    Affordable

    Conveniently located and easy to access anywhere, this facility with a pool offers great value for its price. The room layout is well-designed, making it comfortable to stay. However, the lower price may reflect in some areas where the service could be improved. We stayed in a single-story type unit, which is the only one of its kind at this facility. Compared to other rooms, it features an indoor kitchen, drum-type washing machine, and heated pool—details worth checking beforehand. The heated pool was surprisingly helpful; you can swim comfortably even on cloudy days or at night without feeling cold. - Mosquitoes were abundant; personally, I found the outdoor kitchen challenging to use. Mosquito coils were prohibited. - As others have mentioned, choosing cleaning options can be tricky. - While BBQ equipment is advertised as free of charge, there’s a gas fee of 2,200 yen required for use. Since gas is essential for operation, this should be clearly stated instead of being labeled as "free." - The lack of a dishwasher was inconvenient since many places now provide one. - Some provided dishes were dirty and needed rewashing before use. Overall, considering its affordability, we had a satisfactory stay despite these minor issues.

    Enjoyed a perfect vacation with a villa-like experience!

    We stayed for 3 nights as a family of four. The facility was clean, luxurious, and very comfortable. We had meals in the room every morning and evening, using the convenient Logos electric BBQ stand (limited availability, advance reservation recommended) for two nights. In the mornings, we made simple burgers with the toaster and microwave. The bedrooms were divided into two rooms on the second floor, making it easy to sleep and recover from activity fatigue. There were also two toilets—one on each floor—which added to our comfort. Daily cleaning and towel replacement (upon request) were very helpful. The bathroom was spacious, and both the poolside area and divan next to the living room were cozy spots that our kids loved. The living room TV had Netflix access, so after putting the kids to bed, we could relax even more! It was a perfect stay for both parents and children. We would love to stay here again when visiting Miyako Island!

    They provided flexible customer service from the customer's perspective. I was very impressed with the staff's hospitality. The room and bath were also very clean, and I am very satisfied with the best stay experience. I will use it again. Thank you very much.

    Cleaning

    It's unfortunate that we have to leave the Room open for cleaning from 10 AM to 3 PM. Since we couldn't go into the sea due to the rain, we returned to the Room after going to the town with nothing to do, so we gave up on the Room cleaning and just got towels.

    Good value for money

    The cottage was inexpensive compared to the market rate, so I was a little worried before staying. However, the Facility, including the pool, was clean, and the access was good, so I was very satisfied.

    It feels like a rental villa.

    The location was convenient for getting around, which was nice. However, various aspects felt cheap. After visiting another hotel, which was cheaper, I couldn't help but compare... I'm sorry. The front desk and services are only available until 5 PM, so when I went out and came back, I couldn't use the nice shop and services available. I think the service is not as good as a regular hotel. I was aware of the outdoor kitchen, but there were quite a few mosquitoes, and without mosquito coils or VAPE, it was difficult to work. I think even regular hotels provide at least VAPE. The hotel staff were pleasant. I hope they strive to make it a place I'd want to use again.
