Fully equipped with everything you need.

The staff were very attentive—they explained everything clearly and even took commemorative photos for us. The Facility was clean, and since there was no TV, the play equipment and sauna were well-equipped, so time flew by. I’d also like to stay at the other Abrasas House. It was a wonderful Accommodation with excellent hospitality throughout.

    Summer Family Vacation

We stayed here with a family of five and one dog. Our check-in was a little late, but thank you for accommodating us. We were also very satisfied with the staff member’s courteous explanation at check-in. As for the meals, our whole family worked together and prepared everything smoothly, and we enjoyed it very much. That night, we ended up chatting late into the night as a family and may have had a bit too much to drink. Not only the building itself, but also the dining area, bedrooms, bath, sauna, dog run—everything exceeded our expectations and became a wonderful memory. Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights and three days and relax at a slower pace. Thank you again for everything.

We had a great time with friends.

Six of us from work stayed here. It was fantastic—we all had a great time together with the sauna, cooking dinner, and roasting coffee. Unfortunately, it was cloudy so we couldn’t get a clear view of Mt. Fuji, but the location is quiet and wonderful. We’d love to come again. I’m giving it one point less because we had to wait at check-in, but the staff explained everything well and we had no problems during our stay.

Up to 5 Chihuahuas are allowed.

This was our third visit. No matter where you are, you can enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji—even its reflection in the windows looks like a painting. As a sauna lover, my husband went to the trailer sauna again and again. Spending time “resetting” while looking at Mt. Fuji seemed truly exceptional. On our previous two stays we chose the prepared-style meals, but this time we had more dogs than people, so we brought our own food and relaxed at our own pace. The amenities are excellent—there’s a Repronizer and Dyson hair dryer, plus a Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker—which made our stay even more satisfying. Our five Chihuahuas were thrilled, running full speed around the large grassy garden from check-in to check-out. And what always captures my heart is the kitchen: Mt. Fuji framed by the window, a commercial-grade stove, and a deep double-sink prep table. If I ever renovate my home, I’d want to copy it exactly—it’s that practical and ideal to use. No matter how many times we visit, it’s a special place that makes us want to come back. We’re planning to return again next year.

    Spectacular Views of Mt. Fuji

We stayed for one night on May 5–6 during Golden Week. We also stayed here last August, and the view of Mt. Fuji from the open living room is breathtaking. We were lucky with the weather, and both last year and this year, seeing Mt. Fuji right in front of us and breathing the clear air truly refreshed our minds. Our two dogs also ran freely all over the huge natural dog run, which felt very safe and secure. Even during the busy Golden Week period, the cooking utensils were clean and had been Clear-ed, so we could use them comfortably. It gets a bit chilly at night in May, but we were able to refresh both body and mind with the sauna and large bath. The bedroom was also clean, and we liked the bed so much that we even asked the Facility staff what brand it was... Their response was excellent—they later emailed us the details! We heard a third building is scheduled to open soon, so we’d love to visit again!

For your first trip with your beloved dog

In the magnificent scenery overlooking Mt. Fuji, we were able to spend a truly luxurious time with our dog. The Accommodation is designed so that Mt. Fuji can be seen from every Room, and staying under the watch of a far more powerful Mt. Fuji than in the photos felt special in itself. Even our dog—who usually can’t run freely—looked like they were having a great time in the spacious setting, and we took lots of great photos of our dog running around with Mt. Fuji in the background. From an “Instagrammable” standpoint as well, I think this is an Accommodation with undeniably high satisfaction. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy during our stay—such as a Finnish-style sauna, cooking experiences, coffee bean roasting, and campfires—so there wasn’t a single moment to feel bored. It’s very appealing that they’ve prepared things so you can enjoy not just staying overnight, but the time spent at the Accommodation itself. Also, the hair irons provided were Repronizer, and amenities like shampoo were Aesop—high-quality items that are hard to choose for everyday home use—so I was happy to be able to try them (I had read Reviews beforehand and ended up expecting skincare products too on my own; those were relatively simple. Still, everything was properly provided and convenient). And because drinks were unbelievably reasonably priced, I could casually try my first Oropo after the sauna. Throughout our stay, we could really feel the Accommodation’s hospitality in all these thoughtful touches. The staff were polite and kind, and we appreciated how gently they treated our dog as well. The scenery, experiences, and hospitality all exceeded expectations—it was a wonderful stay that made us want to visit again.

    Simply the best!

This was our first time staying here. We were able to relax and unwind in the stylish space while enjoying the beautifully presented food. The ingredients were pre-prepped, so we could cook together with our child and have fun. In particular, we loved the high-temperature löyly that made the most of the wood-burning stove sauna we had been looking forward to. It was also our first time trying house-roasted coffee, and it was delicious. We were extremely satisfied with our one-night, two-day stay. Thank you very much.

    We stayed one night ...

We stayed one night in the Hotel and one night in the house, and each had its own unique style. Both were wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time there. With Mt. Fuji right in front of us and nothing to block the view, the location was absolutely exceptional. After sharpening our senses in the sauna, it felt as if energy from the mountain gently flowed into us and filled us up. The cooking experience was also great—clear, thoughtful instructions were provided, so we enjoyed the process and felt excited throughout. We would love to visit again! Thank you very much for your attentive service.

    Travel with Your Dogs

A Hotel with a garden that serves as a dog run, perfect for staying with your dogs. The area is surrounded by 2-meter walls, allowing the dogs to run freely and enjoy themselves. There’s even a small hill where they can play energetically. The view of Mount Fuji from the garden is breathtaking, and the terrace sofa comes with an electric blanket, making it cozy and relaxing to sit and admire the scenery. In the garden adjacent to the bathroom, there’s a wood-heated sauna where you can light a fire yourself—an enjoyable experience in itself. The meals are easy to prepare yet delicious, leaving our whole family very satisfied. The absence of a TV felt refreshing; all ingredients and instructions were provided, making it feel like a fun cooking class in the spacious Room. We cooked together as a family and had so much fun eating what we made. Above all else, being able to let our dogs run freely brought us immense happiness. We’re hooked! We’ll definitely plan another visit with everyone again soon. Highly recommended for those looking for places to enjoy with their dogs!

    Relaxing Time

I chose this accommodation to see Mount Fuji. In summer, I saw Mount Fuji from Lake Kawaguchi, but it was crowded and tiring. Here, it's a private rental, so you can have the whole place to yourself. The design is well thought out, allowing beautiful views of Mount Fuji from every window. The weather was perfect, and I could enjoy the view of Mount Fuji from check-in to check-out. There’s no TV here, but you can spend time reading books or playing various games. Another reason I chose this place is the dining kitchen equipped with Hoshizaki kitchen appliances where we could cook meals. Using the latest cooking appliances made dinner preparation not just cooking but also a great opportunity for family bonding—it was exciting when everything came together and tasted amazing! The seasoning for the spare ribs was especially popular and received high praise! We roasted coffee beans at night for breakfast, though it didn’t turn out quite right; its unique taste became a fun topic of conversation. Breakfast provided by the accommodation was well-balanced and delicious. There are some points I'd like improved: It would be nice to have hand soap in each bedroom as well as tissues available throughout the house. Also, while the bathroom is very spacious—which will be appreciated in warmer seasons—it felt extremely cold during this time of year. A heater in the bathroom would make it much more comfortable despite potential humidity challenges; it really felt too cold! Without a cover for the bathtub either, water cooled quickly—making it even harder to leave once inside. Overall though, I’m very satisfied with my stay—the sauna was incredibly relaxing too! I’ll definitely visit again; this has become one of my favorite accommodations!

Be amazed by the starry sky.

This was my second stay at the accommodation, and choosing the meal plan this time was absolutely the right decision. Every dish was incredibly delicious, with portions larger than expected, leaving everyone in our group completely satisfied. At night, a breathtaking starry sky spread out above us, so stunning it took our breath away. Additionally, the staff member in charge provided exceptionally courteous service throughout our stay, making it very comfortable. It was such a wonderful experience that I would love to visit again!

We stayed as a family of three, and the view of Mount Fuji from our room was truly spectacular. The changing scenery in the morning and evening was incredibly soothing. We enjoyed many unique experiences, such as splitting firewood to light our own sauna, roasting coffee beans, and stargazing around an ethanol fireplace in the crisp air—all of which were precious moments. The spacious garden allowed our child to play freely, and the entire family fully enjoyed this extraordinary experience. The staff were kind and made our stay very comfortable throughout. We would love to visit again!

With Your Beloved Dog and Children

I stayed with my beloved dog and two children. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day, so we could only see Mount Fuji for about 15 minutes, which was our initial goal. However, we had a wonderful time from check-in to check-out at this stylish and well-equipped accommodation. The children enjoyed various games like the board game "Life," stilts, balance bikes, and water guns. The adults appreciated the large bath, sauna, self-brewed coffee in a chic space. Our dog was delighted with the spacious garden and amenities provided.

    Excellent

I stayed in April and loved it, so this is my second visit. Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy this time, and I couldn't see Mt. Fuji, but the dogs ran around happily without a care. The meals are almost ready to cook, allowing you to enjoy freshly prepared dishes—it's fantastic. The combination of the wood-fired sauna and cold bath was perfect for relaxation. I will stay again!

The perfect accommodation for a relaxing family stay

It was a beautifully crafted accommodation with great attention to detail. The approach from the sauna to the bath was well-designed, and we enjoyed splitting firewood ourselves for the sauna. The body soap, hand soap, and shampoo were from AESOP, showing meticulous care in every detail. The private garden was spacious and well-maintained, allowing our dog to run around freely. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji. However, I believe the view of Mt. Fuji from the bath would be breathtaking on a clear day. If higher-quality linen materials were provided, it would have been perfect. Next time, I’d like to visit in November or December to see snow-covered Mt. Fuji and will make another reservation then. Thank you very much to all the staff for this wonderful experience! Also, thank you for the popcorn souvenir that took a year to create!

It was the best accommodation ever!! Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to see Mount Fuji, and the view from the open living area and room was spectacular. We also had rare experiences like chopping firewood and starting a fire, which were a bit challenging but made the sauna even more enjoyable! There was a small issue with cooking at night, but after contacting staff, they responded promptly and kindly, which we greatly appreciated. Cooking was effortless; we followed instructions while having fun, and it was simple to prepare. The ratatouille in particular was exquisite! Although we happened to visit during a time when insects were present, there were plenty of countermeasures provided so we could stay without much concern. Being surrounded by such beautiful greenery makes it understandable to encounter some insects—it’s far outweighed by how amazing this accommodation is. The staff were incredibly kind, the views and sauna were fantastic, making this trip truly wonderful! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

    Excellent

As always, the staff's service and location are excellent. Previously, I stayed at the house, but this time I used the Hotel. Personally, I think the sauna is better in the Hotel. I would like to make it an annual tradition to stay here.

This is my second stay this year.

【Guest Rooms & Amenities】 The rooms, designed by a minimalist owner, are simple yet stylish without compromising comfort. There are two bedrooms, both featuring chic lighting and decor. One of the beds (made by France Bed) is exceptionally comfortable, so much so that I ended up using only that one during my stay. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, and the pantry includes bath towels, other essentials, insect repellents and sprays, as well as a washing machine. During my 4-night stay (spending about 2 days at the accommodation), I found it very comfortable. A personal highlight was the use of Aesop products for hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 【Service】 The staff clearly put thought into ensuring guests' comfort without being intrusive. If you need anything additional or have inquiries during your stay, they can be contacted via phone or short messages for quick communication. Personally, I appreciated this balanced level of interaction. 【Onsen & Bath】 There are two large bathtubs available—one likely intended as a cold plunge after using the sauna and another for soaking in warm water. While it takes some time to fill up the tub with water fully, it’s worth it to enjoy a relaxing soak while possibly catching views of Mt. Fuji on clear days—a truly luxurious experience. 【Facility】 Beyond guest rooms and baths, notable features include a private garden showcasing seasonal beauty and an authentic sauna experience. Once you close the door at the hotel entrance behind you, you're in an enclosed space where pets can roam freely—I brought my Boston Terrier who enjoyed running around happily with plenty of room for playing fetch! The sauna requires preparation such as lighting firewood yourself; you can also pour water over hot stones on top of a stove to create steam (löyly). As temperatures had just started dropping from late summer heat during my visit—the outdoor cooling session after using the sauna felt incredibly refreshing. 【Satisfaction】 This was actually my second visit here—and this time stayed for 4 nights (initially booked 3 nights but extended by one more night). This is truly one-of-a-kind accommodation where I've chosen such long stays before or since—so I believe that speaks volumes about how satisfied I am!

A luxurious getaway to enjoy nature all to yourself

We stayed for a 3-night stay with my spouse and our beloved dog. For those who want to enjoy nature but are not fond of camping, this accommodation is ideal. From the living room, you can enjoy a picturesque view of Mt. Fuji that changes its expression throughout the day—morning, noon, and evening—all without any interruptions. This alone felt like more than enough value for our stay. The expansive garden surrounded by well-maintained lawns and greenery offers a perfect private space where you don't have to worry about outside views. Our dog ran freely on the lawn, enjoying the scent of plants so much that even at 10 PM, he didn’t want to return to the room! The kitchen features an island-style counter and a professional-grade three-burner gas stove—a dream setup for cooking enthusiasts. We ordered hotel-prepared meals for one night but also had fun experimenting with various cooking tools like Vermicular pots, Staub cookware, lava plates, and Healsio Hot Cookers—it felt like being in a culinary lab! The sauna is authentic with wood-burning stoves you manage yourself. The warmth from natural firewood combined with aromatic steam provided an incredibly relaxing experience for both body and mind. Two types of beds are available: firm Japanese-style bedding or soft Western-style mattresses—allowing guests to enjoy different sleeping experiences each night. While it’s not an inexpensive accommodation, the time spent here was worth far more than its price tag. Since hometown tax donations can be used as well, we highly recommend considering multiple night stays to fully immerse yourself in nature's richness at your own pace!

Family trip for 5 people and a dog

We stayed here for a family trip with five people and our beloved dog. Upon arrival, the staff warmly welcomed us and even helped unload our luggage. They kindly explained how to use the facility's amenities and provided information about nearby attractions, which was very helpful. The large commercial refrigerator was stocked with pre-prepared meal kits organized by dish, making cooking as simple as following the instructions and adding ingredients—easy, fun, and absolutely delicious. Used dishes only needed to be placed in a box without washing, which made cleanup effortless. The commercial stove had stronger heat than home stoves, adding excitement to cooking. Unlimited water and ice were available, allowing us to enjoy plenty of cold and refreshing drinks. Roasting coffee beans ourselves made them taste even better—a delightful experience! The pantry-like area was equipped with various items such as a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, charging cables, speakers—everything we could need. The hairdryer options included Repronizer and Dyson models; there were also Hairbeauron straighteners and curling irons that thrilled the women in our group. Yoga mats, workout equipment, board games like Life or puzzles ensured no one got bored during their stay. The bedrooms were clean with convenient luggage storage areas near sinks for easy use. If there had been hand soap (even if not Aesop), it would have been perfect! However, all soaps provided by the facility were Aesop products—their fragrance added an extra touch of luxury. The bathroom was incredibly spacious with two bathtubs that could be used luxuriously for hot baths or cold plunges. The enclosed shower area was practical while water bottles provided for hydration added convenience. The Finnish-style sauna allowed us to adjust temperatures using firewood or enjoy löyly sessions fully; ice availability made it possible to create an icy cold plunge pool too! In the expansive garden area designed for playtime fun: badminton sets & water guns kept kids entertained (though we didn’t have young children). Adults enjoyed playing Mölkky together—it brought lots of laughter! The outdoor living room under a roof offered ultimate relaxation where you could listen peacefully alongside flowing-water sounds during daytime—or gaze into flames at night-time fireside moments instead… On clear days views featuring Mt.Fuji alongside starry skies must look stunningly beautiful—we’re already planning another visit someday soon just imagining those sights again now… Among pet-friendly accommodations we've tried before this one stands out among top-tier satisfaction levels overall providing tranquil rejuvenation opportunities throughout entire stay itself truly unforgettable experience altogether thank-you so much indeed!

    Consideration for pets

Overall, I am satisfied and would like to come back next year. However, it is disappointing that pets are only allowed in the living room. If there were a sofa in the living room, we could sleep together. Since this Hotel was designed by a minimalist, there is no sofa. It feels like they are telling pet owners to sleep in separate Rooms from their pets. People who don't understand this shouldn't design Hotels. Depending on the dog, they might cry at night because of this policy. Additionally, while there are tools for making coffee, they cannot be used unless you order breakfast, which is also frustrating. If coffee beans were provided (even for an additional fee), I would grind them myself. Please convey this feedback to the minimalist designer of the Hotel.

Luxurious moments with your beloved dog

We stayed with 4 adults and 4 dogs. Just gazing at the majestic Mt. Fuji right in front of us made for a luxurious experience. The well-maintained lawn was perfect for the dogs, who were absolutely thrilled, and there were also saunas, outdoor play equipment, and games available. At night, we were treated to an awe-inspiring starry sky. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We would love to come back again soon! It might be convenient to have outdoor sandals available since we had dogs with us.

Amazing Mount Fuji location!! A must-visit accommodation!

We stayed here on a weekday to celebrate his birthday! The view is absolutely stunning! You can enjoy a full view of Mt. Fuji, and the location is perfect. You can see Mt. Fuji from the dining area and bedroom as well! Sitting on the outdoor sofa was truly relaxing. The sauna also offers a great view of Mt. Fuji, which is amazing! The temperature reaches around 100°C with löyly, providing an excellent experience for relaxation. There’s even a cold water bath next to it filled with natural water from Mt. Fuji—simply fantastic! The spare ribs for dinner were delicious and paired perfectly with rice. The potato soup was simple yet authentic in flavor—super tasty! Although I initially thought cooking might be troublesome, it turned out to be fun and enjoyable—and most importantly, delicious! The bed in the bedroom was soft and extremely comfortable; I had such a good sleep. The provided shampoo and other amenities were Aesop products, adding a luxurious touch! He enjoyed roasting coffee beans in the morning—it was such an interesting activity for him! Splitting firewood or roasting coffee beans made for some fun core-strength activities. Overall, we felt very relaxed during our stay, and since it was his birthday celebration trip, seeing him happy made me truly glad we chose this accommodation! The women who guided us were pleasant and provided warm hospitality. However, there are some points that could be improved considering this price range: 1) No outdoor sandals are provided—you’ll need to bring your own shoes if you plan to play outside as they may get dirty. 2) There weren’t enough towels available; not even one by the sink near the bedroom. At least hand towels should be placed there. Since we used the sauna too, having at least three bath towels and face towels each would have been ideal. 3) Dining chairs were quite hard. 4) Room slippers were very thin and uncomfortable to walk in—I wish they had more cushioning given that one night costs over ¥77,000! 5) Cleaning wasn’t thorough upon arrival—there was hair on the outdoor sofa where you’re supposed to relax as well as pet hair (possibly dog?) under tables. 6) Trash bins required manual opening every time—it would’ve been more convenient if they opened automatically or easily. 7) While breakfast included hot sandwiches with keema curry filling—they felt slightly heavy for morning fare. One of the staff kindly said she looks forward to welcoming us again next year for another birthday celebration—we’d love to return someday despite these minor issues!!

The best stay! Recommended accommodation for dog lovers.

I stayed with my three dogs (including a large dog) and it was an absolutely perfect accommodation! First, the expansive garden is worth mentioning. It’s spacious enough for large dogs to run freely, and securely fenced, so there’s no worry about them escaping. Watching our dogs enjoy themselves brought us so much joy. The meals provided at the accommodation were delicious and easy to prepare, which was very convenient. What impressed us most was the coffee roasting experience. Roasting beans ourselves was a unique opportunity, and freshly brewed coffee tasted exceptionally good. Additionally, we enjoyed relaxing in the wonderful sauna and even had fun with a firewood chopping experience—everything about our stay exceeded expectations. For anyone looking to create unforgettable memories with their beloved pets, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely visit again!

    With Your Beloved Dog

Stayed here on the last day of our Yamanashi camping trip. Although it was cloudy, there was a perfect break in the clouds from evening to night, allowing us to enjoy a clear view of Mt. Fuji. It wasn’t a distant, small view but an awe-inspiring sight as if the majestic mountain filled the frame right before our eyes. The staff provided very thorough explanations during check-in and check-out, offering excellent hospitality from start to finish. The kitchen stove had incredible power like those used in professional Chinese restaurants, which might excite cooking enthusiasts. The firewood sauna and bath were also highly satisfying facilities. Next time we stay here, we’ll aim for a day with clear weather according to the forecast! Overall, this is an outstanding location with fantastic facilities.

A private villa with a serene view of Mount Fuji for a special getaway.

Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the extraordinary tranquility and overwhelming sense of privacy. With no other guests on the premises or nearby, I was able to forget the busyness of daily life and enjoy a relaxing time. It’s an ideal environment for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and spend quiet moments with loved ones. What left a particularly strong impression was the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from every room. The semi-outdoor living area facing the garden offered an unparalleled open view of Mount Fuji, allowing me to enjoy its beauty while feeling the fresh air. Each time of day—morning, afternoon, and night—offered a different kind of charm, but nighttime views were beyond imagination. After sunset, Mount Fuji's silhouette stood out against the night sky with countless stars and a rising moon creating an enchanting scene. In this serene space where time seemed to flow slowly, I could gaze at this mesmerizing view for hours. The bathroom exceeded expectations as well; through large glass windows stretched a stunning view of Mount Fuji that felt like a giant painting. The bathtub was even more spacious than it appeared in photos—easily accommodating three people—and there were two tubs available for alternating between cold baths and sauna sessions comfortably. The sauna experience included starting your own fire from chopped wood—a unique activity that provided an exceptional sense of relaxation rarely experienced elsewhere. From inside both the sauna room and bath area, gazing at Mount Fuji through small windows added unforgettable luxury. Meals followed a self-cooking style using pre-prepared ingredients provided onsite along with cooking appliances that made preparation surprisingly simple. Portions were generous enough to satisfy completely while delivering delicious results we thoroughly enjoyed together! Although there is also an extensive selection of paid drinks in their refrigerator available for purchase if desired; bringing personal favorite beverages is allowed too—a great bonus feature! A special highlight during mornings involved roasting coffee beans yourself before brewing them fresh by hand—a truly delightful way start any day especially when paired alongside panoramic views overlooking majestic Mt.Fuji right outside window-side seating areas! Basic seasonings such as soy sauce salt pepper olive oil are supplied but anyone preferring specific flavors might consider packing additional items including sugar specifically suited towards coffee preferences beforehand likewise outdoor sandals prove useful frequent trips between villa interior/exterior spaces ensuring maximum comfort throughout stay overall experience here remains nothing short remarkable leaving lasting memories cherished forevermore thanks largely due combination awe-inspiring natural surroundings peaceful atmosphere coupled opportunities partake activities otherwise unavailable typical everyday settings wholeheartedly recommend anyone seeking indulgent escape reconnect nature rejuvenate spirit firsthand personally cannot wait return explore seasonal variations firsthand future visits ahead!
