    Miyakojima after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season!

    From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

    Packed with reasons to come back again and again.

    Our 3-day, 2-night stay flew by, but we had a wonderful time. The Room felt very clean, and the kitchen was stylish and made cooking enjoyable. The pool already had floaties and other items set out in advance, which made our child very happy. The washer and dryer were the most useful during our stay. It was great not having to bring lots of extra clothes for our child. Our only concern is that our child might start insisting on coming back every year (laugh).

    I stayed here as a solo traveler.

    I stayed here solo on a trip to Miyakojima during my paid leave, and it was an outstanding Accommodation with kind staff and spotless Facilities. I wanted to relax in a private space, and it was perfect—each Room is completely separated from the entrance, so privacy is excellent. The layout is a 1-bedroom with living/dining/kitchen (1LDK). There are two beds in the bedroom and one more in the LDK area, three in total. The kitchen Facilities are fully equipped, making it ideal for longer stays. I also appreciated the great perk that drinks in the refrigerator were free to enjoy, and they would refill them when they ran out. The terrace has a heated pool, jacuzzi, and shower, so I could truly unwind. It didn’t bother me at all, but there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance compared with the central area, so that’s something to keep in mind. Honestly, it felt almost too luxurious for one person. It became an unforgettable memory. They also lend DVDs and leisure equipment. It’s a place you can enjoy even without going out at all—highly recommended especially for families with children.

    A Return Visit to Nagahama Bay

    After staying at every Felice Villa Suite (haha), our whole family agreed: “Nagahama Bay again!”—so we came back. It’s a wonderful villa where you can truly relax in a very quiet setting. As with all Felice Villas, the moment you step into the Room, you’re overwhelmed with surprise and excitement. Not only the Facility, but also the many complimentary drinks, easy-to-use fabrics, amenities, and more— the thoughtfulness shown to guests is outstanding. And the warm smiles and pleasant service from every staff member make our stay at Felice Villa an even more memorable experience. Our time at Nagahama Bay completely changed our everyday routine and became a truly meaningful stay that left our entire family stress-free. Thank you very much.

    I was able to relax and unwind in a quiet setting.

    After completely falling in love with Felice Villa Suite in Ueno,, I became curious about other areas as well,, so this time I stayed at Nagahama Bay. Both Uenoand Nagahama have their own charms,,andI foundit hardto choose between them. The hospitalityof thestaff,andthe excellenceandcompletenessof boththeRoomandFacilitywere equallyhighatbothlocations,andI hadanotherverycomfortable stay. AsforRoomlayoutandinterior,Nagahamahasamodern,andstylishatmosphere thatI reallyloved. The livingarea has ahighceiling,makingit feel evenmore spacious. The terracewasalso large,andthe sunrise rising beyondthemangroveforestwas trulybeautiful.At night,the starryskywas incredible—so clearit felt likeyou couldreachoutandtouchthem—andit wassoothing.The environmentis trulyflawless,andI thinkyoucanfullyenjoythenatureofMiyakojimaandIrabujima.     A Comfortable Villa

    My wife and I love island-hopping, and we stayed here this time to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it in advance, they decorated the room with a 30th-anniversary theme, which made my wife truly happy. I like to think that will keep me in the clear for at least another five years. Our stay was very comfortable and highly satisfying in every way, both in terms of the facilities and the service. On past island trips we often chose small Hotels, but this visit reminded us of how appealing a villa can be. Since it was the off-season, we would love to return at a different time of year.

    It was a family cele...

    It was a family celebration trip, and it truly became a wonderful memory. Although it was a cold season for Miyako Island due to the cold wave, our stay at the villa was so comfortable that we enjoyed ourselves even with bad weather. Even in low temperatures, alternating between the jacuzzi and the Onsen pool made swimming pleasant without any issues. The room's spaciousness, views from the windows, interior design, and amenities were all exceptional. The bed and pillows were just right, allowing us to sleep soundly every night. Above all else, we were amazed by the meticulous service system that catered to every need and the high quality of staff who supported it. Recently, even traditional hotels or ryokans seem to struggle with hiring or training good employees, but this place is outstanding in that regard. We would love to visit again someday! Thank you very much!

    This was my second stay.

    Last year, I visited Miyako Island for the first time and stayed at Felice Villa Nagahama for 3 nights and 4 days, becoming a big fan. This time, I wanted to bring my eldest son, who couldn't join us last year, so we stayed from late November to early December according to his schedule. My son also praised it highly, saying, "What an amazing accommodation!" Although the weather forecast predicted rain and clouds throughout our stay and we didn't expect much, we were pleasantly surprised with sunny intervals every day despite some rain. The warm weather allowed us to fully enjoy the room's pool, barbecue facilities, complimentary sparklers service, fishing trips, mangrove kayaking adventures, and more! All of this was made possible thanks to the thoughtful care of the villa staff! (We received Awamori as a gift since there was a birthday in early November—it was delicious and made us very happy.) We also visited our neighbor restaurant "San" again this time for shabu-shabu hotpot dishes, barbecues on-site dining experiences like soba noodles during lunch—it was all truly delicious! We created wonderful family memories together! We'll work hard every day so that we can reward ourselves with another visit back at Felice Villa someday soon!

    It became the best memory of this year.

    Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in late October with elderly parents. Initially, I wasn't very excited due to the poor weather forecast and the fact that it wasn't an ocean-view accommodation (we chose this lagoon-view accommodation based on its excellent reviews over an ocean-view option). However, it turned out to be the best memory of this year. Soft aspects... The staff provided attentive service with a perfect sense of distance. From inquiries before our stay to those during our stay and even the farewell at checkout, everything was smooth and heartwarming. Hard aspects... There were no inconveniences. The rental services were well-equipped; although we didn’t use them, there were board games and toys for children (like kids' cars) available at the front desk building. Even on rainy days, there were plenty of ways to enjoy ourselves inside the spacious and clean villa. The room had not only drinks in the refrigerator but also a Nespresso machine and a water server, so we never ran out of beverages. At night, I made iced coffee with Nespresso, floated on an inflatable ring in the warm pool under Miyako Island's beautiful sky (though cloudy so no stars), listened to birds chirping, occasionally warmed up in the jacuzzi when it got chilly—truly a perfect time. There was also a washing machine (with pleasantly scented detergent) and dryer available. We used them until checkout day, which made returning home much easier as we had fewer clothes to wash. For meals: At night we enjoyed shabu-shabu at "San," located next door; for lunch, we had Miyako soba there as well—both dishes were delicious! During a snorkeling tour led by local instructors who mentioned that their Miyako soba is popular among locals too—we could definitely see why! On Sunday evening (the second night), we walked to "Nangoku Kitchen Painmi," run by a lovely couple offering heartfelt dishes made from local ingredients along with various international cuisines—all highly recommended! There are too many great things about both soft aspects and hard aspects here that I can’t list them all! But one thing is certain—I’m motivated to work hard again just so I can come back here!

    Unbeatable value considering the facilities and hospitality.

    We stayed for one night on our honeymoon. Not only was the room beautifully decorated, but we were also surprised with a cake and a pair of glasses as gifts. It was a series of delightful surprises from the start. When we requested to rent a float ring, it was promptly brought to us, and they also prepared plenty of drinks—truly exceptional service at this accommodation. The pool had stairs, making it easy to enter despite its depth, and we enjoyed it thoroughly throughout our stay. We were able to fully appreciate the nature, sea, sky, and the slow flow of time in Miyako Island—it was truly satisfying. We would love to visit again!

    Father's Birthday Celebration

    We stayed with 3 adults and 3 children to celebrate my father's birthday and retirement. The natural surroundings, beautiful scenery, and peaceful atmosphere allowed our family to relax and enjoy quality time together. The Hotel staff were kind and attentive. The amenities were excellent. We were especially surprised by the unlimited refills of drinks in the refrigerator! Thanks to this, it became a truly memorable occasion for us. The nearby beach is just a 10-minute drive away, and with the Hotel's pool, jacuzzi, and toy rental services available, the kids had an amazing time as well. We spent such a happy and fulfilling time here. Thank you so much to all the staff at the Hotel!

    Magnificent Mangrove Scenery!

    We stayed at Accommodation Felice Kouri Island View for our 38th wedding anniversary trip. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a breathtaking view of mangroves beyond the private pool! The room was incredibly spacious for just the two of us, with plenty of beverages stocked in the refrigerator and an abundance of amenities—there was nothing to worry about. The staff's hospitality was exceptionally polite and kind, making our stay even more memorable! The next morning, while doing yoga by the poolside, I looked up at the sky and saw a double (twin) rainbow. It felt as though this island was welcoming us... We made a wish and watched until the rainbow disappeared—a memory we will cherish forever! For dinner, we dined at "San," a shabu-shabu restaurant on-site. Not only was the shabu-shabu excellent, but so were dishes like yushi tofu, shumai dumplings, and rafute pork—all of outstanding quality. To top it off, they surprised us with impeccable service that left us deeply grateful. Underneath the blazing sun, gazing at majestic mangroves while soaking in the pool; listening to birds chirping; enjoying a drink by the poolside; reading my favorite book to bossa nova music in the background... It truly was an ideal adult vacation! To all staff members: thank you for helping create such unforgettable memories for couples like us as well as wonderful family trips for those traveling with children! As summer’s busy season approaches and your days become hectic again—please take care of yourselves while working hard! We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Thank you so much for assisting in creating these once-in-a-lifetime moments!!!

    Birthday

    I visited for my birthday. I arrived a bit earlier than planned and wasn’t sure what to do, but the staff’s kindness, attentiveness, quick responses, and thoughtfulness were all exceptional. It was truly wonderful. I had requested a surprise cake in advance, but I ended up being surprised myself! “What!? What is this!? They did this for me!?” The adorable surprise from the accommodation left me amazed and touched. The room was very comfortable, and having a dryer available was incredibly convenient for me. Since I ate out during this stay, next time I’d love to try the neighboring restaurant or consider delivery to the room as recommended by the staff. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

    The best

    This was my second visit following the main island. It was my first time on Miyako Island, and thanks to you, it was amazing. Even though it was February, I could use the pool. Just like on the main island, the service is top-notch. I will definitely visit again within this year. It was truly enjoyable.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed for four days to celebrate my son's 3rd birthday. This was our fifth trip to Okinawa since he was born, with over 30 nights on both the main island and remote islands, and this property was the best for a family trip. Everything we needed was available. We usually prepare twice as much luggage as the planned number of nights for our son, which results in a lot of baggage, but I realized that the minimum would have been sufficient. After staying there, I understood why IKYU reviews are so positive. It truly became a wonderful birthday trip. (For detailed services, please refer to other reviews or the official website; I just want to convey how amazing it was...!) I wanted to make another reservation soon after but decided against booking on-site due to uncertain future plans... I can't forget the beautiful sea and beaches of Miyakojima (Miyakojima), so within a year, I definitely want to visit Miyakojima again and stay at Felice Villa Suite (Felice Villa Suite).

    One night is not enough!

    A wonderful Room with a pool! It was the best stay. We received a lovely gift for our anniversary. With the all-you-can-drink option, we ended up drinking a bit too much, but one night is just too short! Next time, we will go for a Multiple Night Stay.

    Thank you for a wonderful birthday.

    It was a family trip for my husband's 66th birthday. Although it was cloudy, we had fun racing remote control cars, swimming in the pool, and celebrating with a birthday cake. The shabu-shabu delivery and French toast for breakfast were also delicious, making it a memorable and enjoyable birthday. Thank you very much!!

    Wonderful!

    My 78-year-old father said it was the best stay ever and that he definitely wants to come again. Upon arrival at the property, we received a polite yet minimal and pleasant explanation, and were first impressed by the height of the ceiling. It was the end of December, but my 78-year-old father and 72-year-old mother changed into swimsuits and headed to the pool... haha. After warming up in the jacuzzi, we took a shower and toasted with beer! It was the perfect flow. We are not big drinkers, but we were happy to find a selection of soft drinks and non-alcoholic beer. Each item was local, which was also impressive. The coffee from Kuninaka Shoten was delicious. We reaffirmed how much stress can be reduced by being generously provided with drinks, towels, and other requested items. The staff were all pleasant, which was another delight. They even helped us simply prepare items bought from the local supermarket, allowing us to live like locals, which seemed to let my elderly parents truly relax. The property was equipped with appliances, and we realized that with a washing machine and dryer, we didn't even need to bring extra clothes. We also enjoyed sparklers on the last day. They were of very high quality. We hope that by the next time we visit, the facility and service remain unchanged. It was truly the best stay. We express our heartfelt gratitude.     It's wonderful.

    I have visited Miyako Island many times. I have visited a certain famous hotel every time they build a new building, and I also visit any new properties on the main island of Okinawa and the remote islands through IKYU. Among them, this place is simply wonderful. The warm and courteous communication started with phone calls and emails before our arrival. I usually prefer all-inclusive meals and tend to choose large hotels to escape daily chores, but the dinner here was delivered from an adjacent restaurant, and it was a luxurious experience. The broth was delicious, and there were plenty of vegetables, making it truly tasty. We went to a supermarket on Miyako Island the next day for future reference, but it was extremely crowded with foreign tourists, and we couldn't find many local products, so I highly recommend ordering dinner here (the next day, it was definitely better in terms of cost performance and taste compared to a similar vacation rental dinner). There were plenty of drinks, lots of DVDs, and nostalgic game consoles to keep the kids entertained, and the most surprising item was the shoe dryer. The kids got muddy at the beach during a hotel exploration, but thanks to this shoe dryer, just like at home, we were able to stay comfortable. The tides and weather make it quite challenging to conquer the beaches of Miyako Island with children, so we often end up staying at the hotel. We rent a car, find scenic spots during sunny times, and enjoy a comfortable stay at the hotel, which is the best way to spend our time. With a sea view, a heated pool, comfort even in the rain, excellent amenities, no worries about meals, and above all, the kind staff (despite our various mishaps, they responded earnestly, thank you), it was the best property for us. We realized that next time we visit, we can come with just a handbag and one change of underwear besides swimwear. By the way, we also went for lunch the next day, and it was delicious. I love exploring new properties, so even though there is a rush of new constructions on Miyako Shimojijima, I would like to visit again someday. Thank you very much.

    It was a stay that o...

    It was a stay that offered the luxury of doing nothing and being thoroughly pampered! During our stay in early December, the temperature was around 20 degrees, but we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool! When our bodies got cold, we headed straight to the pre-filled jacuzzi! (We received advice from the staff!) We spent an extraordinary time while looking at the beautiful lagoon in front of us. The room had a high ceiling, making the space much more spacious and open than it appeared in the photos! All the amenities were stylish and easy to use, and we were very satisfied. We requested a delivery of shabu-shabu from our neighbor, San, over the phone in advance, and the reservation was smooth, and the taste was incredibly delicious, leaving us very satisfied. Above all, thanks to the attentive care of the staff before and during our stay, we had a comfortable 2-night, 3-day stay. Thank you very much!

    Wonderful Stays

    It was a Property I booked suddenly. I visit Okinawa several times a year, but it was my first time on Miyako Island. A trip with my child... Before arriving, they said, "I wish it was a Hotel with a big pool," but once we entered the Room, they exclaimed, "This is the best! Let's stay here next time too!" (laughs) Even when we went out to the garden, they kept repeating, "This is the best!" After that, we saw the pool and jacuzzi, quickly changed clothes, and played. They said they would stay in the villa again when visiting in the future (laughs). The staff were very courteous, and hospitality was evident in both phone calls and emails. We had lunch at the adjacent restaurant, and it was delicious. The nearby cafe was also tasty. If you're hesitating, please visit. I think it's worth more than the price.

    Enjoyed a late summer vacation

    I stayed at the third Ferris Nagahama Bay, which opened last year. It had all the amenities you could wish for, and the room layout was stylish yet comfortable, allowing for a stress-free and relaxing stay, which I really liked. Although Nagahama is not in front of the beach, I was very satisfied as I could enjoy the view of the lagoon from the room and have a very quiet time. I was worried about the typhoon's path, but the weather was good on the day, and I was able to spend the perfect time to wrap up this summer. The staff were pleasant and always soothing. Thank you very much. I thought Nagahama might be inconvenient due to its slightly secluded location, but there were delicious cafes nearby, and I could order BBQ or shabu-shabu at the on-site restaurant for dinner, so I didn't feel any inconvenience.
