    Beachfront glamping

    I enjoyed a luxurious glamping experience right in front of the ocean. The air felt a bit dry due to the heating, but the breakfast delivered in a basket—made with local ingredients—was truly delicious! It also seemed that the neighboring KAMOME SLOW HOTEL is an affiliated Facility, so I’d love to stay there next time as well.

    About Gas

    The price is cheaper compared to other private villas, so perhaps expectations should be adjusted, but the room felt smaller than it appeared in the photos. Since the concept emphasizes connecting with nature, which we overlooked, it might have been nice to have a TV available. Regarding the bathroom, even after a short 10-15 minute walk outside, the gas automatically shut off and only cold water was available. As there was no front desk service at night, we had to call a nearby night support service to fix it, which felt inconvenient. Additionally, since the microwave is only available at the front desk from 3 PM to 9 PM, it was inconvenient not being able to heat anything during nighttime as there wasn’t one in the room. There were also no body towels provided for bathing purposes; having to procure them elsewhere felt inconvenient as well. However, I think the cleanliness and overall feel of the room were satisfactory.

    Stylish and efficient

    The location might be a bit tricky to find, but it is situated in a stylish area of Awaji Island. The Room is so stylish and clean that even children will be impressed. We went to an izakaya about a 5-minute walk away for dinner, where we enjoyed delicious onions at a reasonable price and were very satisfied.

    Amenities include...

    This was my third stay. The first time I stayed, it was excellent, but during the second visit, it seemed like the management had changed, and the services were significantly reduced—though still acceptable. However, this time, the services were even more limited. We made a reservation for four people and paid for four people as well, but upon entering the room, there were only three beds prepared. One bed had to be arranged later. As for amenities, there were three sets of towels provided instead of four as expected. The cleanliness was also lacking; there was dust all over the headboard area of the bed. I will have to reconsider staying here next time.

    No cutlery was provided with breakfast. There was no straw for the milk despite a straw hole, no spoon for the soup or yogurt, and no fork or chopsticks for the salad, which came in a tube-shaped container. Additionally, there were no serving plates. Attempts to contact staff were unsuccessful, and I couldn't eat my meal. The staff seemed unfriendly as well. Breakfast was handed over at the entrance with just a simple "Here you go."

    We stayed in a glamp...

    We stayed in a glamping tent. During rainy weather, the outdoor BBQ cannot be used, which takes away from the essence of glamping. Stray cats are present and may climb on the BBQ table or even enter the tent or onto its roof. The interior of the tent is clean, and the location and views are excellent, but overall satisfaction feels low for the price.

    Family Trip

    It was unfortunate that I couldn't figure out how to operate the TV. Also, the volume was too low, and even at the maximum, I couldn't hear it. Everything else was perfect!

    Unable to sleep due to the polycarbonate corrugated sheets on the BBQ terrace...

    The room and dinner were wonderful, but due to the strong wind, the polycarbonate corrugated sheets on the BBQ terrace made loud banging noises throughout the night, and I could hardly sleep. I had booked this cottage to relieve my daily fatigue and was looking forward to it, but ended up leaving more tired due to lack of sleep, which is truly disappointing. While I understand that the sound of the wind itself is a natural occurrence, the noise from the polycarbonate sheets is unacceptable. The noise level was not minor, and honestly, I feel like the accommodation fee should be refunded. However, I had no complaints about the room facilities and the level of dinner, excluding the BBQ terrace. This makes the disappointment even greater.

    The bed is comfortable.

    No Meals Included, but the bed was very comfortable. The room was also clean. It would have been nice to have a microwave. The dog run was overgrown and unusable. The cage was wobbly and foldable, which might not be suitable for restless dogs. The amenities were good. Both the pajamas and towels were pleasant to use.

    Stayed with my beloved dog. It was a repeat visit.

    I stayed again because I had a good experience staying here 2 years ago. There were some changes since my stay 2 years ago. - The dog bed was gone (you can borrow it if you ask at the front desk) - Dog food and treats were gone (there was a gift) - Bath salts were provided in the room (can you get them if you ask at the front desk?) - Previously, body soap and shampoo were all John Masters There were also instances where the rental items I requested in advance were not available, or the room amenities were insufficient. There were many moments that made me think, "Huh?" The cost-cutting measures were obvious (though it might be unavoidable given the current situation). Previously, I communicated with the front desk via LINE, but this time there was no guidance, and I couldn't find it on the tablet, so it was a hassle to go all the way to the front desk to ask. The facility is clean and stylish, but it was disappointing if you knew how it was before.

    Dog Villa

    I stayed at Lazy inn for the second time. The room is kept clean. The flooring in the elevated bedroom is quite slippery, so it would be better to have non-slip material if it's a Dog room. Last time, I didn't notice, but the futon on the sofa bed smelled like a dog. Also, having spare toilet sheets would be helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was a shame that there was one less cutlery set. It's a stylish property, so I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    Traveling with a dog.

    I visited with my entire family and our dog for my father's birthday present. The grass on the approach to the room was neatly trimmed, but the back of the garden was overgrown, which made me a bit scared, wondering if snakes might appear. Probably, it's better for security to have grass... The room was incredibly clean! Not only the room, but also the dog goods we borrowed had no trace of other dogs, so our dog was able to stay comfortably. The meat and vegetables prepared for the barbecue at night were delicious, and we were kindly taught how to use the gas grill, so we could use it comfortably. It turned out super tasty! Since the operating company changed in August, it seems that a morning basket option was added for breakfast. When we requested it, the bread was slightly sweet and chewy, and it was incredibly delicious! It was so voluminous that we felt sorry for leaving some. However, perhaps because the operating company changed, there were no dog treats, and the herbal tea, bath salts, and ice cream I saw in other reviews were gone, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the amenities being John Masters was great, but the body soap bottle was hard to use because they put a regular liquid type in a foam dispenser. Swaying in the hammock was fun too, and I want to visit again.
