    LUUP最高

    It was the best Accommodation! LUUP was great too!

    Our family of seven, including my in-laws, stayed for one night. We had checked the photos and videos on the website in advance, but seeing it in person, the space was overwhelmingly large. Being able to rent the entire place for a night felt like the height of luxury—we had an amazing time. We’ve stayed at Accommodations with both a pool and a sauna before, but this one was easily the best we’ve ever experienced! The pool is simply huge. It wasn’t heated and it wasn’t a particularly warm day, but we still enjoyed it without any issues. The sauna was also authentic and very relaxing. One unexpected highlight was LUUP (and the tandem bicycle as well). It was my first time riding LUUP, but after a little practice in front of the entrance, we took a ride away from the ocean and found a wonderfully pastoral landscape. Riding through the evening breeze at dusk felt incredibly refreshing. The next morning, even though we were still tired from the pool, we pushed ourselves to wake up early and rode along the coast with our kids on LUUP and the tandem bicycle all the way to Okinoshima and back—it truly felt like summer and was so invigorating! We also really appreciated all the bottled water that had been provided (far more than we could possibly finish), as well as the Cup Noodles and Pringles for late-night snacks. Lastly, here are a few points that would make things even better: - This may be difficult to implement right away, but it would be great to have a restroom in or near the pool area that can be accessed while wearing swimwear. - The play area has lots of equipment installed, but because everything is close together, it would be nice to have some more open space between them. We wanted to play frisbee there, but it felt a bit tight. - It would be helpful if there were a basket in the changing room for collecting wet towels after use. I couldn’t find one, so we ended up piling them on the floor—sorry if there actually was one somewhere. - Since so many bottled waters are provided, the burnable trash bin next to kitchen (which also accepts plastic bottles) tended to fill up quickly. Adding one more burnable trash bin or placing a dedicated plastic-bottle recycling bin might help. Thank you so much for taking care of us this time. We’d love to stay again!!!

    This was our first s...

    This was our first stay. There were plenty of activities, including a pool and a kids’ play area, so we were able to enjoy ourselves all day. The children were thrilled to make pizza for the first time, and with help from the staff, they happily ate the pizza they made. We would love to stay again when we have the chance.

    Enjoy an extraordinary getaway

    I’ve stayed at many villas, but this one stood out for its well-maintained building, excellent Facilities, and attentive service—making for a perfect holiday. Beer, soft drinks, sparkling wine, pet supplies, and towels were thoughtfully provided by default at the poolside and in the powder room; everything you’d hope to have was already there, which was truly satisfying. It’s not cheap, but I believe it’s a villa well worth the price.

    We had a wonderful time!

    As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

    Because it was such a wonderful Accommodation, I’d like to share an honest Review in the hope it will be helpful going forward. The Facility and amenities were impeccable, and everything was thoughtfully arranged—we had a truly lovely stay. Thank you very much for providing such a great space and management system that made our time so comfortable. I don’t mind paying for everything, but compared with what we received—and compared with other places we’ve stayed—the management around trip planning and payments honestly didn’t feel commensurate with the price.

    Thank you for always choosing to stay with us.

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with our family of six and three dogs. The staff were always kind and courteous, making our stay very pleasant. The gas BBQ was easy to set up, and the heat was just right. The pool is spacious, so adults can fully enjoy it as well. There were cold drinks and ice cream chilled in the poolside refrigerator, which was a wonderful thoughtful touch. Our whole family is looking forward to visiting again next time.

    The best villa!

    The location with a panoramic ocean view was absolutely amazing! The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax in a stylish space. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail, making our stay truly pleasant. The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone—families, friends, or couples alike. I would definitely love to stay here again!

    Wonderful!

    I stayed at this Accommodation last year and again this year, and it was truly the best once again. This year, the pool even had a large float big enough for adults to relax on, making it fun for both kids and adults. With a sauna, BBQ facilities, and a garden where you can practice golf as well, you can fully enjoy summer without leaving this Accommodation, so we were able to spend a relaxing holiday. Also, the spotless Room and the wonderful hospitality—welcome drinks like plenty of beer and water, plus ice cream and snacks—were exceptional. I would love to stay again next year.

    We were very satisfied and would love to stay again.

    This was another repeat stay for us. Since our group was larger this time, some participants traveled by train. They kindly provided Shuttle Service to and from the station both ways, and even showed us nearby sightseeing spots to help adjust our schedule. The property was also very clean and well maintained, so we had a comfortable stay. When we planned a surprise prank for some of our group, the staff gladly joined in as well—it truly felt like they took care of everything. We’re already thinking of coming back again. Thank you very much once again.

    Very satisfied.

    From the pre-stay inquiries through the day of our stay, everyone was courteous, and I felt this was a Facility with exceptionally high hospitality. [Pros] - The view from the living room is wonderful - The lighting at night is beautiful - A generous welcome service is provided (soft drinks, beer, and easy-to-eat snacks) - With multiple bedrooms, it was convenient—for example, we could use a separate room to help the kids fall asleep [Cons] - There are quite a few mosquitoes, so you’ll need to take precautions - The front door will stay slightly ajar unless you close it firmly all the way - I noticed some dust (dog hair?) remaining in a corner of the bathroom - About the outdoor stairs: there is no railing on parts of the stairs leading to the pool and kids & dog run area, and even where there is a railing there are gaps at the bottom, which felt dangerous for children and dogs As for the bath, while the tub is very spacious and fun, it takes time to fill with hot water—so it’s better to start preparing early. Also, since the bath amenities have an herbal scent, those who don’t like that may want to bring their own. We’ve stayed at many places before, but this one stood out for its wide range of amenities/Facility features overall. It was a very satisfying trip. Thank you very much.

    A Stunning Luxury Villa

    This was our second stay, following last year. We were lucky to have two rain-free days during the rainy season, and the kids enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for adults). Still, we went back and forth between the jacuzzi and sauna next to it, and adults enjoyed it too. This time, we checked in early and had our daughter and her husband’s dogs join us for their 10th anniversary wedding photo shoot. With such an outstanding location, it felt like being overseas. The dog run and children’s play area are spacious—there are so many Facility options that one night isn’t enough to enjoy everything. Tateyama is also convenient, with nearby spots to enjoy the sea and many great seafood restaurants. With all-inclusive drinks like water and alcohol, plus cup noodles and potato chips available as well, you can have a great time without going anywhere. We would love to stay again.

    Dog-Friendly Trip

    This time we traveled with 8 dogs and 6 adults, and it was amazing because there were plenty of Rooms! It was so stylish—our ideal home! The pool and sauna were also fantastic! Going downstairs was a bit tiring.

    Enjoy with the whole family

    On sunny days, we fully enjoyed the Facility, including the pool, sauna, playground equipment, and kick scooters! The BBQ area is covered, so you can feel at ease even on rainy days. It was a wonderful villa with an interior that showed attention to detail throughout. The staff were courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. We would love to stay again.

    A Wonderful Holiday

    We stayed for two nights during the Golden Week holidays. It was a dream-like three days spent with our family and friends. We were satisfied with everything. The Facility was kept very clean and well maintained, and we had a comfortable stay. We truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Thank you very much. It can’t be helped at this time of year as weeds grow quickly, but there were some weeds in the dog run that dogs should not eat. We would be happy if you could remove at least the long-headed poppy (Papaver dubium).

    Comfortable and relaxing stay

    Thank you for having us during Golden Week. Unlike many vacation rentals, staff were present for both check-in and check-out. Their explanations were very thorough, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. We have a dog, so being able to stay together was wonderful. The view is amazing—you can see the ocean all at once—and we had a lovely time. There is also a dog run, so our dog could play and have fun. However, there were no dog items in the Room (crate, pet pads, or food bowls). If possible, having these items would help guests with dogs feel more comfortable indoors at night or on rainy days. The amenities and drinks are very well stocked, so we didn’t have any trouble. I think it’s also suitable for group stays. The breakfast delivery was excellent. I almost wish the menu included your famous soup curry as well. We would love to stay again.

    Beyond expectations

    It was my first time staying here! The Facility was even better equipped than I expected, which was great. The sauna was excellent! It was too cold to use the pool this season, but it seems like it would be perfect for relaxing in summer. I brought my dog along, and we were very satisfied—there’s plenty of nature and space to run around and play. The night view was beautiful too! I’d love to come again!

    It was the best Acco...

    It was the best Accommodation! There were plenty of cold beers, juices, and water in the fridge as welcome drinks, which really got us excited! There were also lots of towels, which we really appreciated as sauna lovers! We stayed with 8 people and one toy poodle, and it was very comfortable with so many Rooms! Next time we’d like to stay for two nights!

    It was the best family trip.

    Our family of five plus one dog stayed here. From the moment we arrived and opened the Accommodation door, our family couldn’t stop exclaiming in amazement! The indoor setting and amenities, the BBQ area, thoughtfully designed bedrooms based on a clear concept, a huge garden with a pool and sauna, a giant trampoline and well-equipped playground gear, electric scooters and a tandem bicycle—honestly, one night wasn’t enough. There was more than we could possibly finish: craft beer, cup noodles, snacks, coffee and tea bags, plenty of mineral water—everything was perfectly prepared with guests in mind. Next time, we’d love to come back during pool season with relatives and friends. It turned into the best family trip!

    Awesome!

    We stayed as three generations (7 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog). Thank you for kindly accommodating our requests to change the number of guests and dogs after the Reservation. Upon arrival, you transported our luggage and my grandfather by tuk-tuk from the parking area to the entrance (about 10 meters), which was a huge help. The interior is single-story with only about three steps, so my grandfather, who has limited mobility, was able to relax and stay comfortably. The living room has underfloor heating, and each Room is equipped with a Dyson Hot + Cool, making it comfortable even in slightly chilly weather. The BBQ area also had heaters and blankets provided, so we could enjoy ourselves even in winter. The refrigerator was well stocked with water, ice, cup noodles, coffee, and more—we were happy to have late-night snacks as well. The kids’ area had a large trampoline, and the children looked like they were having a great time. The sauna was ready to use right away and heated properly to over 90°C; we were very satisfied. One small note: because the jacuzzi bathtub is large, it took some time to fill. We felt that a stronger water flow would make it even better. Next time, we would love to visit again in a warmer season when we can also use the pool. Thank you very much for your attentive support throughout our stay.

    The Facility is excellent.

    This was our second time staying for a Multiple Night Stay with four adults and one large dog. We were able to spend time in a luxurious space, and we were satisfied again. After returning, there are three points we noticed: 1) Since there is only one bathroom indoors, having an additional shower room would be more convenient. 2) This may be unavoidable for ease of cleaning, but the flooring is slippery for dogs, so care is needed to prevent strain or injury to their legs and joints. 3) We realized after eating that the five complimentary cup noodles were nearly two months past their best-before date (for our stay of two nights from March 19, 2026, the best-before date was January 25 of the same year), which made us feel uncomfortable. Efforts to reduce food waste are important, but we would like you to ensure thorough management of any food provided.

    It was a wonderful accommodation that I would love to visit again.

    We stayed as a family of three with one Golden Retriever. From the helpful support during our pre-arrival phone call to the warm hospitality at check-in, everything was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay. The Facility was clean and beautiful, and the views were amazing. The sauna was comfortable, and the BBQ area was fun, easy to use, and convenient. The Room interior was stylish and cozy. We were able to relax together as a family while enjoying the night view, which made for a wonderful time. This is a lovely Accommodation that we would definitely like to visit again.     Perfect Facility for BBQs with Friends and Pets

    This is a great Facility for enjoying BBQs and hanging out with a group of friends. It’s very clean, and everything you need is provided. There’s also a well-equipped area for dogs to play. The sauna is excellent. In winter, the pool temperature feels more like it’s meant for cooling down after the sauna rather than for swimming. The staff are polite, and overall it’s highly recommended. A pet fee of 5,000 yen per dog will be charged on-site.

    There was plenty to ...

    There was plenty to enjoy, but this Accommodation was not without its drawbacks. First, despite being able to accommodate a large group, there were not enough bathrooms. It was also disappointing that there was no toilet near the pool and sauna. The Accommodation was convenient and close to the village, but since private homes are scattered nearby, it was unfortunate that we couldn’t comfortably use the Facility late at night with our group.

    We stayed with 3 families (11 people). We also added dinner and breakfast, and the BBQ dinner in particular was well equipped, allowing us to enjoy it around a large table. The cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery were especially well stocked, so we had no trouble with meals. The Facility was very clean and well maintained, and the cleaning was thorough, which we appreciated. The bathtub was very spacious and the children loved it, but we were a little disappointed that there was no reheating function, so the water temperature dropped quickly; other than that, everything was great.

    We stayed as a group of seven friends, and it's rare to find a villa where you can enjoy such a fulfilling time. The terrace dining and BBQ setup were particularly outstanding. The spacious terrace had excellent flow, making cooking easy, and there was plenty of room for all seven of us to sit comfortably and enjoy our meals. Having a BBQ while feeling the evening breeze created an atmosphere beyond our expectations, turning an ordinary meal into something truly special. The pool exceeded our expectations in size, offering more openness than the photos suggested. The water quality was well-maintained, making it incredibly pleasant to use. During the day, we relaxed while swimming together; at night, the beautifully lit water surface provided a luxurious ambiance just by gazing at it. What surprised us most was the quality of the sauna. The balance of temperature and humidity was perfect for achieving complete relaxation. The outdoor cooling space and cold bath were conveniently located for smooth transitions between them, creating an experience that felt on par with being in a high-end spa. Additionally, being pet-friendly with a dedicated dog run made it comfortable for those traveling with pets; however, we felt that the highlights were undoubtedly the sauna, pool, and terrace spaces. Overall, this villa offers an ideal environment for group stays. We were so satisfied that we wouldn’t hesitate to choose this place again when gathering with everyone next time!

    Highly Recommended!!

    We stayed for 1 night and 2 days with a total of 9 people, including 7 adults and 2 infants. We fully enjoyed the BBQ, sauna, jacuzzi, fire pit, and children's play equipment—it was an amazing two days. The building was clean and well-maintained, providing a very pleasant space. We would love to visit again!
