    The Ultimate Villa for an Extraordinary Escape

    We stayed with two families. We enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace while watching the sunset, and the private pool was stocked with life jackets, swim rings, and more—our kids were completely absorbed for hours. It was our nephew’s birthday, so we celebrated with a surprise cake and made wonderful memories. After the excited kids fell asleep, we lay back on the terrace chairs to gaze at the stars and enjoyed a luxurious adults-only time with drinks. The view from the Room was also fantastic. The sea was rough during our stay, so it was a rare and impressive sight to see huge waves crashing against the rocks and sending up massive sprays. We definitely want to stay again.

    I stay here every year for a friend’s birthday. The stylish exterior and the breathtaking view the moment you open the door make it feel like stepping into another world! Every time, I’m soothed by BBQ while watching the sunset over the ocean and relaxing in a spotless Room. I’d love to visit in winter as well.

    It was excellent.

    It was a wonderful villa, just like I saw on social media. “The luxury of doing nothing” was exactly right! We were so happy to celebrate our child’s birthday and our anniversary in such a beautiful villa. Thank you very much for accommodating our cake request as well. Even though it rained, there were UNO and karaoke, so the kids had a great time. There was no mention of a hair iron, so I brought one—but one was provided, and everything was thoughtfully prepared! Since the weather wasn’t great this time, we’d love to come again when it’s sunny. Thank you very much!

    The villa was even more wonderful than I imagined!

    We stayed here to celebrate our 3-year anniversary, and from the moment we stepped into the villa we were amazed by everything—the spotless interior, the living room with an ocean view, and the private pool. We also enjoyed listening to music on vinyl records, cycling along the coast on the bikes, grilling meat on the teppan for dinner at night, stargazing with the telescope, and watching a movie on the projector. We were able to share so many first-time experiences together, and each one became a truly special memory. There were so many fun items and activities provided that we couldn’t even enjoy them all during our stay—and we were also thrilled that the bath amenities were Aesop. This villa far exceeded our expectations, and we definitely want to come back again. Thank you so much!

    The ocean view from ...

    The ocean view from every Room made for an absolutely wonderful stay. It was a villa that truly made us wish we could have stayed longer! We would love to stay again the next time we visit Kochi.

    Summer Memories

    We stayed here during our children's summer vacation! With the intense heat outside, staying at the villa was the perfect choice. Everything was so thoughtful and kind. Although it was just a one-night stay this time, we enjoyed it so much that we’re considering staying for two nights next time! The pool water level was adjusted for our children’s height, and perhaps because I had called to ask about towel quantities, they provided extra towels, making our stay very comfortable. As a busy mom, I can’t remember the last time I felt this relaxed. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

    I was able to fully enjoy a relaxing time.

    We enjoyed a relaxing stay in a stylish private house. The sukiyaki meat and the flavor of the broth during simmering were very delicious. (However, I regret not realizing sooner that there were no onions and not going to buy them.) The kitchen is a step lower, so you need to be careful not to fall when you're drunk, but we were able to leisurely enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean from both the Room and the bath. Buying a villa and living there every day might get boring, and just coming occasionally would be a waste, so I realized once again that renting the whole house like this might be a surprisingly good idea.

    I was truly moved! I can confidently say it was the most wonderful experience of all my travels. First, what I felt immediately upon arrival was the warm hospitality of the staff. Their kind and courteous service gave me a sense of security, and I was genuinely looking forward to my stay here. The room was spacious, with a sophisticated design and cleanliness everywhere, making me feel like I was in my own private hideaway. What impressed me the most was the breathtaking view from the terrace! The expansive blue sky and sea were visible, and the moment the sun set was truly beautiful, leaving me speechless. At night, I was able to spend a luxurious time gazing at the starry sky. Additionally, there was a private pool within the facility, where I could relax leisurely by the poolside and feel my heart healed. In a quiet environment, I was able to completely refresh without being disturbed by anyone. The dining experience was fresh, with a style of enjoying cooking on the built-in teppan, allowing for lively conversation while slowly grilling the ingredients. Enjoying delicious freshly cooked meals while watching the sunset from the terrace was truly a "special moment." The luxury of leisurely spending time while cooking was unique to this place. Overall, I was able to fully enjoy an extraordinary luxurious time in a quiet and calm environment. I definitely want to visit again to spend special moments. It is a property I can wholeheartedly recommend!

    First Vacation Rental

    I read an article in "Kikan Kochi" and became interested, so I checked the Availability Calendar and made a reservation for this day, which was the only day available, around the Obon period. The house I reached after getting a little lost due to the lack of a sign was a very lovely room with a blue pool, the latest home appliances, and a pure white interior. In the morning, I woke up in bed and gazed at the sea for a while. I remembered, "That's right, I wanted to live in a house with a sea view." For the first time, I asked Alexa to play jazz and learned that the Balmuda oven plays music. The washer-dryer also finishes in two hours. If possible, I would like to come during a slightly hotter season, soak in the pool, drink beer, and gaze at the sea. I don't mind if there are insects. I was impressed by how thoroughly clean everything was.

    It's a shame about the rain.

    The exterior and interior of the house were very clean, and the view was so amazing that I could sit on the sofa on the first floor and watch it forever! I wanted to swim in the pool, so I swam for about 10 minutes even though it was drizzling. Inside the room, in the toilet, and on the terrace, there were small animals placed here and there, perhaps as a playful touch by the owner, and it might be fun to look for them like hidden Mickeys. I would definitely like to visit again in a different season!
