    The scenery and service are truly satisfying!

    We stayed as a family, and the room was spacious, stylish, and very clean, just like in the photos. From the second-floor living room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of Hakuba's expansive scenery, offering an incredible sense of openness. The staff were extremely friendly from check-in and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, they replaced our towels and promptly responded to our calls, which was very helpful. Amenities such as insect repellent spray and baby guards were well-prepared, making it safe and convenient for families with children. The recommended restaurants and spots were all fantastic, making this a truly satisfying stay. We would love to visit again!

    I will never stay here again.

    First of all, the photos on IKYU.com make it look like a private villa, but it's actually just one building divided into two units, so you can hear all the noise from next door. On top of that, during our stay, we ended up with a university student group who partied loudly until 4:00 AM, leaving us unable to sleep. We couldn't get in touch with the front desk or management company either. Despite this, they made sure to charge us fully for the stay. I will never stay here again. Since Jade Group operates multiple accommodations nearby, I personally plan to only stay at LULU in the future. **Pros:** - None **Cons:** - Thin walls; you can even hear footsteps from next door - Gas smell when heating bath water

    The meals were disappointing.

    The facility was great, and the staff were courteous. However, the breakfast was served in individual tiered boxes, and one tier for one person had a spoiled smell, making it inedible. Overall, I felt that focusing more on quality rather than quantity would be better. I had high expectations since the reviews on this site were good when I made the reservation, so it was disappointing.

    Family getaway + one dog

    A trip with 6 family members and one dog. Seeking a place to play and stay cool, we chose Hakuba. The accommodation was in a villa style, featuring three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms were equipped with en-suite shower rooms, sinks, and toilets. Additionally, there was a bath that could fit 2-3 people and seemed to be available 24/7. One bedroom had bunk beds accommodating up to four people, ensuring privacy even for larger groups. The dining area was spacious enough for everyone to gather for meals or casual conversations comfortably. Breakfast was included in our stay; however, the menu remained the same for both days and the portions were more than enough to finish. For future stays, purchasing breakfast ingredients from a supermarket is recommended. Dinner options were convenient as it was within walking distance to the main street where restaurants are located. The kitchenware such as dishes, pots, and pans were well-equipped so cooking inside is also an option if desired. We would love to stay here again!

    Be more welcoming to Japanese guests.

    The Facility was wonderful, but not user-friendly. The kitchen heater was particularly problematic. There were few utensils and equipment, making it inconvenient. There were no dishcloths, only cheap tissues provided. I couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine, which made things very inconvenient. Perhaps this Facility is designed for foreigners? However, if you are accommodating Japanese guests as well, please make efforts to ensure a comfortable stay for them. I paid a considerable amount of money and was quite disappointed.

    Hakuba in autumn is the best.

    There were concerns about the weather, but fortunately, it was sunny, making for a pleasant stay. The place was clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied. The only disappointment was that I hoped the kitchenware (plates, cooking utensils) could be improved. The staff respected our privacy while providing prompt responses via chat, which was just right. I would like to visit again.
