On the other hand, we sincerely apologize that we were unable to prepare the dog cake you were looking forward to in proper condition. Although you ordered it for such an important occasion, we regret that we did not meet your expectations, and we offer our heartfelt apologies. This was the first time we offered a dog cake service, and our procedures for thawing frozen items and checking them before serving were not sufficient. In response, we have suspended orders until we can establish a system that ensures consistent quality. We will also review how we provide information in advance so that details such as size and decoration are communicated more clearly. Regarding the dog run, as it is located in a garden designed to preserve the natural surroundings of the forest, we carry out regular maintenance; however, based on your feedback, we have promptly reviewed how often this maintenance is performed.
