    We thoroughly enjoyed the summer beach.

    I stayed here with a friend. The beach was right in front of us, and we were happy to enjoy the wonderful view from the window the whole time! The weather was great, and we had a lot of fun cycling on the bikes at the villa and doing SUP. We’d love to stay again.

    Used for a girls’ night—absolutely satisfied!

    First, head to the main building to check in. Check-in was quick, and after parking the car it was just a 1-minute walk to the villa. The exterior was simple, but the moment we opened the front door, a breathtaking view spread out before us. There were two fluffy beds upstairs and one downstairs, plus a futon set up for one person in the Japanese-style room—we were excited deciding where to sleep. Since we checked in toward evening, the sunset was stunning and incredibly relaxing. This time we made a Reservation for breakfast only, and it was delivered around 9:00 a.m. the next morning. The portions were generous and left us happily full from the start of the day: delicious sausages, yogurt, plenty of salad, scrambled eggs, and rich corn soup—everything was outstanding. We ate at the first-floor counter while looking out at the ocean, which was perfect. You can also step straight out to the beach in seconds, so we were completely satisfied.

    I had a relaxing day.

    A wonderful location along the coastline north of Koibito Misaki in Nishi-Izu. As soon as you pass through the entrance, the sandy beach and sea are right in front of you—an amazing setting. Spacious and very clean. It was a great chance to escape the city bustle and enjoy having “nothing” around.

    That was disappointing.

    I stayed at Blue Ark, but the service was nowhere near worth the accommodation fee of around JPY 200,000 per night. The location and the building design are excellent, but I was not satisfied with the service, cleanliness, or meals. * Even though we stayed as a group of four, there were only three pairs of chopsticks. The balcony BBQ area had a soaking-wet sofa that couldn’t be used. There were many insects and the countermeasures were insufficient. As it was our first stay, I told them at check-in that we didn’t know which building to go to, but they only said we would understand if we walked a little; the explanation was inadequate. * There was no explanation on how to use the BBQ grill. Partway through we ran out of gas; when I called, they only told me there was replacement gas (but without instructions I didn’t know what to do). The breakfast instructions were also unclear (I didn’t realize until halfway through that there was soup in a thermos). For villas located away from the main building, I would like them to provide an information sheet with Facility details and contact information in case of any issues—either placed in the villa or handed to guests. With this level of service and meals, it would feel reasonable at around JPY 100,000 per night—then you could say it matched the price and you had fun.

    It became a memorable experience.

    The freezer has holes, the ice tray is cracked, and the electric kettle leaks water to the point it seems like it might short-circuit. The kitchen sponge and detergent are so old (and dirty) that it's unclear how long they've been reused. The IH frying pan is too deformed to function properly, and the outdoor faucet and shower have generally weak water pressure. The toilet light works intermittently, there is an air pump provided but the SUP board is deflated and floppy, and one of the bicycles has a detached tire. It seems like a tourism association manages cleaning and maintenance, but honestly, it feels inadequate. Perhaps having the manager stay here once to check everything would be beneficial. There are plenty of towels provided—enough for six people staying two nights with beach activities included. Soundproofing is excellent; you don't hear noises (like footsteps or snoring) from upstairs, making it suitable for group stays. The deck leads directly to a relatively quiet beach with shallow waters in the morning—perfect for kids to play safely. If your focus is on enjoying activities rather than accommodations themselves, this place could work; however, I wouldn't personally return. There are many good points as well though—I hope improvements will be made for future guests' benefit!

    The location is excellent!

    Perfect location with a 0-minute walk to the beach. The meals are excellent. However, the air conditioner in the first-floor living room is dirty, with visible mold on the exhaust part. The table outside on the first floor is worn out. There is no parking lot, so you need to park your car at a nearby affiliated Hotel and walk back. The bicycles have flat tires, and some brakes are not functioning properly. While there are plenty of dishes available, having a more cohesive design would give a more luxurious feel. For the price charged, paying more attention to these details would make it truly exceptional.

    Very satisfied with the vacation rental style.

    Enjoyed a private stay at a vacation rental-style accommodation without any interruptions. The beach right in front was incredibly soothing. I often visit Nishi-Izu, so I will come again.

    Vacation Rental

    The price is affordable, making it suitable for those who want to enjoy a different aspect from a hotel! It may not be suitable for those who want to feel hospitality. There were minor issues here and there, like the hairdryer being broken, but I didn't mind much because the accommodation price was cheap! The location offers an appeal that cannot be felt at an ordinary hotel! The sense of privacy was outstanding as expected!

    I traveled from Toky...

    I traveled from Tokyo using a train and bus, and arrived smoothly with few transfers, so there were no problems. I checked in at a hotel near the villa, and upon arriving at the villa, I found a beach right in front of me, not just an ocean view. It was amazing. I love fishing, so I was thrilled to find that I could fish from a nearby breakwater. You can go directly to the sea from the terrace and do stand-up paddleboarding, which I thought would be great to try when I come in the summer. BBQ on the terrace while listening to the sound of the waves! Every room has large windows with a sea view, and they are clean and comfortable. There was a wide variety of tableware and cooking utensils, and I was very grateful to find a grater to grate the local specialty wasabi. The tableware was also very tasteful. The Coleman BBQ grill has a lid, so you can steam and grill, making it easy for beginners to cook deliciously. The open-air jacuzzi was liberating and relaxing. In addition to shampoos, there were also cleansing products, face wash, lotion, and emulsion, which was nice. Bicycles are available for free rental. In a word, it was the best! I will visit again!! Thank you very much!

    The best

    Spacious Room, wonderful location from all rooms, and well-equipped Facility allowed us to spend an extraordinary time. It was a pity that we couldn't see the sunset due to our late check-in, but the rain at midnight cleared up by dawn, and the morning walk on the beach was very pleasant. The terrace is right by the coast, so it seems like it would be even more enjoyable in the summer. The freshly ground coffee service was delicious. The kitchen Facility is so well-equipped that there is nothing lacking. The enjoyable time passed quickly, but I would like to come again. Thank you very much.
