    Returning for the first time in three years

    It’s close to central Tokyo and is one of our favorite places—both our pet and our child love it. It was disappointing that the first-floor bedroom had an odor and that there was only one bath towel per person. Since there is a pool and sauna, we would have liked two towels each. We would also appreciate disposable slippers.

    Luxury Time

    We recently stayed at Third with two dogs (a small dog and a medium-sized dog) and four adults. The Room was spacious enough, the garden was large enough for the dogs to run around, and while the pool is a bit small, it was still plenty big for four adults. The meals were more than generous and very satisfying. There were plenty of tableware and cooking utensils, which we appreciated. We were also happy to find pet pads as well as bowls for food and water. Everything was clean and well maintained, so we were satisfied with almost everything. If I had to mention one thing, the furniture—such as the sofa in the living room and the chairs in the garden—felt a bit inexpensive, which made it harder to fully relax. I hope this area can be improved. Overall, we were very satisfied. There are many similar Facility options, but many still have restrictions such as requiring dogs to stay in crates; this is a truly dog-friendly Facility. The price is a little high, but it feels worth more than that value-wise. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

    This was my second stay. It’s an Accommodation where every detail is well taken care of. It’s also pet-friendly.\nThe staff are kind as well. I’d love to stay here again.

    It was excellent.

    From the moment of arrival, we received a thorough explanation of the facility and how to use the equipment, which was very helpful even for barbecue beginners. We stayed with two Shiba Inu dogs, and the interior was clean and pleasant. Although it rained, we were still able to enjoy our stay.

    We stayed as a group...

    We stayed as a group of four (a couple, an elementary school child, and a high school student). We enjoyed playing in the pool with the younger child, cycling with the older one, and relaxing in the sauna. The BBQ was also a lot of fun. Next time, we hope to stay for two nights. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

    Excellent

    We stayed with our family, including my spouse, daughter, grandchild, and French Bulldog. The pool and dog run were incredibly relaxing. At night, we enjoyed a BBQ, and in the morning, we had hot sandwiches using ingredients sourced locally. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtful. We would love to visit again!

    It was a very good facility. Our dog was also very satisfied. We hope to visit for the third time someday.

    It was excellent.

    I used Third Dog and was very satisfied, including the meals. One point, the lawn (possibly zoysia grass?) seemed a bit hard on my dog's paws. It would be even better if it were replaced with ryegrass or similar.

    Heat pump pool is amazing!

    It was a chilly day at the end of April (around 16°C), but the pool water was kept at a comfortable 30°C with a heat pump, allowing us to enjoy hours of swimming! (Though it felt slightly cold for adults.) The jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic, and all the appliances were ones we had wanted to try, making our stay enjoyable. (A coffee maker would have been an even better addition!) The property was very clean, and since it’s a new building, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay! We’d love to visit again; however, there were some concerns when staying with small children that we hope can be improved: - The staircase lacks guards on the handrails, which made us worry about falls. Adding nets or acrylic panels for safety would be greatly appreciated. - The front door only has an auto-lock without any chain lock, so children could easily open it. Since the road is right outside, having a chain or child lock placed out of children's reach would make it safer for families. Being close to the ocean must make this place even more amazing in summer—we’d love to come back! We ordered the BBQ set for meals but found there were too many vegetables left over. We wouldn’t mind paying more if there were options like premium beef or paella—BBQ-specific menu choices would enhance the experience further!

    A fully equipped facility.

    The sauna, jacuzzi, and pool facilities were highly satisfying, allowing for a very relaxing time. Although I was not particularly fond of BBQs, all the necessary tools and utensils were provided, making it enjoyable without any inconvenience. The heated pool with readily available floaties made it fun for both children and adults. I would definitely like to use this facility again.

    Stayed for the third time with a medium-sized dog. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as BBQ, bonfire, and sauna, and the amenities are so well-equipped that we had a comfortable stay during the day. We would like to visit again during the season when we can use the pool.

    I had a very enjoyable stay.

    This is our second stay with two Toy Poodles. We managed to run around in the dog run between the rain. The room was clean and comfortable, and both people and dogs had a great time.

    The best moments

    Our family (two daughters + a medium-sized dog + a large dog) and a couple of friends, totaling six people and two dogs, stayed for one night. In conclusion, it was a perfect Stays in every way!! This summer, due to work commitments, we couldn't stay out with the family and didn't get to enjoy the pool, but despite it being mid-October, the weather was nice, and the heated pool made the kids excited, and they went in for two consecutive days! They really seemed to have a great time! The flow from the pool to the bath was perfect, allowing us to shower quickly and save time, so we could enjoy a leisurely BBQ in the evening. (Those with children will understand!) Also, our medium-sized and large dogs, both under two years old, were full of energy and played in the vast dog run until late at night as if it were heaven!! The indoor Facility was also dog-first, and we were very satisfied. Regarding the Facility and equipment, while making breakfast in the kitchen, I was impressed that everything I thought, "I wish I had that!" was available (tableware, cooking utensils, etc.). The stylish appliances further increased our satisfaction! As I recall, more and more good points come to mind, so I'll stop here for now, haha. It's a Property I can recommend to everyone, so if you're unsure, please give it a try.
