Enjoyed a wonderful time on Awaji Island.
The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. The staff who guided us was very polite, and the food was delicious, making it a truly satisfying stay. Although it was just one night, we fully enjoyed Awaji Island. We would love to visit again with our dog!

We stayed here for h...
We stayed here for her birthday. Although the weather was unfortunate, the villa was stylish, comfortable, and absolutely wonderful! The next day was sunny, so we were able to fully enjoy the scenery. Additionally, they accommodated our requests for a surprise cake and more, making it a truly memorable stay. We would love to visit again! Thank you very much.

It was excellent!
We stayed here for the first time on a family trip, and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience. The entire accommodation was reserved for our family of five and three dogs, allowing us to relax without any worries. The meals were catered on-site and everything was delicious. The room, view, facilities, amenities, dog run, and garden were all stylish—so much so that we wished we could live in a house like this. If we have another opportunity, we would love to come back to this accommodation. Thank you very much!

Villa for Dogs
The cleanliness was well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The large single window offered views of the sea and mountains, facing south with stunning sunrise and sunset scenery. There was a private dog run for the Room as well as a spacious outdoor dog run.

Beyond expectations.
Although I got lost on the way and was flustered upon arrival, the staff kindly assisted me. The room was stylishly designed to provide a comfortable space, creating an environment detached from daily life. Additionally, after reading reviews from previous guests, I would like to add some points: ○ Dog amenities are well-prepared. ○ While I thought dogs were not allowed on the second-floor bed space, it turned out that dogs could go upstairs but were not allowed on the beds. This was helpful as I initially planned to sleep on the sofa downstairs. ○ Coffee and tea were available despite my initial assumption that they weren’t. ○ Ice was provided in the refrigerator, which is rare based on my past experiences; it would be nice if this feature were clearly mentioned. ○ It’s a facility we’d love to revisit in the future; however, as a couple in our 70s, navigating between two floors might become challenging for us over time. For younger guests though, it’s an excellent accommodation with no wasted space yet offering a sense of spaciousness beyond its size. The large glass windows showcasing nature are truly breathtaking. ○ Regarding dogs: there is an attached dog run for each room and also a larger outdoor dog run—both are great features! However, please note that outdoor walks involve more slopes than expected and there is considerable traffic nearby. I hope these notes will be helpful for those planning their stay!

The futon and pillow...
The futon and pillows had a strong odor, so we would greatly appreciate it if this could be improved. Everything else was fine, but please note that rice is not provided during meals, so we recommend bringing your own!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the smell of the futon and pillows. Our staff immediately investigated upon receiving your comments, but as scent perception varies from person to person, we were unable to identify a specific cause. We take pride in the texture and design of our sheets, and therefore handle linen cleaning ourselves daily rather than outsourcing it to a service provider. While we carefully select fabric softeners with minimal scent, we will continue striving to ensure that our linens are pleasant for everyone. Thank you also for your feedback regarding meals. For our set featuring Kubota Fisheries' sashimi and seasonal hot pot, we serve local somen noodles as our region is known for its production of this specialty. While we understand that some guests may prefer rice, we aim to showcase delicious local specialties through this offering. We appreciate your suggestion and will consider it as part of future improvements. Additionally, bringing in outside food is allowed at our facility should guests wish to do so. We apologize again for any inconvenience caused and thank you sincerely for sharing your valuable opinions with us.

Wonderful!
I was looking for a property where I could stay with my dog and chose this place because I thought the room and scenery were lovely. The room, scenery, and cuisine exceeded my expectations, with fresh fish being the highlight, and the customer service was reassuringly comfortable. They asked for feedback on improvements after checkout. At that moment, I couldn't answer due to their kindness; if I may say so, my child cannot sleep alone and cries a bit at night... It would have been nice to have a place like a sofa bed where we could sleep together and some nightwear available. Nevertheless, it remains an outstanding property that I'd love to stay at again!

Stayed with 4 adults and 1 dog.
We stayed with one dog and four adults. The necessary items for the dog were more prepared than expected, allowing us to have a very comfortable stay! Our dog especially loved being able to go out into the courtyard and enjoyed wandering around. Since our dog is a senior, there was no concern about jumping over the glass partition, but an energetic one might manage to jump over. For dinner, we were served sashimi and hot pot. There were four of us—my in-laws, my husband, and myself—and the portions were so generous that everyone was completely satisfied! The fish was fresh and delicious—it left quite an impression! The kitchen appliances were easy to use, and everything was clean. The Room had large windows on both the first and second floors with excellent views of the harbor. You can see a beautiful sunrise from this angle, which allowed us to enjoy a stunning morning glow. Breakfast included many small dishes in a bento box along with rice served in an ohitsu (wooden container) and egg soup—all delivered warm, which made us very happy. My mother-in-law kept saying how shiny and delicious the rice was! As expected from a designer villa, it’s stylish yet comfortable—a perfect choice for our stay. This trip to Awaji Island was a gift for my in-laws, who said this villa was their favorite part of it all. We are truly grateful for such wonderful accommodations and service. If we visit Awaji Island again, we would definitely love to stay at this villa once more. Thank you so much!
