    Excellent location

    Everything was excellent overall. The location is right in front of the ocean, and you can walk to the beach. We enjoyed a luxurious stay with our dog. The BBQ ingredients were also very delicious. It would be nice to have lights by the pool and a microwave. We would like to visit again.

    Stunning views

    At check-in, the staff kindly provided information about nearby supermarkets and other shops, which was very helpful for buying ingredients for our BBQ. The property is located in an area lined with luxurious villas and features a garage where we could park our car with peace of mind, as well as a pool and sauna. It was so well designed that we wished we could own a villa like this just as it is. Our 2 nights and 3 days went by in no time, so next time we would definitely like to stay for 3 nights.

    Felt unwell throughout.

    - The explanation after check-in was extremely brief, causing concern from the start. - There are both a main room and a detached room, but six lightbulbs were out, and none of this was explained beforehand. - When reporting the issue with the lightbulbs, the female manager responded with confusing statements like "They were all working yesterday" or "It's near the sea, so bulbs can go out." She also spoke in an angry tone saying, "I already explained this," despite only giving a very brief initial explanation. It was impossible to remember all the power switch locations (which were hard to find) and their corresponding lights. After multiple attempts over the phone to operate switches (the manager herself seemed unclear about which switches controlled which lights), nothing worked in the end—causing significant issues for outdoor BBQ plans. The phone support during this time was extremely poor. - Eventually, we requested someone come back to assist us at the accommodation; however, it was another male staff member who came instead of her. He admitted that "the bulbs haven't been changed for a year" (his attitude was polite). When calling again with this information in mind, she shockingly admitted they had not conducted any inspections at all prior to our stay. - Decorative lighting such as indirect lamps did not work even when plugged in. - Additionally, there were no towels or amenities provided in the detached room—it only had beds. - The detached room is partially visible from other areas of accommodation; if staying as separate groups, privacy concerns arise when using bathrooms or sleeping. - There wasn’t a single hanger available throughout the entire accommodation. - While there is a dryer on-site, it does not function properly and fails to dry clothes effectively. - A gas grill for BBQs is provided but came with two partially used gas canisters that ran out before finishing cooking everything. - Although milk and other drinks are stocked in bottles inside refrigerators upon arrival—they lack labels or explanations—and remembering everything from an initial rushed briefing feels unreasonable and highly inconvenient. - For 340,000 yen per night during peak season like Obon holidays (even considering group bookings via platforms like Airbnb), these issues are unacceptable at such pricing levels. Additionally: Before checkout day arrived—the female manager finally appeared apologizing briefly saying “Sorry about yesterday” while offering compensation by deducting BBQ dinner costs without specifying exact amounts upfront during conversation closure afterward noticed total reduced down slightly around 290k instead implying adult meals valued roughly ~50k leaving remaining still unjustifiable solely covering basic No Meals Included rate overall deserving lowest possible rating stars

    Lovely

    The view was amazing, and we had a wonderful holiday. The kids were delighted as well. We would love to visit again!
