    The view is stunning.

    The Room had a great view, and we enjoyed a luxurious time relaxing in the hammock. The food was also very delicious. The staff prepared almost everything for us and even took care of the cleanup. I wish the terrace roof could have been extended a bit more to block the sun. There were plenty of activities, and our two elementary-school-aged sons were very satisfied. The service was good, but it felt slightly understaffed. Since the Reviews were so positive, I may have expected a bit too much. Also, the noise from cars driving through the mountains was loud all night, so I would appreciate it if something could be done about that. Overall, we were very satisfied. Next time, we would definitely like to visit again during a cooler season.

    Two adults and our child (5 years old) stayed for one night, and it was our first glamping experience. We were all thrilled the moment we saw the breathtaking view from the Room. With so many activities provided, plus relaxing moments like reading in the Room and making coffee, we enjoyed every minute from arrival to check-out without missing a thing. For dinner, they arranged a fun cooking experience with our attendant and our little “chef,” which made everything taste even better than usual. All of the attendants kindly accommodated last-minute requests and interacted naturally with our child, so we were able to stay very comfortably. Thank you so much for such a truly memorable time. (Our child did catch their foot on furniture corners and near the entrance door threshold, but perhaps that’s part of an authentic camping experience—not everything being overly padded or protected. The Room was wonderful, letting us feel the changing expressions of the mountains up close.)

    Thank you very much for the wonderful time and all the enjoyable experiences.

    Three of us (female friends from our student days) stayed here. The forecast called for rain, but it held off until the evening, so we were able to do everything—splitting firewood and starting the fire. It was our first time, and the staff kindly taught us, which made it really fun. The meals were plentiful and delicious, and the explanations were entertaining too—we were very satisfied. We felt the staff’s hospitality was perfect. As for the Room, it started raining around dinner time so we couldn’t eat on the balcony and ate inside instead. However, because the chair height is about shin level, I hit my shins hard while moving around. Also, the stairs are right next to the kitchen area, which felt a bit unsafe. During breaks in the rain, the fog cleared and the night view was beautiful. That said, since it’s all-inclusive, we thought Diamond benefits might be better offered as something different from other services. In any case, we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

    2 adults and 3 children

    This time, we stayed with two adults, two elementary school children, and one preschooler. Overall, we were very satisfied. From the staff’s thoughtful hospitality to the filling meals, and above all, the stunning night views from both the first and second floors—it was a truly relaxing space that felt like an escape from everyday life. The kids also loved making their own fire and the morning treasure hunt. We’re very grateful to the staff. As soon as we got home, they were already saying, “We want to go again!”

    Thank you for the heartwarming time.

    We stayed as a family of three. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible that day, but a staff member waited for us in the parking lot in the rain and drove us to the Facility. Despite the strong winds and heavy rain, we were able to enjoy experiences in our Room such as making financiers and bath bombs, and our child was delighted. The staff member in charge of dinner had such a bright, kind smile that our child completely relaxed and enjoyed cooking dinner together. In the morning, we heard Japanese bush warblers singing, and we were moved by the wonderful view from Mt. Rokko. The greatest charm of this Accommodation is the hospitality of the staff. In this digital age, we hope our child can experience the richness that comes from human connection, and this stay gave both parent and child a truly fulfilling experience. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Graduation Celebration Trip

    We stayed here for the first time to celebrate our child’s graduation. The breathtaking view from the Room, the wonderful cuisine, the lovely Room, and the many activities were all outstanding, but what stayed with us most was the hospitality of all the staff. Every member of staff showed exceptional care and warmth, and we felt truly comforted throughout our stay. We would definitely like to return on another occasion.     Amazing even in winter

    I stayed here last autumn and returned this time because I wanted to share it with a dear friend and her daughter. From the warm welcome on arrival to the attentive service during meals, I was truly impressed. This year, I would love to visit again in a different season. The IKYU coupons are also much appreciated.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time staying at a glamping Facility, and it was a lot of fun—such a refreshing break from everyday life. The ride up the mountain road by Shuttle Service from the parking lot was especially memorable, and it had us excited even before we arrived. After check-in, we enjoyed making bath bombs and s’mores, and for dinner we prepared the meal with support from the staff. My partner, who doesn’t usually cook, proudly took on the challenge. The menu featured plenty of local ingredients such as Kobe beef and Rokko champignon mushrooms, and we were very satisfied. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator also offered a great variety. At night we relaxed while enjoying the city lights and campfire, and the next morning the weather was beautiful so we could enjoy the sunrise as well. There was a power outage at night, but the staff checked in on us frequently, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

    We stayed at year-en...

    We stayed at year-end with three generations—parents, children, and grandparents: 4 adults, 1 child, and 2 infants. After taking the Shuttle Service from the parking lot through a narrow path, we arrived at a wonderful place that felt like another world, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and natural beauty. Since it is a private rental villa, we were able to relax comfortably without worrying about others even with small children. The kids were thrilled with the chef experience at dinner. The staff cooked together with them right in front of us, so we adults could unwind with all-inclusive drinks in hand while enjoying the stunning night view over Rokko. Both the vegetables and meat were delicious. The sandglass-making activity was also memorable—we all made our own glasses as keepsakes. Breakfast was very tasty for adults as well, but we thought it would have been even better for the children if there had been butter or jam to go with the bread.

    A Fulfilling Experience

    From the parking lot to the Facility felt like an attraction in itself. From arrival until dinner, time flew by with all the activities, so it would have been nice to have a bit more time. For dinner, our attendant, T, explained the ingredients while cooking together with our child. Our child was happy to join in and had a great time. Everything was thoughtfully planned and delicious, but the portions were generous and we couldn’t finish it all—we felt sorry about that. The next day was perfectly clear, and we enjoyed soaking up the morning sun in the terrace hammock. You don’t find a hammock like this anywhere else. Breakfast was also delicious, and we took our time making coffee ourselves and relaxing. Just as we had hoped, it was a stay that became a wonderful family memory.

    My child loves it!

    We stayed here for the first time in summer, and returned for our second visit because our child was eager to stay again. Every staff member is truly wonderful. Dinner is an interactive experience where children can take part in the cooking, and the staff guide them so skillfully—we are very grateful. We would love to stay again.

    A Glamping Experience Beyond Glamping

    This time, our family of six (including two children) stayed with the Outdoor First-Timer Full Support Plan. To sum it up in one word: “Amazing!!” I’d love to list everything that was so wonderful, but I’ll hold back because this is something you really should experience for yourself. A dedicated staff member supports you based on your group’s needs, and for families with young children, I highly recommend the Full Support Plan!! Unfortunately it rained, but we still had more than enough fun. The views, Facilities, meals, and activities were all excellent, but what impressed us most was the hospitality of the staff—everyone welcomed us with a genuine desire to “give our guests the best time possible!” They must have gone through extensive training before working directly with guests. It was a trip that reminded me once again that in the end, what truly moves people is people.

    The view from Mount Rokko was breathtaking, especially the night scenery. The attendants were kind and prepared the meals while teaching us, making it an enjoyable and delicious experience with many firsts. Thank you so much! The staff's thoughtfulness also made our stay very pleasant. The only regret was not being able to have breakfast on the terrace due to rain the next morning. Now back to daily life, I find myself reminiscing about that day. I hope to visit again someday!

    There were both "the best" and "the worst."

    "Excellent" Dinner was excellent. Authentic grilled dishes on the room's balcony. The flavors that brought out the best of the ingredients were amazing, but above all, the staff who prepared the meal were outstanding. Having one staff member for every two guests is luxurious, but this particular staff member's knowledge of cuisine and enjoyable conversation made it even better. The inclusive selection of quality and abundant drinks was also impressive. The night view from Mount Rokko was stunning, and we truly had a wonderful time. Thank you so much! The bedroom, living room, bathroom, and toilet were all new, easy to use, and very satisfying. The breakfast where you make your own open sandwiches could use a bit more creativity. While there was warm soup available, the bread was cold. I would suggest providing a toaster in the room. "Terrible" Originally a corporate retreat facility located about 5 minutes up a narrow mountain road from the main road by car. Because of this setup, guests park their cars at an off-site parking lot away from the hotel and wait for pickup service there. However, waiting 20 minutes for this is simply "unacceptable," isn't it? We arrived exactly at our pre-arranged check-in time (3 PM) as communicated with the hotel via email beforehand. Yet upon arrival at the parking lot—there was no one there to assist us or provide any guidance whatsoever! As we waited longer than expected doubts crept in: "Is this really where we're supposed to be?" or worse still "Will anyone actually come pick us up?" Think about it—arriving punctually during check-in hours only to find yourself abandoned not even near reception but instead left standing amidst an empty desolate-looking carpark without explanation nor reassurance feels utterly unreasonable right? Accordingly when eventually picked-up after such delay; driver explained journey between said-parking-lot-to-hotel takes approximately five-minutes-or-so…even assuming limited availability regarding shuttle vehicles surely basic logistics dictate efficient back-and-forth trips minimizing guest inconvenience altogether correct? Waiting twenty-whole-minutes implies systemic flaws within current operational framework doesn’t-it? Given total capacity accommodates merely five rooms/parties maximum simultaneously implementing improved streamlined processes ensuring minimal wait-times seems entirely feasible wouldn’t-you-agree? Overall though despite aforementioned frustrations enjoyed stay sufficiently enough considering returning someday albeit sincerely hope management addresses these transport-related inefficiencies moving forward accordingly!

    Better than expected.

    I had seen the night view several times from places like Venus Bridge, but experiencing it through the Nature Live was incredibly serene and a completely different experience. Additionally, enjoying the sunrise was a special moment that could only be experienced because I stayed at the accommodation, allowing me to rediscover the charm of Mount Rokko. I also enjoyed unique activities such as firewood chopping and baked apple making, which are rare experiences in other glamping facilities. It was so much fun! The meals were filled with natural blessings, leaving me completely satisfied. At first, I thought it might be a bit expensive, but considering the services provided, it was definitely worth it and an extremely satisfying stay.

    Everything is perfect.

    This was my first time staying here. Although it is a small cottage with only five buildings, the attentiveness of all the staff was on par with a first-class Hotel. From every Room, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Kobe, the airport, and Osaka's nightscape. The meals were delightful, especially making salt-grilled roast beef together with the children. It was a very satisfying 2-day, 1-night trip.

    Nature experience within an hour from the city

    We stayed as a family with two children, one in elementary school and one preschooler. The staff were kind and taught activities like wood chopping in a way that even small children could enjoy, which made the kids very happy. We have stayed at several glamping accommodations before, but this place had the most delicious meals and outstanding hospitality from the staff. We would definitely love to visit again. The activities are mostly scheduled between check-in and dinner time, so having some options available from early morning until check-out would make the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
