    It was the perfect accommodation.

    We stayed as three generations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderfully soothing Room fragrance. The Room had high ceilings, large windows, and was spotless, with lovely interior design throughout—overall, it was an incredibly comfortable stay. For dinner, we added the BBQ grill and had a great evening meal. We bought ingredients at a delicious local butcher shop recommended to us in advance, and enjoyed them together with freshly picked vegetables from the villa’s garden. As a homemaker, having to cook could have been a drawback, but the kitchen was so beautiful that it made cooking genuinely enjoyable. Being able to set off fireworks after the BBQ was also a big hit with the kids. The grandparents were happy too. Because we could relax at our own pace with everything—from meals onward—it felt very welcoming and comfortable. We would love to stay again in a different season.

    Be moved by breathtaking views, a wood-fired sauna, and heartwarming hospitality

    We had an incredibly fulfilling stay. From the interior and exterior design to the furniture, decor, fixtures, amenities, lawn, and open grounds, this was a wonderfully comfortable Facility where you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. The interior is unified in a calm design, with very high ceilings that create an airy sense of openness, allowing us to fully enjoy a special time away from everyday life. The vanity area and bathroom were especially spacious and impressive—made with high-quality materials and kept impeccably clean down to every corner. The amenities also felt thoughtfully chosen; for example, Aesop hand soap was provided at the sink. All essential cookware and appliances were available, so we could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. We even enjoyed handheld fireworks in the garden. The views of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps were also stunning—scenery you could gaze at for hours without noticing time pass. Most memorable of all were the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge bath. The wood-fired sauna was exceptional—enjoying it while feeling the flicker of flames, hearing the crackle of burning logs, and breathing in the scent of wood was truly special. Unlike an electric heater, it had a gentle heat that warmed us slowly from deep within and helped us relax completely. A large amount of sauna stones were thoroughly heated, so we could also enjoy pleasant steam from löyly. It’s an ideal setup that I would highly recommend even to dedicated sauna lovers. They added ice to the cold plunge bath multiple times for us, so we could cool down properly. Paired with the wood-fired sauna, it was perfect—we fully enjoyed every session. In the evening we enjoyed a BBQ, and we really appreciated that the owner prepared everything—from lighting the fire to setting everything up. On top of that, we received a generous gift of fresh vegetables grown by his wife. They were all rare varieties you don’t often see day-to-day, and you could feel careful attention not only in each vegetable but also in their labels and packaging. We tried them right away at our BBQ—especially the eggplant, which was unbelievably tender and delicious. Beyond how wonderful both the Facility itself and its location are, we were truly moved by the owners’ thoughtful hospitality as well. In this extraordinary setting—with beautiful views, a wood-fired sauna experience like no other،and BBQ—we spent a luxurious yet deeply comfortable time here. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.

    The purpose of this ...

    The purpose of this trip was to do what our first-grade son had been wanting to try: catching stag beetles and rhinoceros beetles, water-gun battles, fireworks, and a BBQ. We assumed it would be impossible to do everything, so we chose this place because we were told we could catch stag beetles and enjoy a BBQ. In our later messages, we also learned that water-gun battles and fireworks were allowed. We were able to have a BBQ and set off fireworks in the Room’s garden, and it was a very satisfying trip for the whole family. Just as the owner said they are thorough about cleaning, the Room was very clean and spotless. We also received more vegetables as a gift than we could possibly finish.

    We had a great time.

    We had a wonderful time during our 3-day, 2-night stay. It was our first time trying the barrel sauna, a Weber BBQ, and a campfire, but thanks to your thoughtful support, we were able to enjoy everything safely and comfortably even with a small child. The views from the garden and the Room were beautiful, and the interior was spacious, clean, and very relaxing. The pesticide-free vegetables were also delicious. Next time, we will visit with our whole family.

    In mid-September, our family of six (including two children) stayed here. The Room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us. The high ceilings, carefully selected interior design, and stylish furnishings reflected the owner's attention to detail and made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Although the weather on the first day was unfortunate, it cleared up beautifully on the second day. We were able to enjoy stunning views of both the Southern Alps and Mount Fuji, which harmonized perfectly with the natural surroundings and provided a truly relaxing experience. The vegetables delivered as part of an IKYU special offer were incredibly sweet—unlike anything we had tasted before—and left us deeply impressed. The nearby supermarket recommended by the owner had a great selection of meat that was absolutely delicious; our family thoroughly enjoyed a BBQ together. The Room was impeccably clean, allowing even our crawling child to move around safely—a feature that parents will greatly appreciate! Throughout our stay, the owner’s thoughtful hospitality ensured we had a comfortable time. Our 3-year-old even exclaimed, "I don’t want to leave!" and "We’re coming back every year!"—a testament to how much they loved it here too! We would love to visit again in the future!     It was the best time!

    I stayed for one night starting August 16th. From the moment I entered the entrance, a gentle and pleasant aroma filled the air, and I couldn't help but check what kind of aroma was being used. I liked it so much that I purchased the same one after returning home to enjoy the same scent at my house. The clean and stylish room was spacious and allowed me to relax comfortably. At night, we enjoyed outdoor activities like barbecue, fireworks, and a campfire. These were experiences we don't often get to have, and my sons were thrilled. It was truly refreshing for both body and mind. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The organic vegetables grown by the owner's wife were fresh and incredibly delicious. It was such a wonderful accommodation that I'd love to visit again!

    It was excellent.

    We stayed at the accommodation during the three-day weekend in July. It was spacious enough for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had no inconveniences. Basic seasonings were provided, but if you have specific preferences, we recommend bringing your own. On the way to the accommodation, we found local shops around Yatsugatake selling fresh produce, which made for an enjoyable shopping experience. Additionally, vegetables grown by the owner’s wife were prepared for us in advance; their variety and quality were impressive and more than sufficient for our stay. Although the accommodation is not located at a very high altitude, it is surrounded by trees. Sitting on a chair on the balcony with a cool breeze felt like being in another world compared to city life. We used the sauna as well; it was thoughtful of the host to frequently add ice to keep the cold bath refreshing. The view from the infinity chair—wide sunsets with contrails and starry night skies—was incredibly soothing. Around a firepit on the balcony, we enjoyed listening to stories about Nirasaki from our host, which helped us plan activities for the next day. When leaving, our host took a family photo with Mount Fuji as a backdrop—a wonderful memory! The couple waved goodbye as they saw us off warmly. It was such an enjoyable trip that we hope to visit again!

    Bonfire and BBQ for Adults

    It was a quiet accommodation with a great view located on a small hill. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were well-maintained, allowing us to stay comfortably. Even someone like me, who keeps my home exceptionally clean, could rest soundly until morning without any worries. The vegetables we received were incredibly delicious. We enjoyed a barbecue at night and prepared breakfast to eat outside in the morning. Since we had requested a campfire, we also brought supplies for making s'mores and skewers. We often visit the Yamanashi and Nagano areas, but we've discovered this hidden gem in Nirasaki with excellent access from Tokyo.

    I was soothed by the space harmonized with nature.

    I enjoyed this accommodation so much that I stayed here twice within three months. You can see Mount Fuji right in front of you, and the Alps are visible from the bedroom. Next to the villa, there is a farm where the owner grows vegetables with a commitment to being pesticide-free. The owner kindly delivered some vegetables, and we enjoyed organic produce at the outdoor BBQ space. The sweetness of these vegetables was unlike anything I had ever tasted before—it was truly surprising. The dome sauna had a perfect temperature, offering a completely private space under beautiful starry skies. Additionally, thanks to the owner's recommendation, we visited a nearby supermarket with an excellent selection of seafood and meat, ensuring we never ran out of delicious food during our two-night stay. The owner's thoughtful hospitality made our stay entirely comfortable without any inconvenience. This is an accommodation where you can enjoy every season—spring, summer, autumn, and winter alike. I will definitely visit again!

    A charming hidden retreat

    We stayed at "Mori to Kaze" as a family of four. The accommodation provided a wonderful space that reflected the owner's warm and attentive hospitality, allowing us to enjoy an extraordinary experience and relax in nature.     The owner was very kind and provided detailed information about nearby tourist attractions and supermarkets. We used the BBQ and sauna, and the owner helped us with all the preparations, which was very helpful. Additionally, since the weather was nice, we were able to enjoy a stunning view of Mt. Fuji and Yatsugatake, making our stay extremely comfortable.

    A terrifying experience for 100,000 yen per night.

    Past unpleasant experience. Stayed with family and friends; returned to the Hotel after dinner around 9 PM, and went to bed around 10 PM. Suddenly, my husband screamed—there was a bug crawling in the bedding. Turning on the light and checking inside, we found a centipede over 10 cm long. Everyone was extremely frightened, so we called staff for assistance. By the time they caught the bug, it was nearly midnight, but we couldn’t sleep worrying about more bugs appearing. The next morning at checkout, there were no apologies or compensation from the staff. This is a villa costing 100,000 yen per night; please note that using the sauna may require an additional fee.     We were able to relax and unwind amidst the great outdoors.

    I had the best time in a completely private space with views of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps. Listening to the sounds of nature while enjoying the autumn sauna and relaxing outside was very pleasant. I heard that in spring, you can also enjoy cherry blossoms, peach blossoms, and rapeseed flowers, so I would love to visit in every season, not just spring!

    It was a wonderful villa.

    We stayed for one night with my parents, my spouse, and our grandchild. Although we have traveled to Yamanashi many times, it was our first time in this area. I can't believe such a wonderful place existed here! The location, the view of Mt. Fuji and the mountains, the exterior of the building, the handmade garden, the interior, the specifications, the furnishings... everything was filled with the owner's sense and attention to detail, and we were constantly amazed. It was a wonderful one-night, two-day stay. We were able to hear various stories from the owner, and we are grateful for the various considerations from the owner's family! The lawn and swing around the villa were also lovely, and our grandchild was delighted. There seem to be ways to enjoy each season, so next time we would like to visit in a different season. Multiple Night Stay is recommended!

    The perfect location to be soothed by breathtaking mountain views.

    I was able to stay in a new and clean Room with a very kind and personable owner, and thorough cleaning. The highly recommended jacuzzi bath and the wood deck with a view of Mt. Fuji were also excellent. If I may say, it would have been even better if there was information on the Room layout and a list of kitchen utensils and supplies in advance. Also, I got lost on the way out to the roadway, so I think a sign at the entrance would be helpful. I am very satisfied to have stayed in a villa with a great location surrounded by nature on all sides, yet with good access close to the highway interchange.

    This is our second visit with three generations.

    Following last year, we stayed with three generations. Last year, we used it as accommodation during nearby sightseeing, but this year, without sightseeing, we used this property with the purpose of fully enjoying it. The private sauna allowed us to adjust the temperature by increasing or decreasing the firewood to our liking, so we could enjoy it for a longer time compared to usual saunas. The outdoor cold bath and shower were perfect for the children's water play! They enjoyed it without getting bored even during the adults' sauna time. The handmade fresh vegetables are also one of the pleasures. This year, we received watermelons and pumpkins and brought them back in our suitcase. The garden around the accommodation building is all green, but although there are many grasshoppers and dragonflies flying around, we didn't see any mosquitoes or bees, and perhaps stones and rocks have been removed. We could watch our 1-year-old run around with peace of mind. Thank you for your attention to detail. We would like to use it again next year.

[Facilities] - The interior design is sophisticated yet very calming, offering a wonderful atmosphere. - The high ceilings provide a sense of openness, allowing you to fully enjoy an extraordinary experience. - The washroom and bathroom are very spacious, made of high-quality materials, and impeccably clean, which was fantastic. - The kitchen is also very clean, equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances. - The garden, where you can have a BBQ, is beautifully maintained with trees, ensuring a comfortable experience. - We also enjoyed handheld fireworks in the garden. - The lawn in the plaza is very lush and well-maintained, offering a superb view of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps mountains. [Owner's Thoughtfulness] - The owner informed us about the beautiful sky during the magic hour in the evening, allowing us to witness the best sunset. - On the day of our stay, rain was forecasted, and we were concerned about having a BBQ, but the owner informed us via email that there is a 3-meter eave under which we could BBQ. Fortunately, it didn't rain, and we enjoyed the BBQ. - The owner recommended a supermarket for grocery shopping via email, which we visited on our way from the Nirasaki Interchange. - We opted for the BBQ grill set, and the owner took care of everything, including lighting the fire and setting up, allowing us, as BBQ beginners, to enjoy it comfortably. We had such a great time that our child cried before checkout, not wanting to leave. We heard that there are different ways to enjoy each season, so we would love to visit again.
