We had a comfortable stay with the whole family to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Thank you for exceeding our expectations with your responses to our requests. We are truly grateful for the memorable and enjoyable moments you provided.

Both the facilities and services are excellent.
The room's facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and the open-air bath was impressively designed with creativity. However, above all, the service was outstanding. For our anniversary, special arrangements were made for us, with carefully selected ingredients and an abundance of items prepared to perfection. The facility was so well-equipped that we could visit empty-handed and still be completely satisfied. Although we were instructed to keep quiet at the pool and jacuzzi beforehand due to nearby apartments, which slightly diminished the enjoyment of swimming, the facility itself was 100% enjoyable even without using them. Additionally, as Diamond members, we received extra services that made our anniversary truly exceptional. Thank you very much!

Stays I want to visit in summer
We visited with our grandchildren on the last day of the New Year's holiday. The road to the Stays was a bit difficult to find. The bath was not an Onsen, and it was a bit disappointing that the sunrise was hard to see. However, the Room and living room were well cleaned, and we had a pleasant stay. There is a jacuzzi and a pool, so I think it would be the perfect Property to visit in the summer. I would like to visit again in the summer.

Lovely vacation rental
We used this place with a total of 11 people, including children and grandchildren, to celebrate my parents' 80th birthday. Since we went during a hot season, both adults and children enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi during the day, and had a barbecue in the evening. They provided a barbecue grill, and there were plenty of plates and glasses, as well as a rice cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and everything else we needed. There were plenty of rooms, so we could enjoy ourselves while maintaining privacy, and it was truly perfect! There were also plenty of bathrobes and bath towels, making it a luxurious experience. Everyone said they wanted to come back again! We look forward to visiting again.
