    We had a wonderful time.

    The Room was very clean, and the staff at the reception provided excellent service. However, my wife was disappointed as the body soap had solidified into a gel. Since women tend to be particularly meticulous about amenities like body soap, showers, and bathrooms, I believe stricter cleaning checks would be beneficial. The partnered yakitori restaurant was also very delicious and highly satisfying. We look forward to staying again!

    Spacious and stylish rental villa

    The living dining area is very spacious and stylish. You can see the Sakihana ski slope from the room, and watching the grazing cows was soothing. The room is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, and tableware, so you can also prepare meals. It was interesting to use foreign-made dishwashers and IH, but since there were no instructions, I looked it up online myself. It would be nice if it were written more clearly. There are two bedrooms and two showers, making it convenient for trips with two or three generations of family or friends, or for hotel stays. There is one bathtub, but no washing area. Amenities are fully provided, but there are no skincare products or indoor wear/yukata. There were plenty of towels. Additionally, the check-in and check-out methods are not described in detail, so it would be smoother if they were explained more clearly. Especially during check-in, I was tired because I couldn't figure out how to open the key box while carrying my luggage. The free shuttle service to the affiliated restaurant was very much appreciated. However, there was a noticeable smell in the shower booth area. Despite mentioning various points, I think this price for this spaciousness is cheap. I would like to use it again. Although it seems to be a facility aimed at inbound tourists, I think Japanese people can also enjoy it. Inquiries were handled by Japanese staff via email and phone.
