  If I had to mention ...

  If I had to mention one thing… I would have liked cream and sugar for the coffee. Were they available somewhere? I also would have liked a Japanese breakfast option. Was it possible to choose that at the time of Reservation?

  Thank you very much for staying at VILLA BRAMARE and for sharing your valuable feedback. Our “BRAMARE Original Blend” coffee is recommended to be enjoyed black so that you can fully appreciate the beans’ natural aroma and flavor. We do offer milk and sugar through room service to suit your preference; however, we regret that this was not communicated clearly, causing you inconvenience. Going forward, we will work to provide clearer guidance in the Room as well. Regarding breakfast, we currently offer the “Japanese set meal” only for dinner. We sincerely regret that we were unable to meet the expectations of guests who hoped for a Japanese-style breakfast. A Japanese breakfast that lets you experience Hokkaido’s bounty would be a wonderful option that truly reflects our Accommodation. While we cannot promise immediate changes due to operational constraints, we will take your comments seriously and use them as valuable input when considering future menus. We will continue striving to make your next stay even more comfortable. All of us look forward to welcoming you again soon.

  A villa full of thoughtful amenities for a comfortable stay with your dog.

  Stayed with a couple, one child (elementary school age), and two dogs. We stay at accommodations about 50 nights a year for travel and business trips. This time, we stayed at this hotel during our trip to Hokkaido with our dogs. - **Room**: The accommodation is two stories, with the bathroom on the first floor and the living room and bedroom on the second floor. The bedroom area on the second floor is designated as a no-dog zone, separated by a low door. The living room features custom-made pet furniture including a pet cage. Essential items for dogs (such as pet sheets) are fully prepared, along with welcome treats for them. The interior has high ceilings creating an open atmosphere, complemented by beautiful decor made from locally sourced wood. - **Meals**: Breakfast consists of lunch boxes featuring bread from Truffle Bakery located in F Village, delivered directly to your room so you can enjoy your meal leisurely in privacy. - **Dog Run**: The villa is entirely enclosed by fences. Between the building and fences is a well-maintained walkway that serves as an area for dogs to run freely. With varying elevations designed to keep pets entertained and long eaves providing shelter from rain, it’s thoughtfully crafted for all-weather use. - **Bath & Sauna**: A highlight of Villa Bramare is its sauna experience complete with cold baths and outdoor relaxation space attached to the bathroom area. It offers ample space for luxurious sauna enjoyment. - **Satisfaction**: We previously stayed here without our dogs but found this visit even more exceptional thanks to its dog-friendly design tailored specifically for guests traveling with pets. It’s incredibly comfortable and well-designed for those staying with their furry companions!

  The Facility was clean.

  We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Facility was clean, and all the staff were kind and accommodating. Thank you very much. Breakfast felt like catering. The content was elaborate, but personally, it was a bit heavy for the morning. One point, the paper bag containing snacks and bread was thrown away during the Multiple Night Stay cleaning. We had placed it near the paper bag where we collected trash, so it was partly our fault, but it was a bit disappointing.
