    It became an unforgettable memory!

    We stayed as a three-generation family of six. Since it was the Obon holiday period, we expected crowds everywhere, but unlike a Hotel, it was much quieter than we imagined and we were able to relax and enjoy a truly wonderful time. The interior has high ceilings and feels very open, and it was spacious enough for six adults to stay comfortably. Because of the typhoon, it got so chilly at night that we turned on the heater, but the air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable. The Onsen was also delightful, and the beautiful greenery visible from the window was very soothing. This time we ate out for dinner, but next time we’d like to use the hot plate and enjoy cooking together indoors. (One of us doesn’t like insects, so we’re glad we didn’t do a terrace BBQ. There were no bugs inside.) We also really appreciated having a washing machine (with dryer function) and detergent provided—it was extremely helpful when we suddenly needed to do laundry. Our parents were very happy as well and are already saying they want to come again, so we would love to visit again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!!

    Spectacular Views from the Bath

    The view from the bath was amazing! The Onsen was so relaxing that I went in again and again. The Room was clean and very comfortable. Since BBQ wasn’t available during our stay, I’d love to come back in summer. We also enjoyed relaxing on the wooden deck, and it would be great to have chairs there so guests can sit back and enjoy a coffee.

    There are two private bedrooms, each with two beds. In addition, there are two sofa beds on the second-floor loft area of the living room, so even a large group can stay very comfortably. The bathroom is also spacious, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the Onsen. The amenities were well stocked, and we had no inconveniences during our stay. The kitchen faces the living room and is very easy to use, with plenty of tableware and cooking utensils provided. A hot plate was also available, so we all made sukiyaki together and enjoyed a fun meal—another great memory. Above all, we would like to express our gratitude regarding the wine opener. When we called because the one provided was broken, you brought a new one right away. We truly appreciate your quick response despite our sudden request. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful time. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Overall, it was good.

    Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, the bathwater was extremely hot and required adding a lot of cold water to make it comfortable, which was a bit inconvenient. The next morning, I realized the temperature setting was at 50°C. The kitchen equipment was well-prepared, but during seasons when barbecuing is not possible, having a larger indoor hot plate would be nice. The cheese and sake provided as part of the IKYU Diamond Member benefits were absolutely delicious. Thank you very much!

    Everything was provided except for nightwear!

    We stayed with three families of mom friends. We arrived at night, and it was pitch dark outside. The children were scared, thinking a bear might appear, so we called the staff. They kindly reassured us, allowing us to stay with peace of mind. The refrigerator had chilled beer glasses, and since we brought champagne, we were thrilled to find champagne glasses provided as well! We had a wonderful moms' gathering. The onsen was very relaxing, and there were two shower stations in the washing area, which saved us time during bathing—very convenient! The facilities were thoughtfully equipped to meet every need. One small suggestion: while the heating was perfect, the room became dry; a humidifier would have been nice to have. Lastly, when one of our children accidentally broke a glass tray and we contacted the staff about it, they first expressed concern for any injuries and assured us that no compensation was necessary. They also kindly mentioned they would take extra care in arranging items moving forward—thank you so much for your understanding words! Next time, I hope to check in during daylight hours and enjoy coffee leisurely on the terrace.

    Exceptionally spacious

    We stayed with 4 people. The accommodation was very spacious, and we had a comfortable stay. There were plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils, which was great. We also enjoyed relaxing in the bath. Since there is a lot of greenery around, there were some insects in the room here and there. We managed to deal with them ourselves, but those who are not good with insects should be cautious. One point of concern was that the sorting trash bins in the kitchen were very small, causing them to overflow, so we had to prepare additional bags. It would be great if this could be improved.     Relax and Enjoy a Vacation Home Lifestyle

    We stayed as three couples and two children. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn't dine on the terrace. Although the bath was not a natural hot spring, the water was very pleasant. We plan to stay again in the future. If possible, a dishwasher would be a nice addition. Thank you!

    It was truly the best cottage!

    We stayed as two families spanning three generations, a total of five people. The interior was absolutely beautiful, and each item reflected the owner's thoughtful care, making us feel very warm and welcomed. The layout was incredibly convenient, allowing both families to enjoy their own pace while naturally relaxing together in the shared spaces. The barbecue experience was fantastic with everything perfectly prepared, including high-quality charcoal, making it easy and delicious to enjoy. The bath was spacious with amazing hot water! We deeply appreciate the owner's kind attention during our stay. It allowed us to create wonderful memories and even gave us an opportunity for meaningful family bonding. We would be delighted to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much!

    Group Travel

    The location was in a quiet villa area. The building was smaller than expected, and while we stayed with 6 people this time, if the capacity were 8 people, it would mean sleeping in a loft with an open ceiling like a camp, aside from the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, so the view from the windows was unfortunately just of our parked car. The overall cleanliness of the interior and the spacious bathroom were great. However, while the lighting is fine when bright, it felt inconvenient that it couldn't be dimmed for adjustment. Additionally... we appreciated finding local sake from a nearby brewery and cheese as part of member benefits in the refrigerator. Everyone agreed that the cheese was delicious. We moved an air freshener placed at the entrance outside because one member has chemical sensitivity issues. To avoid polluting such a wonderful natural environment, I believe it would be better not to use chemical products like these and instead provide eco-friendly kitchen detergents or laundry detergents where possible.

    The Onsen is excellent!

    We stayed for one night starting from 3/27. The room was very spacious, allowing the three of us to relax in our favorite spots as we liked. The Onsen was incredibly pleasant, and we enjoyed it multiple times. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (even cling wrap, aluminum foil, and kitchen paper!), so there was absolutely no inconvenience. There were plenty of dishes available, and the sponge and dishcloth provided were brand new. It was extremely comfortable, and with a washer-dryer available, we are considering a Multiple Night Stay next time. The IKYU Diamond benefits were also fantastic. Thank you very much!

    It was an absolutely...

    It was an absolutely amazing trip. It was our first time staying at a Vacation Rental, and we really enjoyed shopping locally, cooking, and living like locals. It felt like everything we needed was provided except for pajamas. We purchased Nasu beef, local vegetables, dairy products, bread, and more to enjoy meals using the hot plate provided. The spacious house was very comfortable with excellent heating. The large bath with high-quality spring water was also fantastic. Adding handrails in the bath might be helpful for those with mobility issues—please consider this suggestion. My parents loved it so much that they are already urging me to make the next Reservation. We would love to stay again in the future. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience. (Regarding directions to the management building: since it's a straightforward route once you know it, providing a map instead of just an address might be more helpful.)

    You'll want to come back again and again.

    We used the property for our year-end company trip. On the day of our stay, unexpected snow fell, causing some confusion during our travel, but thanks to the kind assistance of the staff, we were able to spend our time without any issues (thank you very much). The room had many windows and a high ceiling, providing a sense of openness, and the heating worked well, making it comfortable. It was an excellent environment for reflecting on the past year, appreciating our employees, and deepening our friendships around a large table. We had dinner indoors with catering, and the kitchen was well-equipped with clean cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery, allowing us to focus on enjoying our meal without any problems. The two bedrooms with two beds each were well-appointed, and the large onsen bath, which could accommodate 3-4 people and felt almost like an open-air bath when the windows were opened, was very pleasant, and everyone used it multiple times. Everyone expressed a desire to return, so I believe the satisfaction level was quite high, not just for myself. In fact, I am considering repeating the stay with my family in the near future.

    Wonderful Onsen

    We used the property for a trip with six colleagues from the company. On the day of our stay, it was snowing, but the insulation and air conditioning of the property were excellent, allowing us to spend our time comfortably. The onsen facility was superb, and everyone was satisfied with the property. Additionally, the dishes, cooking utensils, and seasonings were well-prepared, allowing us to enjoy a fun time while cooking.

    This was my second v...

    This was my second visit. It was nice to be recognized by the owner during check-in, as they seemed to remember my previous visit. The Room was very pleasant, and I was able to spend a wonderful holiday with my friends. I would love to visit again. *Check-in on Friday, 11/29*

    Almost satisfied!

    We used the Facility for 6 people over 2 nights and 3 days. The Facility felt new, and both the bath and toilet were very clean. Unfortunately, the weather was bad for all three days, so we couldn't use the balcony at all. The hot spring quality was good, providing a beauty-enhancing bath. I also mentioned in the survey that I would have liked a mirror in the bathroom for shaving!

    Onsen is the best

    It was a one-night, two-day stay for six male university students. The Facility was clean, and the Onsen was particularly well-received, with everyone having a great time relaxing and enjoying themselves. There were plenty of seasonings, cooking utensils, and tableware, and we were satisfied with the kitchen and other facilities. The explanation at check-in was also thorough, allowing us to spend our time comfortably and without inconvenience.
