    It was terrible. I do not recommend it.

    This was absolutely terrible. It started with an email 30 minutes before arrival saying the toilet was broken, and the shower only produced cold water. When I contacted support, the operator did not understand anything about this Accommodation and kept saying they would call back. The ventilation fan was also broken and it nearly caused a fire. Even after contacting them, nothing was repaired, and I spent my stay feeling very unsafe. In addition, we were told to use the installed equipment by scanning QR codes to access the manuals, but every QR code provided resulted in an error. In the end, many devices could not be used at all. There were also lights in the living room with no instructions whatsoever, so we had to live with them constantly on. This is far too unacceptable given that we paid a significant amount. I believe this violates the accommodation agreement. I request a refund.

    An excellent Facility just steps from the stunning coral reefs of Yonehara Beach.

    A spacious Facility with a stunning exterior. It is very close to the beach, and we were extremely satisfied with the location, the luxurious Facility, and the appearance. However, there are several points we would like to see improved. 1) House key: The system requires entering a PIN and then scanning a QR code on a device to unlock. Even when operated correctly, it repeatedly attempted to unlock but would not open; it finally unlocked only after more than 20 tries. The cause was unclear and it did not improve afterward. We ended up leaving someone inside so we could avoid using this system as much as possible, which was inconvenient. 2) Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms, each Room having (or being near) a bathroom and toilet, which was great for maintaining privacy for three couples. However, two bedrooms use king beds set up as doubles; because the mattress shifts when one person turns over, it interfered with sleep. We stayed 3 nights, and the couples in those king beds felt tired. Since the Rooms are spacious, we would prefer twin beds if possible—at minimum, separate mattresses so movement does not transfer. One bedroom also had no washbasin sink and required using the toilet hand-wash sink instead, which was inconvenient. 3) Appliances: Almost everything is Miele. Instructions must be accessed by scanning QR codes and reading explanations; they were difficult to understand and ultimately not user-friendly. Simpler appliances would be preferable. In particular, we could not clearly figure out how to use the washing machine; usability was very poor overall. Some shirts had detergent (?) residue left on them that became stains (we were able to remove them by re-washing at home). If possible, we would like these replaced with Japanese-made appliances. The IH cooktop could not be used because the provided frying pan was not compatible with IH; additionally, the cooktop itself was hard to operate/understand. The switches for dining lighting and curtains were also confusing—we could not tell which button controlled what. 4) Sauna: It was unclear unless we asked that the usage fee is the same whether staying one night or on a Multiple Night Stay. When emailing questions, responses from the Facility arrived within about 24 hours at best. The sauna operation was also difficult to understand; it could not be set for continuous use beyond 6 hours—so even if set at night it turned off by morning and became cold. A setting of at least around 10 hours seems necessary. 5) The provided tableware is stylish and wonderful but is not microwave-safe, which is inconvenient. This is an excellent Facility in a great location and we would like to visit again—but if these points are improved, we will definitely return.

    The bathtub drain stopper won’t come out.

    The bath drain plug wouldn’t come out, and the situation is completely different from when I stayed here a few years ago. Since there are two buildings, I recommend staying in the newer one. Be sure to bring your own pajamas or other loungewear.

    Among all the Hotels...

    Among all the Hotels I have stayed at, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, this was my No.1 experience. The Room had a pleasant fragrance, a luxurious atmosphere, and an excellent interior design.
