    Two families traveling with dogs

    We stayed as two families (4 adults, 1 elementary school student, 1 high school student, and 1 Miniature Schnauzer). The pool and jacuzzi were amazing! The layout was comfortable and relaxing, so we could truly unwind. The dog was able to stay safely as well, since non-slip flooring was used. The BBQ ingredients included clams, turban shells, scallops, squid, pork, beef, and vegetables—there was more than enough without needing to add anything. There were also a drugstore and convenience store nearby, which was very convenient.

    Stayed for one night on a family trip.

    We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. The heated pool was especially fantastic, allowing the kids to play without worrying about the weather. We were also very pleased with the BBQ dinner, which required no preparation and could be enjoyed hands-free. The ingredients were delicious, and we had a great time together. We would love to stay again!

    Not recommended for guests with dogs, as mentioned by others. We stayed as a family of six to celebrate my mother's birthday. Initially, we made a Reservation for four dogs, but later added one more, making it five. When we informed the staff about the change and mentioned that they were Pomeranians, they allowed us to proceed with five dogs despite their usual limit of four. The payment for the dogs was to be settled on-site. After our arrival and receiving an explanation from a staff member, she left saying she would return at checkout. However, she suddenly came back because she had forgotten to process the payment for the dogs. At that time, only my parents were in the villa while others had gone out to pick up pre-ordered meals. The small and large dogs were already let loose in the garden when this staff member opened the garden door without notice and entered unexpectedly. This caused our large dog to escape from the property. My father chased after him while my mother tried her best to prevent other small dogs from escaping too. During this commotion, when our large dog returned excitedly into the garden area where he bit down on said staff member who approached closer asking about payments again during such chaos. The next day we received medical expense claims due-to-tetanus shots administered following injury treatment which is understandable since biting occurred under unfortunate circumstances caused by us ultimately responsible owners here; however... As professionals managing villas accommodating pets like ours (5-dogs), opening doors carelessly knowing full well how many animals present seems negligent behavior especially considering initial oversight forgetting payments entirely upon check-in itself leading unnecessary revisit mid-stay instead waiting till final checkout moment avoiding escalation altogether perhaps? While both parties share responsibility ensuring safety measures taken beforehand preventing incidents altogether ideally speaking overall experience dampened significantly lowering spirits ruining otherwise enjoyable trip potential memories cherished fondly forevermore sadly tarnished irreparably now unfortunately regrettable outcome indeed!     I was informed one hour before check-in that an additional fee of 25,000 yen would be charged because I had not selected the pet-friendly Plan. While I acknowledge my mistake in choosing the wrong Plan, it would have been helpful if this had been communicated earlier. Regarding customer service, there were unnecessary remarks that felt unpleasant at times. I tried my best to avoid causing any inconvenience. While there may be complaints from neighbors, the way certain rules were explained felt presumptive and could have been handled better. For the price paid, I expected a higher level of service. The Facility itself was excellent, and we had a wonderful time with our dog; however, these issues left me slightly disappointed.

    I made the Reservation through IKYU.com, searching for pet-friendly options as my son's family was going. I cannot comment on the Facility or meals since I did not visit myself. About a week after completing the Reservation, I received a call informing me that bringing pets would incur an additional fee. The cost was ¥15,000 for two dogs—more expensive than many pet hotels! I was quite surprised and decided not to bring the dogs after all. I may not consider this option again.

    New Year's Family Trip

    We stayed for a New Year's family trip. We chose this place hoping our child could also enjoy celebrating their coming of age. The room was clean, spacious, and allowed each of us to relax at our own pace. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool, and sauna, which was really great. Since meals were not included, we requested catering. We were worried about whether shops would be open during the New Year and also wanted to celebrate the coming of age, so we made the request. The catering was very voluminous and featured a variety of colorful and luxurious dishes, which was very nice! There were plenty of towels, which was helpful, but I thought it would have been nice to have room wear as well. Also, I think it would be better if the living room had curtains or something to prevent visibility from outside. We stayed with our dog, and although they barked towards the outside, I hope it didn't disturb the neighbors... Nonetheless, it was a fun time, a memorable occasion, and a cherished memory. Thank you. The manager was also very polite and had a great demeanor, which was very nice.

    The open sauna, spacious pool, and jacuzzi are excellent. In winter, the sauna is lukewarm, but the heated pool allows you to warm up slowly and feel refreshed in the pool. The garden is small for dogs, and the steps in the living room are a concern. The high accommodation fee for dogs is puzzling. The washing machine was very dirty. It's a great Stays if only people are staying.

    Ideal space

    We stayed for two days and one night with our family. The entrance was very nice, and we were very satisfied with the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna all day long. It was so spacious that our beloved dog could move around freely and comfortably. At night, the lighting was beautiful, and we enjoyed watching our favorite movies and live shows on the projector while relaxing in the jacuzzi. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back with our family again!
