful private Accommodation with a dynamic view of Mt. Fuji. The Room featured a simple, refined design and was spacious and very comfortable. Because it is rented as an entire house, we could relax without worrying about others and enjoy a truly unhurried stay. The kitchen and Facility were well equipped. We usually eat out often, but it had been a long time since we enjoyed cooking this much. In addition to the sauna, we spent time roasting coffee beans and playing board games, which helped us unplug from our phones and unwind. Honestly, one night wasn’t enough. Next time, I’d like to make a Reservation for two nights.

Sauna and Dining with Stunning Views
We stayed here for our year-end trip. Before our visit, we called to inquire about road conditions and received very polite and helpful responses, which made us look forward to the stay even more. When we arrived, we were amazed by the breathtaking view and the spacious garden. The sauna is designed so that you can see Mt. Fuji from its window, as well as from every room including the bedroom and living room—truly impressive! The sauna itself is spacious with four chairs inside. We were initially concerned about whether it would heat up properly but found that you can adjust the settings in detail; we set it at 95°C, which was perfectly hot for us! For those who prefer less heat, lower settings are also available. There’s a door next to the cold bath that allows you to enjoy an outdoor air bath—it felt amazing! Above the cold bath is a ladder leading to a relaxation space where you can gaze at the sky (though I skipped climbing it because of my fear of heights). Amenities include Aesop products, a Repronizer hair dryer, an iron, and even curling irons—a perfect lineup! For meals, all ingredients are pre-prepped with detailed instructions provided on paper. It’s safe and easy enough for children to help out; even my usually rebellious son enjoyed cooking despite not being used to it at home! All seasonings were pre-measured so there was no chance of mistakes—the result was incredibly delicious dishes. He had so much fun doing this too! The portions were very generous; even with three adults and two children in our group, we couldn’t finish everything. A key highlight: no dishwashing required afterward! You simply place used utensils and plates into designated cases—such a stress-free experience compared to typical stays where cleaning up becomes an unexpected chore during Multiple Night Stays. For outdoor fun in the garden area: badminton sets, water guns, skateboards, balance bikes (Striders), hula hoops—you name it—all provided so kids won’t get bored even if you come empty-handed. There’s also a wide selection of board games available indoors. In summary: absolutely fantastic experience—we’d love to return for another trip soon!

We stayed as a family of four with our dog. The view of Mount Fuji right in front of the garden was breathtaking! The garden was very beautiful and spacious, and both the kids and our dog had so much fun! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

Stay with Your Pet
Although I arrived late at night, the communication was very polite and reassuring. The accommodation had everything necessary and was very comfortable to stay in! One small suggestion would be to include a lint roller among the pet supplies. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay! Highly recommended for those with pets.

I wish I could stay here forever.
Absolutely amazing. The best experience ever. You can see Mount Fuji clearly from every Room without any obstructions. While eating, bathing, enjoying the sauna, or even lying down—Mount Fuji is always in view! Additionally, the garden is spacious, and children seemed to enjoy running around freely. (Living in the city usually doesn’t allow for parks where they can run or kick a ball as much as they want...) I definitely want to stay here again...

Perfect for groups
We stayed here as a group with our friends, a couple who love saunas but haven't had the chance to enjoy one leisurely since having their child, and us as another couple. The sauna could be set to high temperatures, and there were two baths—a cold bath and a warm bath. You could also step outside to enjoy the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji while relaxing, which was incredibly refreshing. The kitchen was separate from the bedrooms, and the two bedrooms were divided with proper doors for privacy. There were also two sinks in the bathroom area, making it convenient for group use without any issues. The meals were delicious, and at night we enjoyed beautiful stars in a quiet setting. It was a perfect way to refresh while surrounded by nature.

First-time use
This was our first stay here! From the moment we stepped out of the parking lot, opened the door, and entered inside, we were amazed! Right in front of us was a breathtaking panorama of Mt. Fuji... Exploring inside the Room and walking through the hallway to the bedroom was so exciting. The most impressive part was the bath, cold bath, and sauna! As a sauna enthusiast, I often choose places with saunas, but this one allowed temperature adjustments with no issues like being too lukewarm—absolutely satisfying for any sauna lover!! Since we have a dog, we usually prefer glamping over staying at Hotels. Our dog absolutely loved running around in what seemed like a spacious garden or dog run! We go glamping every month, but we can’t forget this incredible view of Mt. Fuji’s panorama. We definitely want to come back again!! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

This is my third stay at both "Aburasasu Hotel" and "Aburasasu House," and I’m sure I’ll be back again. This is a place you’ll want to return to over and over. During the day, you can take stunning photos of Mt. Fuji from the spacious lawn, and at night, enjoy stargazing in a serene setting. It’s rare to find an accommodation with so little light pollution, making it feel like the view is entirely yours. The sense of exclusivity comes from being in an area with few nearby residents. The dinner set provided is thoughtful—easy to prepare and delicious! You can also visit a nearby supermarket to pick up additional ingredients for creating your own original menu with friends, which adds even more fun. The sauna pairs perfectly with the crisp air of this region, while the amenities and facilities are meticulously designed to make you think, “I love this place.” The building’s design seamlessly reflects its attention to detail. This accommodation is perfect for group trips with friends. From lively dinners in the kitchen, relaxed post-meal chats by the terrace fireplace, sauna challenges like “Who can stay in the cold bath longest?”—to mornings sipping freshly brewed coffee while gazing at Mt. Fuji—it’s all part of an unforgettable experience. For me, Aburasasu feels like both a staple destination for Lake Kawaguchi trips and a comforting home away from home.

Excellent!
We stayed here for a celebratory trip! Although Mount Fuji was covered by clouds during check-in, we were thrilled to see it clearly the next morning. We enjoyed a morning sauna and bath while admiring the stunning view of Mount Fuji. The sauna room heats up quickly, so setting the machine to medium temperature is recommended. If set to high temperature with löyly, the sauna can reach 100°C in no time—quite amusing! They even provide a caster-equipped bucket for transporting ice to the cold bath, which was incredibly useful. The facility is thoughtfully equipped with such details. The bath amenities are all from Aesop, which was fantastic. With a change of clothes, you don’t need anything else as their amenities are fully stocked! We chose a meal-inclusive plan and cooked ourselves. Ingredients were neatly prepared in the fridge with measured seasonings and pre-cut items. Following the provided instructions step-by-step allowed us to prepare about five dishes in just 40 minutes! It was super easy—just mix or grill—and everything turned out delicious with generous portions that left us completely full after sharing between two people. The staff were friendly and kind! Since it was sunny at checkout, they even took photos for us at their recommended picturesque spot. This has truly become one of our favorite accommodations as a couple. We definitely want to stay here again!

The Ultimate Extraordinary Experience
The breathtaking view right in front of you is truly stunning, and the sight of Mt. Fuji over the well-maintained, spacious garden is simply moving. Not only are the interior and exterior stylish, but the flow from the kitchen to the bedroom is incredibly convenient. Initially, we were told that the living room was outdoors, but with electric blankets and a fireplace, it was warm and comfortable—absolutely perfect. At night, the stars are beautiful. The bath offers a relaxing experience with views of Mt. Fuji during the day and shimmering lights from a mirror ball at night. The sauna can be enjoyed anytime you like; having such an authentic sauna in your Room feels like pure luxury. Meals were prepped with care, making it fun to follow meticulously planned steps while cooking—it’s an engaging experience. Everything was delicious! Especially noteworthy were the ratatouille, spare ribs, and keema curry sandwiches—they were absolutely amazing. Roasting coffee beans was another unique experience; it was fascinating how flavors changed depending on how long they were heated each day. With games like badminton available as well, we felt like kids again and stayed up late enjoying ourselves. Even on rainy days, there’s plenty to enjoy indoors. It was so comfortable that we barely went out for sightseeing—just stepped out briefly for shopping before returning to enjoy our Room more fully. After check-out, being waved off until we disappeared from sight left us deeply touched. Everything about this stay was perfect—we would love to visit again! We also heard about plans for a third property after your hotel and house projects; we're very curious about that too!

An unforgettable experience unique to this place.
Although the weather did not allow us to see Mt. Fuji, we had a wonderful time. The sauna, cold bath, hot bath, and washing area were spacious, and we fully enjoyed the outdoor relaxation without worrying about others. The Aesop shampoo, Mt. Fuji water, and herb-infused bath amenities were also highly satisfying. Cooking with appliances like Vermicular and Healsio in the professional-grade kitchen was a delight. Following the provided instructions resulted in surprisingly delicious meals, which we enjoyed while taking photos. The provided lemon water was a nice touch. The high-quality hair care products and nostalgic games kept us entertained throughout our stay.

The Best Hotel
We stayed here to celebrate his birthday. Although check-in was at 14:00, we received a call from the Hotel at 13:30 letting us know we could check in earlier! During check-in, they provided a detailed explanation of the Room. All amenities were from Aesop, and the Room was equipped with a hairdryer, hair iron, and curling iron! The Hairbeauron made my hair silky smooth! After checking in, we enjoyed the sauna, went back after dinner, and even had another sauna session in the morning before check-out—truly a sauna-filled stay! Unfortunately, the weather on the first day was cloudy, and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji at all, but that’s just luck. The forecast for the second day was also cloudy, but it turned out to be sunny in the morning, and we had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji! Thanks to the Room's design, you can see Mt. Fuji from every Room. Since the weather wasn’t great on the first day, we’d love to come back again on a sunny day!

Travel with Your Beloved Dog
We booked this accommodation on short notice about a week ago, and it turned out to be excellent. We initially wanted a hotel, but since there were no vacancies, we chose this place instead. Although preparing simple meals can be a bit of a hassle, everything was freshly made, well-seasoned, and deliciously simple. Additionally, when we informed them in advance about ingredients we didn’t like, they kindly accommodated our preferences. The morning coffee was popular as it started from roasting the beans; however, for our family, having drip coffee prepared would have been more convenient—offering an option would be great! The morning keema curry sandwich was also delicious! Our dog enjoyed the garden with just the right size to play around in while we appreciated the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji—it was very relaxing. We’d love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much!

This is my 4th stay.
This was our 4th stay at Aburasasu Hotel and House. Thank you for accommodating our last-minute meal changes this time. The weather was great, and the view of Mt. Fuji was spectacular! The dinner dishes, including the Acqua Pazza and onion soup, were exquisite, and we thoroughly enjoyed the new breakfast menu featuring chicken rice with vegetables and pork miso soup. Although we brought our own drinks and didn’t use them, we appreciated having affordable canned beer available in the refrigerator. We love staying here because meals can be prepared at any time we like, unlimited access to the bath and sauna is available, and it’s a perfect place to enjoy music or videos in an extraordinary setting. Our kids are also looking forward to staying again—thank you for another wonderful experience!

It was amazing! I want to visit again.
Upon arrival, the first impression was the serene environment surrounded by nature and the sophisticated design of the building. The private sauna offered a sense of exclusivity, and the view of the starry sky and Mount Fuji from the relaxation space was breathtaking. Using stylish appliances provided in the accommodation, we were able to easily prepare delicious meals ourselves. It would have been even better if there was a bit more quantity (*´∀｀). What touched us most was that after informing them in advance about traveling with a baby, they prepared a baby crib and amenities for our little one. Their thoughtful hospitality truly warmed our hearts. Having previously stayed at Aburasus Hotel, this time we chose their house option. Once again, it was an incredibly relaxing experience. This accommodation is highly recommended for those who want to unwind comfortably amidst nature. We definitely want to visit again!

You can set the sauna temperature to your preferred level, making it perfect for sauna enthusiasts. In addition to essentials like amenities, chargers, and hair irons, board games and speakers are also provided for extra enjoyment. The Room is very clean and offers a relaxing stay. The staff are very kind and helpful.

The Ultimate Luxury
We stayed as a three-generation family and enjoyed an incredibly luxurious time with Mount Fuji right in front of us. We played badminton and mölkky in the spacious garden, relaxed in the sauna, savored easy-to-make delicious meals paired with wine, and spent leisurely mornings sipping self-roasted coffee. All of this while enjoying the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. It was truly an unparalleled and luxurious experience like no other. This is definitely a Facility we will revisit!

The location with a view of Mount Fuji is truly amazing. However, everything else is underwhelming. For this price, the meals and service are disappointing. While cooking your own meals might be acceptable, the food itself isn’t particularly tasty. At this level, it feels like a waste of time—buying food elsewhere and bringing it would be better. The meals here are not worth going out of your way for. The sauna requires you to turn on the switch yourself and prepare it an hour in advance. It would be more convenient if it could just stay on continuously. Since it automatically shuts off after three hours, you can’t use it whenever you want to relax. Filling and stopping the bathwater also has to be done manually, which is inconvenient. While the villa looks like a private luxury retreat from its appearance, there’s no actual service provided—it’s entirely self-service. Additionally, there are only outdoor sofas available; on cold or hot days, the bedroom becomes the only place to relax comfortably indoors. Instead of feeling luxurious and leisurely, staying here feels rushed and unsettled overall.

It was the best space.
We stayed as a family (4 adults). We had a wonderful time and everyone was happy. The amenities were well-equipped, so we didn't feel inconvenienced, but it would have been nice to have a toaster. Next time, we would like to stay at the hotel next door.

The location is perfect.
The location is impeccable. However, the tableware was camping-style, such as stainless steel plates from Snow Peak. Also, the glasses were plastic. There were champagne glasses, but they were also plastic. If you are promoting a stylish and unique house, at least the tableware should be ceramic and the glasses should be made of glass. Also, the only place you can make a reservation on IKYU is Abrasus House. Next door is another property, Abrasus Hotel. The difference between the hotel and the house can be seen on the official website, but the hotel has a sauna trailer heated with firewood, while the house uses electricity, so those who want to enjoy firewood should definitely choose the hotel. I've written a lot, but there aren't many standalone houses in such a location, so I hope it will be further improved...

The best ever!!
I have been to villas, cottages, and villas with saunas, but this is the first time I have been able to give a perfect score overall. It shows that the property considers the guests in every detail. Wonderful! I will use it again!
