  This is my third stay.

  This was my third stay, and as always, the cleanliness and stylish interior made for a very comfortable experience. We stayed for two nights, but on the last day, my entire family didn’t want to leave... It became another wonderful memory this year. The staff's excellent service was greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again next time! P.S. Regarding the bathroom issue I mentioned in a previous review: when taking a shower, water tends to spill onto the bathroom floor due to gaps in the glass door. Perhaps using adhesive strips or rubber seals available at home improvement stores could help prevent leaks? Additionally, the handheld showerhead cannot be fixed properly as it tilts downward on its own. On our second day, we also couldn’t fill up the bathtub; it seemed like an error where it mistakenly detected that it was already full—pressing "auto" would result in music playing after about a minute and then stopping without filling up the tub. I would appreciate if these issues could be addressed. Thank you for your consideration!

It brings us great joy to know that you and your family had a comfortable stay and created wonderful memories here. Your kind words about our staff are truly encouraging and appreciated. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the bathroom facility issues. The issue with the showerhead not being fixed properly has been adjusted. Additionally, regarding water leakage into the dressing area during shower use, we will take your suggestions into account and implement improvements promptly. As for the temporary stoppage of the automatic water heating function, it was set to temporarily stop after starting to fill up in order to clean the pipes before resuming filling again shortly after. However, as this could understandably be mistaken as a malfunction, we have disabled this feature based on your feedback—thank you very much for pointing it out. We will continue striving to improve all aspects of cleaning, facility management, and service so that our facility remains one you would choose time and time again in the future.
