    A stay that blends into a tranquil lakeside setting

    From the moment we arrived, this was a special entire-home rental Hotel that felt less like “staying overnight” and more like truly inhabiting the space. The view of Oku-Kawaguchiko through the large windows changed throughout the day: in the evening, a quiet lake surface with shadows of trees; at night, forest air with almost no sound; and in the morning, soft light streaming onto a misty lake. It was the kind of place where you just want to keep watching the scenery. The interior felt luxurious yet calming, with thoughtful details in everything from lighting and furniture to sound. It naturally made us want to slow down—cooking with a beer in hand, enjoying fresh air on the terrace after the sauna—and even while spending time together, there was an unhurried sense of space. What stood out most was the morning kayaking experience. Paddling out onto a quiet Lake Kawaguchi before many people were around felt incredible. The water was as calm as a mirror, reflecting the surrounding mountains and forest. It felt less like sightseeing and more like we were floating alone in nature—easily my most memorable moment of this stay. The Facility side was also very comfortable: with well-stocked kitchenware and amenities, we could enjoy high-quality time without much preparation. This isn’t just an Accommodation for sleeping—it’s a place where the experience itself changes depending on the season and how you spend your time. Next time I’d love to do a Multiple Night Stay and soak up this atmosphere even more slowly.

    Our stay at Hotel No...

    Our stay at Hotel Norm Air was exceptional. It felt like having our own private villa with a stunning view of the lake. The welcome BBQ set was a nice touch, and the barbecue grill on the patio was easy to use. Breakfast was delicious. The Room was clean and well-equipped with amenities. During our stay, staff cleaned the Room and even took care of dirty dishes. The private sauna and large bath were fantastic as well. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it. There’s also draft beer available and a 100-inch TV screen for entertainment—a truly magical place to enjoy with family or friends near Lake Kawaguchi!

    Luxurious Accommodation

    The accommodation was not only beautiful but also highly satisfying due to the staff's flexibility in addressing various requests. The private villa, with minimal external contact, was ideal but could lead to some uncertainties. However, clear face-to-face explanations during check-in and the ability to easily inquire via LINE before arrival made everything smooth. After check-in, we enjoyed our private space fully and comfortably. The villa itself is stunning in any weather. Large windows allow you to enjoy views of the surrounding trees and Lake Kawaguchi right in front of you. On rainy days, the rain-soaked greenery and misty lake create a magical atmosphere, while on sunny days, you can admire vibrant greenery and crisp air over the lake—offering breathtaking views of Lake Kawaguchi at all times. The spacious veranda for BBQs or sauna sessions is well-equipped with a roof and ceiling heaters, making it comfortable even during colder seasons. We chose a breakfast-only plan; however, it included welcome beef—Koshu Wine Beef steak—which was ample enough for dinner as well. It felt like having dinner included too! Additionally, being all-inclusive meant we could enjoy beer from a server or other drinks like gin freely—the quality and ambiance were exceptional. Whether enjoying the sauna or BBQs, watching movies on a large projector screen, savoring drinks from an extensive selection—or simply immersing yourself in music through indoor speakers—the experience was unparalleled for me. Though this luxury accommodation comes at a premium price point as a reward stay option, it exceeded expectations with its impeccable service and offerings that justified every penny spent!

    I stayed for just on...

    I stayed for just one night, but I was very satisfied! Although I brought my own dinner instead of ordering, the kitchen was fully equipped with seasonings and other essentials, making cooking very easy. I used the sauna, and the cold water made the cold bath incredibly refreshing and relaxing! Additionally, communication via LINE before and after my stay was smooth and helpful for any questions or concerns. It was a short stay, but this is an accommodation I would love to visit again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

    Suitable for two families

    The exclusive sense of freedom and the breathtaking view of Lake Kawaguchi right in front made the BBQ experience unforgettable! The aroma of charcoal and the breeze over the lake were incredibly pleasant, allowing us to fully enjoy a unique getaway. The children had a blast in the spacious area, and our family created memories to cherish forever. The Facility was clean, well-equipped, and provided a comfortable stay, which was another great point. We definitely want to visit again!

    Even with the No Mea...

    Even with the No Meals Included Plan, almost all cooking utensils are provided if you bring your own ingredients, and beer and alcoholic beverages are inclusive. It truly offers services worthy of being called luxurious. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Excellent stay experience

    The villa is a standalone property offering excellent privacy and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The view from the second-floor terrace is particularly stunning. Whether enjoying the terrace or preparing a simple meal together in the open kitchen on the second floor, it provides a wonderful vacation atmosphere for families. The rooms are equipped with comprehensive facilities, and the interior space is very comfortable, making it an ideal choice for large family trips, especially for those with children who will have plenty of fun here. We look forward to welcoming you back next time with friends! Note: The water flow at the sink in the small bedroom on the first floor is currently low but will be improved soon for better use.

From the moment you step into your room, you're enveloped in tranquility and openness that makes you forget the hustle of daily life. Every space is sophisticated yet warm, offering a calm environment to reflect on yourself. The sauna experience was exceptional—an unparalleled sense of rejuvenation for both mind and body. This time, we also arranged for a sushi chef to prepare dinner. It was an extraordinary addition to our stay that elevated its value even further. The quality of the cuisine, presentation, and harmony with the ambiance were outstanding. The portions were generous as well—a luxurious experience perfect for celebrating special occasions. This accommodation enriches precious moments with loved ones while contributing to art exhibitions and environmental care around Lake Kawaguchi through your stay. The island kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art cooking appliances is another highlight, perfect for enjoying cooking together or having a BBQ on the terrace. Additionally, there is a private sauna where you can relax while enjoying music and fragrances, taking in views of the forest and lake during your outdoor air bath—an unforgettable experience! The kitchen area also features a beer tap offering unlimited draft beer from "Ise Kadoya Brewery," allowing you to savor three types of craft beer—a fantastic addition! With comfortable bedrooms and fully equipped amenities provided, it's convenient for guests to stay even without bringing anything along. Experiencing this extraordinary stay with friends feels like one night isn't enough—I would love to stay again and even consider multiple night stays next time.
