  We ended up staying ...

  We ended up staying an extra two nights after the Nagaoka Fireworks. The location is very convenient for street food in Teradomari, fishing at the fishing port, and nearby beaches. The Facility itself is new and clean. The parking instructions were a bit hard to understand, but there is also parking in front of the Facility, and it seems fine to park there. The bath is not an Onsen, but if you look around, there are plenty of hot springs nearby. Highly recommended for international guests as well. We would love to stay again!

We are truly honored that you chose our Accommodation as your base for an unexpected Multiple Night Stay, while still enjoying the afterglow of the Nagaoka Festival Grand Fireworks. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding parking information during your stay. In addition to the spaces in our inner garage, guests may also use the parking area across the road in front of the property. We will continue improving our pre-arrival guidance and signage so first-time visitors can understand it at a glance. Our Accommodation is ideally located for enjoying fresh seafood street food at Teradomari Fish Market Street (Uo no Ichi), sea fishing at Teradomari Port, and easy access to nearby beaches. We maintain a new and spotless environment throughout the building, and we also provide English support to ensure guests from Japan and abroad can stay with peace of mind. While our on-site bath is not an Onsen, there are several Onsen spots nearby—such as Teradomari Onsen Village—available for day use within a few minutes by car, so you can enjoy an Onsen-hopping experience alongside local sightseeing. We will continue striving to improve our services so we can provide everyone with a comfortable stay as a base for exploring Teradomari and traveling around Niigata. All of us look forward to welcoming you again.

  Former Workplace Group

  We stayed with a group of seven. As we’re from an analog generation, we were a bit worried about using the iPad for check-in and other procedures, but everything went smoothly and we were relieved. There weren’t enough outdoor sandals for everyone, so we brought some from the second-floor terrace. If possible, we’d appreciate it if you could provide enough pairs for the number of guests. It was a warm season, so having laundry facilities would have been great so we could wash our clothes each day. Overall, the place was stylish, spacious, and we were very satisfied. It was also wonderful that Teradomari Fishing Port is within walking distance. Thank you for your hospitality.

We sincerely apologize that there were not enough outdoor slippers at the entrance for the number of guests in your party, and that this caused you the inconvenience of having to access them from the second-floor terrace.   Excellent!

  It was a wonderful Room just like in the photos! It was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay!

  Excellent

  The bath, Room, and Facility were excellent. However, with 17 people using the accommodation, many of whom were relatively large-built men, we ended up being short of two beds. It would be appreciated if extra futons could be provided. Additionally, it would be helpful to have an operator available for communication instead of relying solely on chat.

  A relaxing space with delicious meals

  We rented the entire property for a New Year's gathering with friends and family. The spacious living room allowed us to relax comfortably, even with a large group. There were plenty of rooms, so we could assign them by family unit, which was very convenient. For meals, we opted for the catering service from "Sakanayuki," and every dish was delicious. It paired perfectly with drinks, making it an enjoyable dining experience. Thank you very much!
