    We had a very relaxing stay!!

    The Room was very clean and lovely, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was especially comfortable and helped me unwind after a long day. I’ll cherish the turtle plush as a special travel keepsake!!

    This was our second ...

    This was our second stay. The kids once again lost track of time playing in the large pool. With great access to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Motobu Genki Village, we were able to enjoy a variety of activities during our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and we had another wonderful time.

    My First Trip to Okinawa

    I made a Reservation here for a birthday trip. When I requested towel art, you also prepared cute decorations, and I was very satisfied with the adorable finish! When I visit Okinawa again, I would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you so much!!

    Perfect for relaxation

    The villa’s design, furniture, and overall interior were excellent, with thoughtful details throughout that clearly reflected guests’ needs. The bed was also very comfortable. I arrived a bit tired, but even just two nights helped me relax and feel refreshed. However, the bathtub was difficult to get into. The surface is very smooth and slippery—I actually slipped in the tub. The bathroom floor is also slippery, so I had to be extremely careful when getting out of the bathtub. The delivered breakfast on the first morning was delicious. On the other days, I had to call the day before and pick it up at the shop myself, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, the sandwiches were outstanding. It would be great if there were a service where staff could arrange and deliver it upon request. Also, the staff’s friendly and pleasant service was excellent.

    We had a very comfor...

    We had a very comfortable stay. The Room was clean, and we were happy with the thoughtful attention to detail, including the number of towels and the Facility amenities. The staff provided clear explanations and showed excellent hospitality. The bed was large, and we were able to rest well. This Accommodation was especially memorable among all the places we have stayed, and we would definitely like to stay again.

    It was somewhat disappointing.

    I usually don't write reviews, but since I had high expectations based on the reviews, I'll share my honest impressions. During my 4-night trip to Naha, I stayed here for the last 2 nights. I had high expectations due to the excellent reviews, but since the other hotel in Naha where I stayed was very good, this review might be a bit critical. ■ About Customer Service We were three families using two units and initially set our check-in time between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM when making the reservation. However, we changed our travel schedule a few days prior and informed them via email that we would arrive between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM instead. They responded that due to limited staff availability, if we arrived at 3:00 PM, room cleaning and checks might not be completed in time for check-in. On the day of arrival, we delayed our travel slightly out of consideration and headed to the accommodation around 4:00 PM; however, it turned out that they were ready for check-in by 3:00 PM after all. If staff limitations are an issue, they should consider hiring external cleaning services or ensure that reservations on their site reflect accurate check-in times when accepting bookings. After all, guests are paying Accommodation Fees based on those specified times. ■ About Facilities & Equipment <Good Points> - The appliances and equipment were very well-equipped overall. Although there was a projector and sauna available as well, we didn’t end up using them so they weren’t particularly necessary for us. - The pool design allowed direct access from the Room which made it easy for children to enjoy playing. - Since we had a three-year-old child with us beforehand arrangements like providing diaper disposal bins were appreciated. - Beds were connected in advance upon request because small children accompanied us. <Bad Points> - Facility layout could use improvement; For example post-swimming ideally one wants immediate shower access yet showers inconveniently located upstairs causing wet stairs everywhere instead! Similarly sleeping areas upstairs-only while toilets downstairs-only posed challenges especially elderly family members w/ knee issues navigating steep staircases multiple nighttime bathroom trips proved difficult indeed! -Nature-rich surroundings meant occasional bugs indoors including bathrooms falling ceilings spotted several instances unpleasant insect-phobic individuals beware though crab sighted pool amusingly cute moment! -Convenient proximity Churaumi Aquarium Jungleia nearby facilities visiting purposes advantageous location-wise

    It was the best stay!

    A stylish yet comfortable space, it provided a wonderful stay where my spouse and I could enjoy an extraordinary experience! The staff were incredibly kind, even offering to drive us to a nearby Starbucks despite it being close to their closing time. The breakfast, which was a burger set, was also very delicious! We would love to visit again if we have the chance. Thank you so much!

    I had a very relaxing time.

    Thank you very much for everything during our stay. My daughter seemed to enjoy herself throughout, and I’m glad we chose to stay here. The lovely gift we received is being cherished and enjoyed at home as well. Your warm hospitality, combined with a sense of sincerity and your own beliefs and policies, left a strong impression on us. It felt as comfortable as being at home while still offering a distinct sense of escape from the everyday, with excellent management—this was the best villa I’ve ever stayed in. If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be adjusting the placement of beds or dining tables so they are not directly in the airflow of the air conditioner. (Although I adjusted the direction using the remote control, it was difficult to avoid having air blow directly on my face.) I understand that running an accommodation can be challenging, but I wanted to express my support by writing this review even though I don’t usually do so. While we may not visit frequently, I would love to stay again for another special occasion!

    Delight in our attentive hospitality and well-equipped facilities.

    We stayed in the Serene room for 4 nights and 5 days as a family of three, including our middle school daughter. The staff's attentive hospitality, the peaceful environment, and the sound of birds made our stay incredibly comfortable. Although it was still too cold to use the pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the room thanks to amenities like a projector, sauna, well-equipped furniture, and appliances. The refrigerator was always stocked with drinks, saving us trips to buy them. Essentials such as beach sandals, pre-inflated floaties, cooking seasonings and kitchen tools for meal preparation in the room, laundry detergent and supplies were all provided—allowing us to travel light. Having separate washing machines and gas dryers that completed cycles quickly was also very convenient and satisfying. We had a delightful moment deciding whether we could take home an adorable turtle plushie: "Can we keep this turtle?" "It has a ribbon on it; maybe it's meant as a gift..." "But what if we're wrong?" "Let's ask the staff." After some discussion among ourselves about who would ask first—we were thrilled when it turned out to be ours! Thank you so much; my daughter was overjoyed. This villa is truly wonderful—we look forward to staying again next time!
