    A villa with a great view and a cozy atmosphere.

    Used for a New Year's trip to Kyoto. Conveniently located near Kiyomizu-dera with parking available. The view is amazing. The entire floor on the first level (even the kitchen!) is equipped with underfloor heating, making it very warm wherever you are. From the large windows, you can see the mountains towards Kiyomizu-dera, and at night, the illuminated trees from the balcony area were very beautiful. The bath can be enjoyed with the windows fully open both at night and in the morning, giving an open-air feeling. Overall, it was a very good property.

    This is my third time using it.

    I used it for the first time in about two years. Since it was mid-December, I had given up on the autumn leaves, but they were still slightly red, which was lucky. As always, I am soothed by the calm and high-quality interior and the view from the window. The stone bath is also excellent. Unlike a Hotel, I like that I can relax without worrying about anyone. It feels like a vacation home. On the first day, we ordered delicious local pizza via Uber and had a fun time with the family. I would like to use it again when visiting Kyoto.

    I look forward to vi...

    I look forward to visiting here every year. I find it soothing to spend an entire day leisurely gazing at the forest. I love the bamboo crafts on the ceiling and the scent of wood in the room.
