    It was the best stay.

    I visited for a friend's birthday, and they prepared balloon decorations and a cake. The food was delicious, the butlers were kind and cheerful, and the hospitality was excellent. I would love to visit again!

    Multiple Night Stay②

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with three generations of our family. I had already written a review for the first day when my family stayed, but on the second day, my wife and I joined them, so I’d like to share my perspective as well. Right after arriving, we soaked our feet in the deck's foot bath with my nephews. It was so warm and cozy that we could relax even during the chilly New Year season. We didn’t use the sofa area, but I imagine it would feel great in the summer. Also, the interior was surprisingly warm, considering how spacious it was and how large the windows were. I’m not sure if it was due to excellent heating or some special structure. As for the interior and Facility, it goes without saying how impressive they were. The kitchen appliances by Balmuda and the Dyson hairdryer were casually available. The Bluetooth speaker on the second floor was so stylish that I couldn’t quite figure it out. Additionally, the keyless entrance was convenient for when family members went out separately. In the living room and all the bedrooms, there were wall-mounted TVs. When we couldn’t figure out the wiring to play Switch with my nephew, the butler quickly came to assist us, which was incredibly helpful. For dinner, we requested French cuisine from a private chef. It seems you can make menu requests in advance, though I didn’t make any. Even so, every course was genuinely delicious. They also helped us celebrate my mother’s birthday, making it a wonderful memory. On the day of checkout, the butler assisted us with various things, including shipping our luggage. Thanks to their help, we were able to leisurely enjoy the New Year in Hakone until the very end. It was a stylish, private Property where we could experience the extraordinary feeling of a vacation home. A truly wonderful stay.

    Multiple Night Stay ①

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with three generations of our family. From the stage before our stay, we were greatly helped by the flexibility in handling Reservation changes and meal requests. On this day, I was not present myself, so I was a bit worried about the check-in process, but with the Shuttle Service from the station or a taxi, there seemed to be no issues at all. The sukiyaki meal was, of course, delicious, and we enjoyed it leisurely as a family. The next morning, my father, who wanted to watch the Hakone Ekiden, was kindly driven to the route by the butler. Additionally, although I won't go into specifics, it seems they accommodated various requests from our family who wanted to relax during the New Year. Despite being a whole Property rental, the hospitality was outstanding.

    Comfortable stay for three generations

    It was our first time spending the New Year at a rental villa. We were attracted by the onsen with natural hot spring water and the location, so we made a reservation. There was enough space for eight people to stay, and the room was clean, with linens and amenities comparable to a hotel. We made New Year's soba and ozoni ourselves and had a great time with the whole family. It seems we received a verbal explanation of the facilities at check-in, but it would have been nice to have manuals for the IH cooking appliances and dishwasher, as well as information on the location of the switches for the electrical systems in each room. The cloudy onsen was very nice, and the bathtub was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. We contacted the butler several times, but they responded promptly and were very helpful. Thank you very much.

    We made wonderful memories!

    Three families gathered for my parents' 60th birthday celebration. Everywhere was beautifully cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. The staff kept in touch with us as needed, allowing us to stay with peace of mind. We created wonderful memories, so we would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    A blissful moment spent with friends

    The other day, I stayed with three friends at "MONS GORA" in Hakone. The spacious interior of approximately 200 square meters and the wooden terrace of about 100 square meters provided a truly luxurious space. The semi-open-air cypress bath with natural hot spring water was especially perfect for relieving daily fatigue. The living room, with its glass walls, allows plenty of natural light to pour in, offering a beautiful view of Hakone. Sleeping on the custom-sized super king bed felt as comfortable as being on a cloud. Equipped with a full-fledged bar counter and wine cellar, we were able to spend special evenings with friends. Additionally, the music flowing from the LUXMAN tube amplifier further enhanced the atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, the non-face-to-face service ensured privacy, with a butler available only when needed, allowing for a secure and comfortable stay. Staying at "MONS GORA," surrounded by the nature of Hakone, was the perfect experience for refreshing both body and mind. I would love to visit again.

    Stayed for a Kiju celebration!

    We stayed with three generations of our family (a total of 7 people). The moment you enter the room, you are overwhelmed by the spaciousness and the height of the ceiling. There is a large window on the first floor, and when you wake up in the morning, pleasant sunlight streams in, and you can hear the chirping of birds. For those who want to enjoy the quiet and serene atmosphere of Hakone Gora, I think this is an ideal accommodation spot. There are three bedrooms, and the dining and bar counter are also spacious. Even with 7 people staying, there was more than enough space, and each of us could relax in our preferred spot. (Thank you for your thoughtful consideration, such as attaching a net to the stairs as a fall prevention measure for toddlers.) The dinner by the personal chef was also exquisite! We had roughly communicated our preferences in advance (such as a preference for light flavors and a desire for tomato sauce pasta), and they created a wonderful fusion of Italian and Japanese cuisine that exceeded our expectations. If we have the opportunity, we would love to visit again. Highly recommended!!

    I am very satisfied ...

    I am very satisfied with being able to spend a stylish, luxurious, and enjoyable time with friends in an atmosphere reminiscent of a trendy drama, away from everyday life. The spacious interior is thoroughly cleaned, and all facilities, furniture, supplies, and appliances are high-grade. Despite the sudden change, the staff pleasantly accommodated us with a dinner prepared by a top-class chef who has cooked for the Imperial Family. Every dish from appetizers to desserts was exquisite. The pleasant atmosphere of the dining room added spice, making the dinner even more delicious and enjoyable. After dinner, we enjoyed the home bar. With good mood music playing, we chatted and played games while drinking. The veranda, with its excellent atmosphere, surrounded by a spacious garden, was also a great place to enjoy drinks and stargaze together. The sauna is authentic. The cold bath is on the veranda right in front, providing a perfect detox for both body and mind. The bath felt a bit too hot, but we enjoyed the Hakone Onsen in a large barrel-style tub, half open-air. In a quiet space with comfortable bedding, we rested leisurely, and the breakfast the next morning was also exquisite. I chose Japanese cuisine, and I recommend it. The attentive and refreshing service of the staff was also impressive. Thank you very much.
