    A 50th Birthday Celebration Trip

    We stayed here for a 50th birthday trip with two classmates from Osaka and two from the Kanto area. Our Room was on the 3rd floor, so the view was of the sea beyond the parking lot. It wasn’t the view shown in the photos, which was disappointing. The bath was a hinoki bath, and the Onsen was great. Google Maps guided us to approach from the stairs side, so we had to take a longer route. There were also two toilets, and the Room was clean, so we had a wonderful time.

    I want to live in a place like this.

    Bright and spacious room with an ocean view, and the private bath in the room is an Onsen—everything was perfect. Although it was a chilly day for Atami, soaking in the Onsen allowed us to relax and unwind completely. The kitchen was convenient to use, and having a washing machine provided peace of mind. Additionally, having two toilets was extremely convenient. The room was quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

    New Year's Holidays at the Onsen

    We stayed from the 31st to January 2nd and had a wonderful experience. We were fortunate to use the parking lot, which enhanced our satisfaction right from check-in. On New Year's Eve, we enjoyed a hot pot party using the cooking utensils in the Room. The weather was pleasant, allowing us to spend our time comfortably. The view of the first sunrise of the year from the bath was absolutely stunning. We look forward to staying here again next time!

    Just a little concern.

    The male staff at check-in interrupted with "I will explain now, so please listen," which felt a bit abrupt. When I asked about the Receipt amount during the explanation, as it showed the regular price, I said, "Oh? What about the hometown tax deduction?" and received that response. The deduction for the hometown tax was written in small letters outside of the main section. Personally, I felt that the way it was said bothered me a little. On a positive note, when I called to confirm parking availability beforehand, they promptly called back to inform me there was space available—great service!

    It was the perfect environment.

    We used this for a family trip. Even my parents, who have slight mobility issues, could use it with ease and enjoyed the semi-open-air atmosphere, giving it high praise. On the day of our stay, we forgot to make a reservation for parking, but luckily there was an available spot, and we were guided kindly. We truly appreciated it. We would love to use this again.

    Second Stay

    Feeling at home on our second stay. The Facility is simple and sufficient, leaving no complaints. According to my wife, the trash bin was dirty... apparently. If possible, it would be great if the parking lot could be made available.

    I would like to stay with you again next year.

    I traveled from a cold region in winter to Atami, and the temperature difference was noticeable. The room was so comfortable with sunlight streaming in that I could spend time in a T-shirt. Initially, I was disappointed to hear that the onsen was out of service due to maintenance issues, but by the time of our stay, the repairs were completed, and we were able to enjoy the much-anticipated onsen hinoki bath multiple times. It was a warm and comfortable trip for our family of four for two nights, with just the right amount of space. We would love to stay again this New Year's holiday season... The only disappointment was the parking lot.
