    Winter is wonderful too!

    We stayed here as a family of four in the summer and enjoyed the pool, but this time, I visited in winter with three sauna-loving colleagues. The outdoor air bath was perfect for relaxation, and the BBQ was comfortable without worrying about insects. The view from the hilltop was absolutely stunning, making us want to stay outside all morning and evening. You can see both the sea and sky at once—such a panoramic view is rare even on Awaji Island. The pool (cold water bath) was spacious and clean. After enjoying the sauna with löyly (pouring water slowly over hot stones), we rinsed off in the shower before diving into the pool! The infinity pool overlooking the ocean offered ultimate luxury. It went beyond just "relaxation"—it felt like reaching another level of bliss. This is truly a paradise for sauna enthusiasts. At night, beautiful lighting created an extraordinary atmosphere. The entire building was impeccably clean, with facilities that felt brand new. The kitchen and amenities were fully equipped, making it even more comfortable than a hotel. It provided an exceptional private space where we could relax without worrying about others. In this quiet and serene environment, we were able to unwind completely. I believe there’s no better accommodation on Awaji Island than this one. We’ll definitely stay here again in spring!

    It was excellent!

    The Airbnb review rating was excellent, so I decided to stay for the first time. The result was absolutely amazing! I experienced breathtaking views and an extraordinary atmosphere. The scenery of Awaji Island was truly stunning, especially the sunset from the terrace and the refreshing mornings, which became unforgettable memories. Enjoying such spectacular views in a private space felt like pure luxury beyond everyday life! The well-equipped facilities allowed me to fully relax. With a pool and sauna available, my whole family enjoyed an entire day together! Sweating it out in the sauna, diving into the pool, and feeling refreshed afterward was exceptional—it completely washed away all our daily fatigue. While visiting other accommodations on Awaji Island, I found that such wonderful facilities in a rental villa are quite rare.

    There were several minor points of concern.

    I visited with my wife and two young children. We enjoyed the view, pool, sauna, and BBQ, but there were a few disappointing points: - The pillow had a large stain. - While insect repellent sprays were provided, most of them were nearly empty. - The paid BBQ set was supposed to include two gas canisters; however, it came with one partially used canister and one new one. The first canister ran out of gas quickly. - A hairdryer was available, but there was no comb (and amenities like razors were also lacking). - Despite having a pool and sauna, only one bath towel per adult was provided. - Mold on the bathroom entrance floor was noticeable. - The staircase handrail felt unstable. Additionally, the facility description file mentioned the family’s history of owning the property along with a comment stating they "don’t really want to rent it out," which left an unpleasant impression (it gave off an unwelcoming tone). In conclusion, while our children had fun playing around, I felt that this accommodation lacked consideration from a guest's perspective.
