    The result was completely satisfying!

    I searched for a dog-friendly private rental accommodation on my smartphone and made a reservation at "GIFTHOUSE." However, I discovered during the reservation process that if bringing a dog, the stay is limited to "HANARE," which isn't even pictured on GIFTHOUSE's official website. I was confused but proceeded with the reservation. Later, upon checking IKYU.com and other booking sites on my PC, I finally understood it was a separate building. The check-out time is also different... Honestly, this felt like an afterthought and was quite frustrating. I hope this can be improved in terms of display clarity. That said, we were very satisfied with HANARE as an accommodation! The serene experience while gazing at the ocean, stylish interiors, and a garden perfectly sized for our small dog made it ideal for two people and one pet (though artificial turf can get hot in summer!). We enjoyed BBQing with groceries from the supermarket; all cooking tools and BBQ grills were user-friendly—perfectly equipped! Having an ice maker and SodaStream was incredibly convenient! The thoughtful use of Human Made products in bathroom and kitchen supplies as well as JMO amenities throughout added charm. Clear separation between outdoor shoes and indoor slippers was also appreciated. Dog supplies were complete; we only needed to bring food, treats, and a bed—very convenient. If I had to nitpick: there wasn’t any sugar available—it might have been just that day though... Waking up early to enjoy the sauna while watching the sunrise was amazing! While breakfast wasn’t personally my favorite taste-wise, their gelato was absolutely delicious! The excellent environment of this facility far exceeded my initial dissatisfaction—I will definitely recommend it to others around me. We’d love to visit again during colder seasons too. Lastly, we met one of your staff members right before leaving—they were so kind and gave us such a warm send-off—it truly made us happy. Thank you so much for everything!

    Perfect! Absolutely amazing!

    We stayed for one night as a large group to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The moment we entered, we were greeted by an incredible ocean view and perfect weather—an absolutely stunning location! The accommodation featured a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a Japanese-style room, sauna, gym & karaoke room, pool, and rooftop. The furniture and decor were stylishly chosen, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The gym facilities were excellent, the karaoke room was spacious, and the pool was clean and so much fun! From the water dispenser to adorable tableware and amenities—everything was perfectly prepared! Even men's swimwear in the bathroom—it was such a thoughtful touch! Before our stay, they kindly provided information about nearby supermarkets and recommended shops. At checkout time, the staff personally came to greet us—they were truly wonderful. It turned out to be an amazing trip with absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you so much! Next time we hope to enjoy a multiple night stay!

    Perfect Vacation Rental

    We stayed for one night as a group of two. The location is amazing, with an unobstructed view of the ocean right in front. The spacious living room, two bedrooms, Japanese-style room, sauna, gym & karaoke, pool, and rooftop (with breathtaking views) were more than we could fully enjoy in just one night. Additionally, every room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. In the evening, we shopped at a nearby supermarket and enjoyed a barbecue by the poolside. Since we planned to have sushi and seafood for lunch the next day, the light breakfast of bread and soup provided was perfect for us. Before our stay, we asked several detailed questions which were answered promptly and courteously; they even recommended nearby supermarkets and restaurants to visit. During check-in and check-out, we were greeted with warm smiles that made our trip truly flawless from start to finish. This is definitely a place I would recommend to others after such a long time! Couples will love it here as much as families or groups looking for an enjoyable getaway together. Thank you very much!

    Winter was also wonderful.

    We had a wonderful stay last summer, so we visited again in December. The winter sunset in Tateyama was incredibly beautiful. Thank you for another fantastic stay. The large-screen karaoke was also enjoyable.

    Excellent

    The pool, bath, sauna, and room were all clean and spacious. The air conditioning was well-equipped, allowing for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen utensils were plentiful, and I was surprised to find a wasabi grater. There was nothing to worry about, and I had the best time. I definitely want to stay here again.
