    Create unforgettable summer memories

    Although we only visited for the day, we truly appreciated your kind hospitality, the lovely Room, the rooftop pool, and the shower next to the parking area. Thanks to all of this, we were able to make wonderful summer memories. Next time, we would love to stay overnight with our whole family. Thank you very much!

    A Hotel so close to the sea that it made me very happy

    When I asked for the location of the bus stop at the Kamakura Station tourist information center, I was told it was an excellent Hotel. They also advised me to buy water and food in advance because there is nothing nearby. I stocked up on groceries at Motomachi Union and headed there full of anticipation. It really is right by the sea, and in a good way there is nothing around. The scenery was wonderful, and from time to time I could hear locals enjoying the waves. It made me feel relaxed and truly happy. Breakfast ingredients are provided and you cook it yourself, but everything was high quality and delicious. I also enjoyed a walk to Zushi Marina.

    The sunset was amazing!

    Among the Hotels along Route 134, this Hotel offers nothing but ocean views. We enjoyed an amazing sunset. That evening, we ordered a BBQ to match the sunset time. There is also a restaurant in the Hotel, so we would like to try that as well. The Room amenities were well equipped, and we would like to come back for a Multiple Night Stay and relax. The mini tote bag we bought as a souvenir is quite cute, so we recommend it.

    The hospitality was exceptional.

    I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

    For a special day

    I stayed at a Hotel I’d been curious about for a while with my husband! The exterior is blue-themed, and from the moment we arrived, the staff’s service was outstanding. We arrived a little early, but they handled everything smoothly. And it smelled amazing! The view from our Room was incredible!!!! The amenities and even the shampoo in the Room were so stylish—it really lifted my mood!!! I relaxed while listening to the sound of the waves and completely lost track of time. At night, we went out for a walk, enjoyed that getaway feeling, and turned in early. In the morning, I woke up happily to the smell of bread we’d prepared the night before baking. lol We made breakfast together, ate while chatting slowly, walked down toward the sea for a short stroll, then took another little nap. lol And then headed to check-out. It was fully booked this time, which was disappointing... but next time I’d love to try the restaurant too! It was a memorable Hotel with amazing hospitality right until the very end. I’m going to work hard so I can stay here again!!!

    A Wonderful Second Stay

    Last month, I visited with my two dogs to celebrate my mother’s birthday and had a wonderful time. This time, I returned with a friend visiting from Hawaii, my mother, and our two dogs, and my uncle who lives nearby also joined us for a few hours—we all had a great time together. Thanks to the warm hospitality and attentive care of the staff, our stay felt even more special. Not only was the food excellent, but the amenities and Facility were also impeccable, allowing everyone to relax in complete comfort. The ocean view right in front of us was truly breathtaking—perfect for refreshing both body and mind. I would love to stay here regularly in the future.

    As soon as we arrive...

    As soon as we arrived at the Hotel, the staff warmly welcomed us and guided our car, so we were able to park without any confusion. At check-in, the lobby was beautifully maintained, and with the ocean stretching out right in front of us, it was incredibly relaxing even while sitting on the sofa. After being shown to our Room, they provided welcome sweets and drinks—especially the sablé, which was delicious! The Room was very comfortable, and I appreciated that there was no clock; it helped me forget about everyday life and truly unwind. There were also several types of welcome drinks in the refrigerator along with multiple bottles of water, so we didn’t need to buy any ourselves—this was another great touch. This stay was last-minute, so we didn’t use the restaurant or have breakfast, but we would definitely like to try them next time. It was a wonderful Hotel.

    A prime location with a beautiful beach right in front of you.

    We stayed here for a special anniversary. We stayed in a basement Room. The scent of tatami and the ocean right in front of us were a perfect match, and just sitting there felt calming. The weather was great that day, and the sea view from the terrace was truly beautiful. We ordered both dinner and breakfast, and every dish featuring Kanagawa seafood was delicious. Dinner looked stunning and tasted wonderful as well. They also served our anniversary plate at exactly the right moment, making it an especially memorable time. Breakfast could be enjoyed slowly in our Room, which we really appreciated since we’re not morning people. The service was unpretentious yet thoughtful, with a refined space and attentive hospitality. Thank you very much.

    A relaxed, elegant, and luxurious adults-only hideaway

    Access was a bit tricky, and from a distance the building didn’t clearly look like a Hotel, but once inside, an amazing space opened up with panoramic ocean views. The check-in service and guidance to the Room were very courteous and made us feel at ease. Although it was a basement Room, the view from the sofa and terrace was breathtaking. The sea felt incredibly close, and beyond the window was an outstanding view. The amenities and Facility were also high quality, making it feel like a little luxury. We had made a Reservation for the No Meals Included Plan, but we loved the spectacular views from this Hotel so much that we also used the on-site restaurant. The course meal featuring local ingredients looked great and tasted wonderful—we were very satisfied. I’m not great with mornings so we didn’t have breakfast, but opening the bathroom window made it feel like an open-air bath, resulting in an amazing morning soak. The service, Facility, and food were all top-notch. It doesn’t have that flashy vibe of high-end Hotels in central Tokyo, but you can truly feel a kind of luxury that only this location can offer. It seems there are larger Rooms as well, so we’d love to come back next time with family.

    It was excellent.

    Although we booked our stay at the last minute the day before, the beautifully located and perfectly prepared Room made it a wonderful memory! The staff welcomed us with lovely smiles, which made us feel very comfortable!

    Both the service and the room were excellent.

    The Room is spacious and stylish. I enjoyed a relaxing time while gazing at the ocean. The Facility includes the latest equipment like Panasonic hair dryers and popIn Aladdin, which made my stay enjoyable. The welcome drinks were plentiful, offering options like beer and orange juice. I came with my child, and even my 2-year-old son was satisfied. At night, I accidentally left the interior light of my car on in the parking lot, but a staff member kindly informed me about it. Thanks to their help, I was able to turn it off before the battery drained completely, which saved our plans for sightseeing the next day. Thank you very much! This Hotel has amazing staff with great attention to detail.

    The view was amazing.

    The staff provided a polite and gentle explanation, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. The meals were exceptionally delicious. We enjoyed a luxurious space and experienced a different kind of time from our daily routine.

    A breathtaking Accommodation that feels one with the sea, tucked away at the end of a hidden alley!

    When I first saw the entrance, I honestly thought, “Is this going to be okay…?” The doorway is on a narrow lane that feels almost like an alley, which made me a little uneasy. But the moment I stepped into the Room, everything changed. The ocean view filling my entire field of vision left me speechless. It felt as if the Room continued straight into the sea—every Room has an ocean view. It’s wonderfully out of the ordinary, and you’ll want to keep staring at it forever. The BBQ dinner was so lavish we couldn’t possibly finish it all. The Hotel staff prepared everything for us—we just grilled. Even the bacon and sausages were surprisingly delicious, and dining on the balcony felt truly special. Cleanup was easy too; we simply placed everything on a cart in the hallway. Breakfast was equally impressive. You cook in your Room, and the bread is freshly baked in a home bakery machine—two loaves for four people, plenty to go around. Salmon, tuna, fruit, yogurt—the variety and portions were more than satisfying. Both night and morning, the bread was outstanding. I also loved that the shampoo, treatment conditioner, and body wash were from uka—such tasteful amenities really lifted my mood. The Room was spacious and spotless, and spending time while feeling the rhythm of the tides was pure luxury. There were a couple of minor concerns (a stain on the ceiling and slightly weak bathroom ventilation), but they were far outweighed by the views, food quality, and overall comfort of the space. There were moments when I felt unsure at first, but this Accommodation had even more charm than that—and it’s a place I strongly want to return to. Since it’s a vacation Hotel-style stay, it’s completely different from a full-service Hotel experience. If you understand that upfront, you can enjoy an extremely comfortable stay with plenty of freedom. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend special time in the Zushi–Kamakura area.

    Third time

    This was our third visit! Each time, we stay in a different room and enjoy the unique features of each one. This time, my spouse and I spent a relaxing time in the room. The view of the ocean from the room was absolutely beautiful, and every visit makes us glad we came! However, this time I noticed some dust on the light hanging from the ceiling where the air conditioning wind hits directly. Also, it seemed like the living room window wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as it appeared wet and lacked a sense of cleanliness. That said, we look forward to staying again to enjoy the breathtaking view from the room!

    The floor was dirty.

    The stay has always been very comfortable, but this time the floor was so dirty that my socks turned black when walking in the Room. Using slippers solves the issue, but it would be appreciated if a simple mop like a Quickle Wiper could be provided.

    I used it to visit a friend.

    I stayed here to visit a friend's family. Since my friend has cats at home and my husband is allergic, they came to visit us at the Hotel instead. However, I was a bit surprised to learn about the additional fee for their visit only after arriving at the Hotel. Other than that, the pool, location, and Room were very comfortable.

    For a luxurious summer experience, look no further.

    I stayed for one night at the Hayama Harbor Terrace during a three-day weekend. In conclusion, this is the perfect location for those who want to fully enjoy summer. First, the pool area was breathtaking. The semi-private table seats set up as if floating on the water offered a stunning view that felt seamlessly connected to the sea. The blue and white striped parasols added to the resort-like atmosphere. Spending time here from morning until evening, surrounded by sea breezes, was truly an extraordinary experience. Breakfast was served on our room's balcony, and it was simply wonderful. Freshly baked toast, fluffy omelets, ham, sausages, a salad full of fresh vegetables, and soy milk soup were all part of the meal. With a calm ocean view in front of us and the sound of waves as background music, we enjoyed an elegant morning. For dinner, we indulged in a course meal at the attached restaurant. From chilled corn soup paired with sparkling wine to fresh fish appetizers and colorful vegetable plates—each dish was both visually stunning and deliciously artistic. The high-quality cuisine made it a perfect moment for spending special time with loved ones. Everything about this place is refined and rejuvenating for both mind and body. Next time I visit, I plan to book a Multiple Night Stay!

    A Wonderful Space

    We stayed as a family, and my elderly mother was very pleased. The view of the ocean from the Room was stunning. We enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi while admiring the breathtaking scenery, which helped us unwind completely. The breakfast Plan was excellent; we baked bread with a home bakery, warmed soup with the kids, and cooked bacon together—it was such a delightful time. Since it was cloudy and rainy this time, we look forward to visiting again on a sunny day!

    The atmosphere is excellent.

    Enjoy a stunning sunset view during dinner, with elegantly prepared dishes and excellent service in a delightful atmosphere. The Room is clean and luxurious. Relax in the hinoki bath while enjoying the ocean view. Breakfast is semi-self-service, but most of the ingredients and dishes are ready, making it enjoyable to prepare. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely return! (Thank you for handling our forgotten items!)

    It was wonderful not only in summer but also in winter.

    We stayed during the Obon holiday in summer, and since the scenery, Room facilities, and cleanliness were excellent, we stayed for one night again at the end of the year. In winter, we were grateful for the humidifier. We enjoyed dinner leisurely in the Room. With both meat lovers and fish lovers in the family, we always struggle to satisfy both preferences, but the dinner here left the whole family very satisfied. The portions were also perfect. We were delighted with the welcome drinks of juice, water, and alcohol. At night, we enjoyed a family game tournament using the screen in the Room. It was a wonderful one-night stay. Thank you very much.

    Spacious!

    Spent a graceful time in a spacious Room! The location is excellent! Considering the price, I felt the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. The parking lot is also far and inconvenient. Overall, very satisfied!

    It was very comfortable!

    This was my first time using this service. The weather was perfect, and we had a clear view of Mount Fuji right in front of us, making for an impeccable stay. The interior was sleek, and the layout was well thought out, making it very user-friendly and allowing us to relax. The balcony and windows were spacious, and the air conditioning was fully controllable, ensuring comfort. As it was a trip for two women, I thought it would be helpful to have a space with a mirror for makeup outside of the bathroom. Additionally, a luggage rack to open suitcases would be appreciated. The bathroom was equipped with UKA toiletries and had a jacuzzi. The kitchen area was also well-prepared and easy to use, with very clean utensils. Next time, I would love to buy local ingredients and enjoy breakfast! The staff were friendly, and we had a pleasant stay! Thank you very much!
