  For Japanese guests,

  There were no Japanese staff during my stay, which made communication challenging at times. The room was very clean and spacious, providing a high level of satisfaction. I paid a deposit of 50,000 yen at check-in, but it was not refunded for two months. During that time, I tried contacting the hotel multiple times without success, leaving a bad impression.
