    We stayed here for a...

    We stayed here for a family trip. The Room had a calm, mature atmosphere, and we were able to relax. We could use the Onsen without any time restrictions, and we enjoyed playing games together in the living room—making wonderful memories.

    A great place.

    There are no complaints as a Vacation Rental. The Onsen was pleasant, and the sauna was comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and pleasant. During our stay, the staff was attentive and very helpful. It's such a wonderful place, but if I had to point out something, it would be the following: 1. The living room does not give the impression of being "spacious." While it's not a small space, there are too many pieces of furniture, including the interior, making it not a roomy space, which was quite disappointing. 2. The linens are too cheap. For a hotel at this price, I would expect better quality towels. The clearly worn-out and shabby towels were a bit of a letdown. However, the location, transportation convenience, and the atmosphere of the room make it a very good place overall.

    Stylish whole house ...

    Stylish whole house rental with sauna & onsen... So we went. In conclusion, all four of us were pleased and had a satisfying stay. I think the 10 a.m. checkout is early, but... When we actually went... the location was convenient, in a quiet villa area, and the building's facilities and interior were better than the photos. The air conditioning and lighting facilities were so advanced that we tried various things, but there was also floor heating, and the lighting could be adjusted perfectly, making it comfortable once we got used to it. The beds and bedding were also comfortable to sleep on. As for a failure with the facilities, we didn't notice that the intercom at the entrance was set to a low volume, almost silent, and during dinner, the person from Hakone Sushi came to deliver, but left once. We were waiting inside, hungry. For future users, please be careful to test if the sound works in advance. The list of nearby restaurants sent by the property in advance was very helpful. Points for improvement There was a fragrance stick placed at the entrance, and we took it outside immediately upon entering, but the fragrance molecules that had permeated the entrance continued to smell persistently. The smell that got on my fingers when taking it outside was also hard to remove. If it were natural fragrance, it would be no problem, but for us, who have allergies to synthetic fragrances and chemicals, it was a significant minus point. I was happy to see a flower at the entrance, but upon closer inspection, it was an artificial flower, which was disappointing. There were other odor issues... The washroom and toilet space in the bedroom with the shower & toilet had a constant sewage-like smell, so we couldn't turn off the ventilation switch, and the ventilation noise was bothersome. I saw a used toothpaste tube, presumably from a previous user, under the sink (in the back corner). It seems the cleaning didn't check that far. I wanted to use the humidifying function of the air purifier in the living room, but as soon as I turned it on, a smelly wind came out, so I hurriedly turned it off and decided to open the window to bring in moisture from the outside air. Other than that... the bath towels were thin, worn out, and frayed, which was surprising given the stylish facilities and furnishings. We had brought our own, but those bath towels are usually at the level of being used as rags. Other than that, we were satisfied.
