Trip with Grandchildren
The staff's service when handling the keys was excellent, and I was completely satisfied with this accommodation. The location, just 5 seconds to the beach and with BBQ facilities, was also perfect. I have stayed at various villas, but this one allowed me to spend an amazing day. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again in the summer. It’s a beautiful spot with stunning sunrises! Honestly, I want to lower my rating so it doesn’t get fully booked... but I was extremely satisfied! Thank you very much!! I will definitely visit again :)

I stayed at "Sekinag...
I stayed at "Sekinagi MOKURASU Building." The architecture and design were appealing, but during my stay, I noticed several instances where attention to detail was lacking. The reservation site gave the impression of a private villa rental, but in reality, there was another building right next door with no privacy measures such as hedges or fences despite their close proximity. Notably, the living room windows facing each other lacked curtains, leaving the interior fully visible from the neighboring building and offering little sense of privacy. While phrases like "Private Villa" and "Time of Serenity" were used on the site, my experience did not align with these descriptions. As I stayed for two nights, I suggested adding curtains or partitions to management for a more comfortable second night. However, they explained that curtains were intentionally omitted to create an open space. If this is their concept, it would be helpful if this point was clearly stated beforehand to avoid mismatched expectations. The ocean view was beautiful; however, since the accommodation is not situated on elevated ground, it shares eye-level views with people walking along the coast. From early morning until sunset, there were frequent passersby enjoying walks or fishing nearby—making it hard not to feel observed. During my stay, families and large groups alternated in occupying the neighboring building. Their voices and presence carried over easily into our space—making it difficult to enjoy "the quietness of a private villa." It’s natural for larger groups to be lively when gathering together; therefore better architectural considerations could help address this issue. The sauna seemed like one of its key features but lacked an hourglass timer and required resetting every three hours—a bit inconvenient. In terms of kitchen facilities: mold was visible on the sink's drying rack; glasses provided were plastic rather than glass; and no seasonings were available despite being designed for self-catering use—all points that detracted from both hygiene standards and overall quality. Additionally surrounding residential areas meant noise restrictions starting at 10 PM felt too late—implementing quieter outdoor usage around 8 PM might be more practical instead underlining peaceful stays better suited renting both buildings simultaneously ensures higher-quality experiences whereas single-building rentals depend heavily upon adjacent guests' behavior affecting overall satisfaction significantly Overall though high potential exists here improving privacy hygiene operational aspects further elevate comfort levels transforming into truly enjoyable destination

The location and Fac...
The location and Facility were overall excellent! Highlights included the beautiful and calming ocean view, the availability of a sauna, and the well-equipped kitchenware. Areas for improvement: The sauna lacked a clock and thermometer, the induction cooktop was difficult to use for cooking, and while there was a ping-pong table, its wooden surface caused inconsistent bounces, which might disappoint those expecting proper gameplay. Replacing it with a standard ping-pong table or providing other recreational options would enhance the experience.

Healing Space
It was a trip for three women. The room was too luxurious for three people, but we fully enjoyed it. The soundproofing was excellent, so we could use it without worrying about noise leakage. It was an accommodation we'd love to use again!
