An amazing space! A wonderful place where both adults and children will be fully satisfied.

Our family of three (two adults and one older elementary school child) stayed here. The Facility was exceptionally well maintained throughout—spotlessly clean and beautiful everywhere. It was a wonderful place I can confidently recommend to others! Here are the highlights that impressed us, along with a couple of small points we noticed. ◯ Highlights Beautifully balanced meals: The ingredients prepared in the refrigerator were the perfect amount—not too much, not too little. The colors and presentation were lovely, everything felt very clean, and we were excited even before eating. The selection of complimentary drinks included in the Accommodation Fee was also excellent! User-friendly kitchen: The dining kitchen was spacious and easy to move around in, and the grill was simple to use, making cooking fun. A fully equipped authentic spa: Not only a bath, but also a sauna and cold plunge pool—an incredibly relaxing experience. ◯ With hopes for future improvements (why we rated 4 stars) The boundary between indoors and outdoors on the way to the open-air bath was very slippery, so we placed towels down ourselves as a precaution. Guests with small children or elderly family members may want to be especially careful. Moving between the Room, toilet, bath, and dining area requires outdoor footwear throughout, but we found the provided shoes a bit difficult to wear. More slip-on options would make it even more comfortable. That said, our overall satisfaction was extremely high—so much so that these minor points hardly mattered—and it became a great memory for us. We would love to stay again!

    Your First Glamping Experience

We stayed in late April as a family of four (a couple with our son and daughter). [What we liked] 1) A completely private space The standalone unit is fully equipped with a dome tent that gives you a camping feel, an open-air bath, a private sauna, a cold plunge, an all-weather dining area with heating and air conditioning, a private toilet, and even a fire pit area. At many other places, private open-air baths require reservations, but since the bath is in your own unit, our whole family could use it whenever we wanted. Being able to enjoy the open-air bath together as a family of four for the first time was a wonderful memory. We used the open-air bath/sauna/cold plunge three times: once after check-in, again after dinner and the campfire, and a third time the next morning after waking up. They were so relaxing that we spent too much time bathing; since dinner also requires cooking time (not just eating), our meal ended up feeling quite rushed. 2) Meals Pre-prepped ingredients were stocked in the refrigerator—everything was basically ready to grill. The cooking instructions were very detailed, so even though it’s self-catering, it was easy to prepare. You can also bring your own food items, so we brought seafood for BBQ. There were also complimentary drinks and desserts available—honestly well stocked enough that you could come empty-handed. 3) Great selection of free rentals (warm clothing, etc.) We visited in late April. The nights were chilly, so having warm clothing available to borrow for free—which also helps protect against sparks from the campfire—was very helpful. 4) Service From check-in/check-out to requests for optional items and even an unexpected request to help start the campfire firewood, the staff responded with smiles and made our stay very comfortable. [What we didn’t like] 1) The private toilet in the room is small It’s great that each room has its own private toilet (Facility), but people with larger builds may find it cramped. We wished it were a bit bigger. [Overall] Two weeks before our trip the forecast called for rain, but just before arrival it changed to cloudy and it didn’t rain at all. We enjoyed both the campfire and the open-air bath; however, it was disappointing that we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji on either day. Since many guests likely come here specifically for Mt. Fuji views، we would be happy if there were an additional repeat-guest discount for those who couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during their stay. Our daughter doesn’t like insects so full-on camping isn’t really possible for us—but glamping isn’t as affected by bad weather (Facility), everything is solidly built and clean، so she enjoyed herself too۔ We’d love to stay again۔

    I’m satisfied!

We stayed as a couple with two children (age 3 and 6 months). Overall, the quality was high and we were very satisfied. First of all, the weather was great, so we had a clear view of Mt. Fuji. The view was wonderful, and our kids loved it. The meals were generous in portion and tasted great, so we were happy with them. The truffle dressing was especially delicious. The Facility overall felt very clean. One small thing we really appreciated was that both dinner and breakfast were already stocked in the refrigerator. We could start dinner at whatever time suited us, and there was no hassle of going to pick up the food (or having it delivered), which we personally found very convenient. The only real downside was that the air conditioning didn’t work very well. During the day it was sunny and the dome got quite hot from direct sunlight, and even after lowering the set temperature it took a long time to cool down. At night it felt a bit cold even after raising the temperature. It may simply be a limitation of this type of tent/dome... We should have come prepared to adjust by layering clothes. Below are a few points that weren’t major complaints but stood out: - The photo spot where you can take pictures with Mt. Fuji in the background is lit up until around 9 p.m., but when we tried to look at the stars around 8 p.m. before putting our child to bed, the lights were quite bright and distracting. Honestly, since you can’t see Mt. Fuji at night anyway and no one seemed to be taking photos then, I felt lighting after dark might not be necessary. - It would have been even better if there were an open area or playground equipment where children could run around and play within the Facility. - The bed felt slightly too soft for our preference.

Your First Glamping Experience with Your Beloved Dogs

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days this spring. We travel with our dogs two or three times a year, so I’m writing this Review from that perspective. The first reason we made a Reservation was the unique dome tent, which felt like a special escape from everyday life. Once we arrived, the inside was very comfortable, and our dogs were thrilled. Each unit has plenty of space and was clean. Our dogs could run around during the day and enjoy the campfire at night. Above all, I want to highlight how great the Onsen bath area is. The Onsen is consistently kept at 41–42°C, and the water feels smooth and wonderful—so comfortable you wouldn’t believe it’s artificial. The sauna is also available at any time, which is a big plus for sauna lovers. This was our first glamping experience, and there were a few things that felt slightly inconvenient on the first day, but you quickly get used to them, so it wasn’t an issue. If you want an experience different from a typical Hotel or Accommodation stay, I highly recommend it.

Although we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji.

We stayed here for our second night on a trip to celebrate our child’s high school graduation (2 adults, one high school student, and one elementary school student). It was about 10°C colder than our first Accommodation and that surprised us, but our first glamping experience exceeded expectations in every way. Even for someone like me who tends to want it all, the dinner portions were more than enough; we probably didn’t need the extra pizza and garlic rice (though we finished them). There was a great variety of drinks, and the ice cream was excellent. Best of all, the kids enjoyed helping prepare dinner and breakfast, and they also loved the campfire after dinner. It felt like we had the place entirely to ourselves—such a special space. The open-air bath was wonderful too, and we had no complaints at all. It was cloudy so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but it was still a perfect experience. We’d love to stay again.

    Barbecue

The Room, bath, and campfire were great, but the meals were disappointing. For the barbecue in the Room, while the vegetables were good, the meat was not tasty. The variety and quantity were overwhelming for us, making it unappetizing just by looking at it. Even after grilling and eating, while the scallops with shells were delicious, we felt that our home-cooked steak was far better than the beef provided. It might be worth reconsidering the sauce as well. Although it seemed possible to order additional high-quality meat separately, it feels odd to leave what’s already provided uneaten and then order more. The breakfast smoothie was nice; however, both the salad and hot sandwiches made us wonder why they weren’t more fitting for an outdoor experience or something else entirely.

It was my first glamping experience.

I experienced glamping for the first time with my dog. The bath and sauna were excellent, but considering the effort required for cooking and cleaning up after meals, I felt the price was a bit high. Additionally, a standard check-in time of 5 PM seems too late.

    Satisfaction

We stayed with 3 adults, 2 elementary school children, and 1 infant. It would have been better if the room was a bit more spacious as we needed extra space to open our suitcases. The children were delighted with the room that had a view of the outside! Although we canceled the reservation for the campfire and fireworks at check-in due to rain, we were able to enjoy both when the rain temporarily stopped. The rainbow-colored campfire was a big hit with both adults and children. The meals were more filling than expected and included plenty of vegetables. The kitchen equipment, such as the coffee maker, blender, hot sandwich maker, and grill plate, was all high-quality and very convenient. The most disappointing part was that we couldn't use the roof over the open-air bath during rainy weather due to safety concerns from its weight under heavy rain. If it had been usable, we could have enjoyed a more relaxing bath experience even in bad weather.

    Beyond expectations!

It was better than expected. The staff were very helpful, and everything was perfectly prepared even without us having to ask, so we could simply relax and enjoy our stay!

    With a dog

We had a wonderful time. We brought our two elderly dogs, and they seemed to be comfortable. They explored various parts of the Room, took naps in a stroller while watching Mount Fuji, and happily watched the bonfire from a distance. The BBQ was plentiful and delicious. The amenities were fully equipped, even for the dogs, making it a lovely space for both humans and dogs. The bath and sauna were clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again soon for a family trip. Thank you to the staff for taking the time to take our photos despite being busy. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

    First time glamping

I decided to go for glamping, which is easier to enjoy without the hassle of preparing for camping. Since I was going to glamp, I wanted a place with a good view of Mount Fuji, so after watching some videos, I chose this location. It's a completely private glamping experience. A spacious open-air bath, sauna, and cold bath—it's too luxurious. I thought I might need to order more for dinner if it wasn't enough, but I was completely full. The variety of drinks was also great. For breakfast, the smoothie was delicious, and the hot sandwich was nicely toasted. However, it's a bit disappointing that the plates were paper. It's easy to clean up, so that's good, but... I was most looking forward to the campfire, but I was so exhausted from the long journey that I fell into a deep sleep and ended up having a campfire early in the morning. It was a quiet morning, and although the weather was cloudy, I was glad to see Mount Fuji. I was concerned about some of the things mentioned in the reviews, but I was able to spend my time comfortably without any worries. It's great that improvements were made quickly. After experiencing such luxurious glamping, I don't think I can go anywhere else.
