I was surprised by h...
I was surprised by how well-equipped it was. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, we still didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything. It would have been even better if the weather had been nice.

Three-Generation Trip
This was our second stay. Last time, we stayed in summer and fully enjoyed the season with the pool, BBQ, and fireworks. This time, we returned to spend a relaxing time together as three generations. We were impressed by the wonderful Facilities before as well, but what delighted my parents most this time was the karaoke Facility. My father has become less steady on his feet and hasn’t been able to go out as freely as he used to, so seeing him happily singing made me truly glad we chose this Accommodation. Meanwhile, the kids worked up a sweat in the sauna and gym—each enjoying their own time doing what they love—and at night we gathered around the fireplace and talked together. A luxurious space and time within everyday comfort. We would love to visit again with everyone.

It was a wonderful stay, thank you!
We stayed here again as a pre-flight accommodation before using Narita Airport. With a family of five, including a baby, it is surprisingly difficult to find an accommodation near the airport where everyone can stay in the same room, but this place was perfect for us. Before our long flight, we were able to relax and spend quality time together in the spacious room. My spouse and I enjoyed unwinding in the sauna, while our two elementary school-aged children played ball games energetically in the large garden. We also made use of the karaoke facilities. The amenities were excellent—pajamas for everyone, sauna hats and swimsuits, even baby body soap were all provided! Although we brought our own water bottles, we appreciated having access to water and hot water from the water dispenser. There were also float rings available for children; next time we'd love to visit during warmer weather so we can enjoy the pool as well. This accommodation is highly recommended for families with many members or those looking for a relaxing pre-flight stay near Narita Airport. We would definitely like to stay here again if given another opportunity!

Welcome back!
We stayed here again with the same group after two years. The atmosphere of the Room was excellent, and various Facilities such as a sauna, karaoke, and BBQ were available, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious two-day stay. We look forward to using it again soon as a reward for ourselves!

Stayed for two night...
Stayed for two nights this time as one night in June wasn't enough. The pool was a bit chilly due to the season, but it was warm during the day, allowing us to enjoy BBQ outdoors. Traveling with kids, we appreciated having baby soap that comes out as foam. The only minor issue was finding a slightly dirty plate among the dishes in the back, but overall, we were very satisfied!

I stayed at Hackberry for two nights. The cleanliness of the Room, the completeness of the Facility, and the location were all excellent! I was able to enjoy an extraordinary experience and was very satisfied! I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

Completely satisfied!
Stayed with a 2-year-old and a 0-year-old. The 2-year-old had an amazing time enjoying the pool and playing outside. We were very satisfied. We would love to come back when the 0-year-old grows older. If I were to mention some points for improvement: - Being in the countryside, encounters with insects are frequent. - It would be nice to have non-alcoholic beverages readily available. - Having miso as a seasoning option would be appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful accommodation!

We had a wonderful time.
I stayed for one night during my trip to Chiba. The room's spacious design, the beautiful garden, and the meticulously chosen amenities—all of it captivated me. My stay was incredibly romantic, allowing me to spend a truly special time. The excitement built up from the information I had beforehand, I was moved at check-in, and even after checking out, the lingering impression stayed with me for a while. It was truly an exceptional accommodation that far exceeded my expectations.

Wonderful!! I want to visit again.
This is an extraordinary house, not just an accommodation. First of all, everything is big—really big. The garden's size is beyond ordinary. What would you like to do here? The scent at the entrance might be too strong for some, though others may enjoy it. The spacious dining area already had music playing upon arrival. The air conditioning was excellent, and the restroom was conveniently located at the end of a hallway with a vanity and sink area in front of it behind doors—a thoughtful design from many perspectives. There’s a washing machine and dryer available; however, only one laundry detergent pod was provided—bringing extra might be a good idea. The kitchen wasn’t equipped with an oven but was very user-friendly nonetheless. While many places seem to favor Balmuda appliances these days, this house featured another brand that worked just as well! The sink had an automatic stop function for water flow, and there were plenty of seasonings available—not just basic ones but even fresh olive oil in abundance without signs of oxidation! Plates and utensils were plentiful—you won’t need to bring anything extra here! Inside the fridge: sparkling water, non-alcoholic beer, low-carb beer options, Hepalyse drinks—you can settle payments via PayPay if needed! A fully equipped training machine stands prominently in one corner! There are two bedrooms; one features a projector (though figuring out how to use it might take some effort). The bathroom facilities were fantastic—the bathtub allowed for reservations or reheating functions which made it easy to use. The shower itself felt great but adjusting temperature settings or waiting for hot water took some patience. That said—the sauna setup is exceptional! There’s even a shower right next to the sauna that provides hot water as well. As for using the sauna itself—be sure to read through its instructions carefully beforehand—it’ll make all the difference in your experience! I managed 120°C inside before enjoying an intense yet satisfying löyly session afterward—it was incredible! Although I usually prefer wood-burning stoves when it comes to saunas (and approached this skeptically), this particular sauna exceeded expectations beautifully… except for one downside: its 12-minute timer clock wasn’t functioning properly—a crucial tool every sauna enthusiast needs—please fix this! And then there’s direct access from here into the pool right outside—it’s simply amazing! Afterward? Relaxation awaits on comfortable sauna chairs complete with drink-holder-equipped tables between them. Oh—and about those amenities: they provided matching personal-use-quality items like my own favorite sauna poncho—even down-to-the-color match—and four different colors of high-quality Imabari towel-style hats which added delight! All cosmetics provided were additive-free Japanese-made products—they felt wonderful on skin. For outdoor enthusiasts—the fire pit design ensures safety even during windy conditions thanks to its deep round shape while BBQ terrace areas come fully furnished with tables making gatherings enjoyable! Lastly though—a small note regarding phone support: being asked repeatedly each time for full name & phone number feels unnecessary—is there room here perhaps instead toward streamlining communication processes?

I stayed with my fri...
I stayed with my friends and their family. We had two 2-year-old children, and as soon as we arrived, they were running around excitedly in the spacious area and were completely absorbed in playing with the Anpanman toys. The adults also had a great time enjoying the beautiful and stylish interior, perfume, sauna, gym, all while trying to keep up with the kids! There were a few points that were slightly difficult to use for those unfamiliar, such as how to use the sauna or that using the barbecue grill and hairdryer together would trip the breaker. However, we still had a wonderful day. We would love to come back again. Thank you very much!

A place to enjoy the extraordinary
Stayed with family in January. Upon arrival, the children eagerly opened the "Activity Box" in the spacious artificial grass garden and explored the play equipment with delight. They wanted to ride the buggy, but it was too small, which was unfortunate. However, their mood quickly improved with their first golf ball game. As the sun set, we used the treadmill indoors. Father and child were having a great time. The much-anticipated wood stove. It lit successfully, boosting the father's reputation. We enjoyed a leisurely time around the wood stove, a break from the everyday routine. It was too cold to swim in the pool, but the night lighting was beautiful. The sauna at this time of year warmed us to the core, and we were fully satisfied even without using the pool. There were thoughtful touches throughout the interior (the mini perfume set was adorable), and everything was neatly arranged, making for a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Enjoy a 2-night stay on the premises with your family of three!
We stayed for two nights at the request of our family who wanted to relax at the beginning of the New Year. The unmanned check-in was smooth, and as soon as we entered the living room, we were greeted by a very high ceiling and an open Room, and beyond that, a spacious garden and a symbolic tree, which were very lovely. The amenities included many mini perfumes that you don't see elsewhere, and they were cute to look at. There were plenty of dishes and linens, and the attention to detail was excellent. (We wanted to have a hot pot party, but there was no pot, so we hope it will be available next time we visit.) Swimwear, hats, and ponchos for the sauna are also provided, so you can come here completely empty-handed. With karaoke, shisha, a wood stove, BBQ, sauna, pool, board games, golf clubs, gym, Popin Aladdin projector, bonfire, and more, there was no need to go out at all. You can also enjoy fireworks, so families with small children can surely create wonderful memories. The beautifully arranged high-end whiskeys and various other liquors are lovely just to look at as interior decor, but of course, you want to enjoy drinking them here. You can easily pay with PayPay and purchase your favorite bottle. I enjoyed a conversation about alcohol with my son using the Baccarat rock glass on the shelf. On the second day, a chef came and served us a full-course meal, which delighted my wife. Although it was a two-night stay, we had a very comfortable time that passed in the blink of an eye. We talked as a family about wanting to stay longer next time while visiting Naritasan Shinshoji Temple for the first shrine visit of the year and heading home.
