  We had a relaxing time as a family.

  We visited to relax and unwind from work. The Onsen and sauna were available, and the whole family was very satisfied. The meals were plentiful and incredibly delicious. We spent a relaxing time without going out much. The staff's thoughtfulness was very appreciated, and we would definitely like to visit again!

  Perfect for multiple families to enjoy together!

  We stayed with 5 families. It was great to find a stylish accommodation that could host a large group! The view was amazing, and the night scenery was beautiful. The rooms and baths were clean, and there were multiple toilets, so we never had to wait. We had a baby with us, and it was very helpful that diapers were provided as amenities. Drinks were freely available, and everyone was very satisfied! However, the first thing we noticed about the building was a large dead fly at the entrance... Since it’s a whole-house rental without a butler on-site, I guess it couldn’t be helped, but it did lower our spirits. Also, we had pre-ordered a birthday cake in advance; however, what arrived was clearly smaller than expected. When we contacted the butler about this issue, they didn’t come to check or respond promptly over the phone—service could have been better. Additionally, there wasn’t even something like a lighter available when needed; waiting for assistance from the butler took around 20 minutes each time which felt inconvenient at times. We opted for breakfast as well; unfortunately both the soup and curry were overly salty—even after adding water to dilute them—and overall not enjoyable.
