    Great value for the price, with excellent Facility for an entire resort rental.

    Pros - We stayed in Building B (with a pool, jacuzzi, and barrel sauna). Perhaps because it is relatively new, it was extremely clean, and we felt it was great value for the space and facilities. On remote islands, hot water supply can often be unstable, but here the hot water system is divided into three lines, so we had no issues even when filling the jacuzzi. Compared with other resort villas (such as Shigira), this place seems to reduce costs by being completely self-service, but considering the facilities and price, we were very satisfied and would like to come again. You also pick up your room key yourself from a key box, which was not a problem at all. - There were plenty of dishes properly prepared, and it was helpful that there were small amounts of salt/pepper, oil, plastic wrap, etc. It was also nice that they provided items for exploring outside such as lights/lanterns and umbrellas. One thing—probably an oversight in the Facility setup—there was no cutting board, so it would be helpful if one could be provided. Cons - Mobile reception is poor. The provided Wi‑Fi is fast so browsing/searching online is fine; however, if you plan to book external activities during your stay, it’s better to arrange contact methods such as LINE or email in addition to a phone number and let them know that “the Hotel has poor reception.” - Despite being such an impressive Accommodation in terms of facilities, only one bath towel per person was provided. I called to ask if they could bring extra towels from the start (even for an additional fee) so each person could have two towels per day, but I was told they had limited bath towels available (they did bring fresh towels when exchanging them on day two). In reality, once you use one towel by the jacuzzi/pool area you’ll want another for your evening bath/shower. For this point alone, I strongly hope they can provide two bath towels per person per night. Overall—aside from the bath towel issue—we were satisfied and would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    The Hotel by the sea is the best.

    Our group of nine across three families stayed for three nights, and it was a clean, spacious Hotel that everyone—from adults to children—could enjoy. It was well stocked with amenities, from essentials to thoughtful extras. We’re planning to visit Miyakojima again next year and would love to stay here again.

    A wonderful Accommodation from a woman’s perspective

    This Accommodation truly has everything you could ask for. Check-in and check-out are clear and straightforward. The villa is spotless, spacious, and beyond reproach. The amenities, kitchen appliances, and supplies are excellent. Breakfast is also high quality. Everything was so impressive that it made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you very much.

    The ultimate trio: sauna, pool, and jacuzzi

    The ultimate trio—sauna, pool, and jacuzzi—was amazing. It’s already great as it is, but to make it even better, I’d like to request the following: If the bushes on the ocean side could be trimmed so the sea view is visible, that would be perfect! Please seal the sauna’s glass door gap—it’s too large.

    Amazing villa!

    I stayed for one night starting October 31. We stayed in Building C, and it was so spacious that it felt wasteful for just our family of four. In hindsight, it would have been better suited for a larger group. There were six beds, which made us realize that staying with only four people was definitely a mistake. This was the first accommodation that left me in awe the moment I opened the door. The large pool, jacuzzi, and sauna visible beyond the open living room had our entire family thrilled with excitement. Even though we stayed in Miyako for five nights, I regret only booking this place for one night. Next time we visit Miyako Island, I want to stay here throughout our trip. If I had to point out any negatives: The sauna door didn’t close properly, and the area around the pool was slippery (though this isn’t much of an issue if you’re careful while walking; however, families with small children might find it concerning). That said, overall it was an excellent accommodation. We created wonderful memories on our last day in Miyako!

    Anniversary Trip

    This was our fifth visit to Miyako Island, and since our third trip, we've been visiting for anniversary celebrations. For these trips with my husband, we always choose a villa (as he is a smoker and can smoke on the terrace). Having access to the ocean and a washer-dryer due to the heat has been incredibly convenient. The Room had two separate bedrooms, which was great for us as we have different temperature preferences when sleeping. The only downsides were some mold in the bathroom and that the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms wasn't very effective. However, the living room air conditioning worked perfectly fine. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

    My grandchild was very delighted.

    We stayed for two nights as a family of five. The pool was larger than expected, and our grandchildren enjoyed it. With a sauna and jacuzzi available, we could warm up even on rainy days and had fun multiple times. The two-bedroom setup with a living-dining area, bathroom, and spacious washroom was comfortable; however, having to go through the washroom to access the toilet made us think that having two toilets would be more convenient. The facilities and amenities were sufficient overall, but the Balmuda speaker did not work properly. Since we use the same model at home without issues, it might be faulty. We also faced some trouble with the air conditioning. While the living-dining room's air conditioner worked fine, both bedrooms' units were malfunctioning. Fortunately, due to unstable weather conditions and lower temperatures during our stay, this wasn’t too much of an issue—but still inconvenient! Both devices powered on but didn’t function correctly; perhaps this was overlooked during maintenance? It would have been better if proper checks had been conducted beforehand. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; however, considering the high cost of accommodation fees paid for this experience (€XXX), more attention should be given to inspections since there are no staff stationed onsite!

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay at the accommodation. The check-in and check-out process was smoother this time as it was unmanned. However, there were a few points that could be improved. Firstly, the towels seemed old and rough, making them too harsh to use on sunburned skin. The faucet on the right side of the sink was broken, and the metal part came off several times. Since I cooked every day, it would have been more convenient if all the kitchen cabinet doors were intact. While I appreciated that missing items were promptly provided upon request, having a water dispenser would be very helpful for long-term stays. I hope these suggestions can lead to improvements as I would like to consider a multiple night stay again in the future if given another opportunity.

    First Trip to Okinawa

    The air conditioner appears to have mold, and there is concern that it might be spreading. Despite the windows being closed, more than 10 insects were found in the room and had to be dealt with. The mirror in Room F was very dirty, making it unsuitable for makeup or grooming. At night, dozens of insects gathered around the jacuzzi and pool area, making it impossible to enjoy opening windows or spending time outside. The level of service felt lacking in attentiveness. Additionally, the absence of a front desk made it difficult to seek assistance when needed.

    It was a wonderful time!

    This was my second stay at the accommodation. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The relaxing atmosphere made it a wonderful experience for my elderly parents as well. Thank you very much. However, there was one disappointing point. Although we were informed that room trash would be collected if left in front of the entrance, it wasn't picked up until we contacted the staff. This was a bit unfortunate, but everything else was excellent. I look forward to staying again. Thank you!

    First Time at Crystal Villa Bayside Miyakojima

    I stayed on February 21st. I stayed in a Type C Room. It was simply wonderful. I now have another reason to look forward to visiting Miyakojima again. I want to stay here next time as well. Everything deserves five stars. The barbecue was also delicious. For breakfast, you make your own hot sandwiches, and they were tasty and fun to make.

    I Love Miyakojima

    In summer, I stayed at Sunayama and this time I stayed at Bayside. The room was also wonderfully clean, and the dinner was shabu-shabu, which was very satisfying and filling. Just like at Sunayama, the staff were pleasant, and I was able to spend a wonderful four days over the New Year. I've become a big fan of Miyakojima and Crystal, and I've visited Miyakojima twice in June and July. Next time, I have a reservation at Crystal Ingya. I look forward to the next time.

    It was excellent.

    It was excellent. My friend and I agreed it was the best ever. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I would love to visit again. However... as others have mentioned, the water... I didn't feel refreshed after taking a shower. The floor was extremely slippery, which was quite nerve-wracking. Overall, it was a wonderful villa that surpassed those issues.

    There are three bedrooms, a very spacious living room, and a facility with a jacuzzi and sauna in the garden, allowing for a relaxing stay. The interior and furniture are stylish and lovely. It was my first villa experience, and since it was a vacation, I didn't want to do much housework, so I requested dinner, but breakfast was not included. Since there is nothing around, I went to the city to buy breakfast, but the "Sanei City" recommended by the staff was completely out of bread, yogurt, and other items on the shelves before 5 PM, with nothing left. Various amenities are provided, but while there are bathrobes, there is no nightwear, which I had to go out and purchase the next day. The bathroom is very slippery, so extra caution is needed for the elderly and children. Also, the water feels slimy, so there is no refreshing feeling after washing your face or hair. There are no staff members outside of check-in times, but the staff who assisted us and the staff we spoke to on the phone were very polite and kind. There is Wi-Fi, so the internet environment is good, but the signal is very poor. Although I have a Docomo iPhone, I couldn't make calls. For some reason, the Docomo feature phone worked, so I used it to contact the staff. There were many confusing moments, but overall, it was a satisfying stay.
