    Because the property...

    Because the property is deep in the mountains and wasn’t recognized by our car navigation system, we used our phone’s map partway through. There was only one small sign, so we missed it and ended up at a dead-end summit. We managed to make a U-turn and finally found the sign. When we arrived, the building was there but no one was around, and we weren’t sure what to do (including where to park). My phone signal was also weak, so I called anyway. It went to voicemail and asked for my name and reason for calling, which I left. They called back right away, but it seemed they hadn’t received the voicemail message—they said they were returning a missed call. They said someone would come over, and it seems they arrived while we were on the phone. We received a brief check-in procedure and explanation. We had emailed in advance with questions about the wood-fired bath and campfire, but I had to ask again on site to get an explanation, so it didn’t seem connected to our email correspondence. There was also no explanation about the Diamond benefit minibar credit. When I asked later, I was told it could be used; however, there were no food items like those listed. Since it could also be used for the campfire fee, we applied it toward that. The Facility is more than sufficient overall. The main building is like a small house with everything you need and is very comfortable. The amenities are also well prepared. There were insect spray products as well—repellent for skin and even mosquito coils (I don’t like bugs much, but it wasn’t as concerning as I expected). We brought our own ingredients for BBQ; the grill was excellent and we really enjoyed it. If you ask about the listed seasonings/condiments, they will bring them to you. The wood-fired bath was wonderful—so relaxing in nature. We didn’t use the tent next to the bath this time because we were told it might get hot. I had seen on social media that people roast marshmallows over the campfire area, but there was a door that couldn’t be opened. It might have been possible if we had asked. During our stay communication was via LINE, and Wi-Fi is available. At checkout staff came by for an inspection before settling payment. Since this trip also included celebrating my companion’s birthday, I wish there had been an option such as keeping prices hidden when explaining charges.
