    It was a wonderful accommodation!

    Our family of four stayed for one night. On the first day we went to Fuji-Q Highland, and on the second day we toured around Lake Kawaguchi. From the welcome drink to kid-friendly services, the hospitality was wonderful. The kids were especially happy with the fireworks they received. In central Tokyo, there are only limited places where you can set off fireworks... The Room was clean and well maintained, and the Facility offerings were excellent. There were also amenities and equipment not listed on the website (bottled water, Ramune soda, coffee and tea, a hair iron, bathrobes, a ride to the station the next morning, and rental bicycles), so you won’t have any trouble as long as you bring only your basic personal items. Having breakfast delivered was also quietly appreciated. If we had to go to a dining area or pick it up somewhere, we would have needed to get ready—but it was easy to just receive it right after waking up.

    Is it getting quite run-down?

    When the exhaust fan is turned on, it runs while making a noise as if it were broken. There is pepper provided in the Room, but even though it looks full at first glance, it was empty inside. The floor also looked like a stone-like surface, as if the flooring material had been forgotten. Since there are no other options in this area, I will use it again.

    It was a very clean ...

    It was a very clean and lovely cottage with a great sense of privacy, and my family also loved it—we were very satisfied. We rented the BBQ Facility and brought our own ingredients. The breakfast sandwiches were tasty, but the portion might be a little small for men. Recommended for friends or couples as well! We will definitely return.

    Serenity

    The building is new and clean. It’s spacious and offers plenty of options. The second floor was even better. On clear days, you can probably enjoy a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from the rooftop terrace, though it was cloudy this time, which was unfortunate. Staying for about a month during summer would be ideal. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator that includes a freezer, as well as a microwave oven. There seems to be long-term pricing available, so I’ll consider it for next summer!

    A front desk that does not caution foreign guests.

    The room's facilities were excellent. Perhaps they are still new? Everything inside was very clean. The amenities were thoughtfully arranged, making them pleasant to use. You can access the rooftop, and the view is amazing! Staying here with a group and having a BBQ would create unforgettable memories. However, the parking situation put a damper on our trip memories. Some rooms do not have parking spaces, so you need to park elsewhere. The road in front of the room is narrow and cannot accommodate two cars passing each other. While we were advised not to park in front of the room for long during check-in, some foreign tourists ignored this rule, causing inconvenience. Asking them to move their cars didn’t work as they wouldn’t listen. We requested assistance from the front desk but received no help. To avoid conflicts among guests, proper explanations and warnings should be given to foreign visitors as well. With many international tourists coming due to inbound tourism efforts that increase revenue for you, proper measures should be implemented accordingly. Would I consider staying again? Maybe—but probably not because dealing with such stress caused by other guests isn’t worth it for me anymore.

    It was supposed to be a special family trip, but...

    It seems we were accommodated in a building that was not yet completed. The photos on the website showing dining on the terrace looked beautiful, but in reality, tables were placed on straw mats, surrounded by a construction site with containers labeled "waste," creating an unpleasant exterior. From around 7 AM, construction workers entered the terrace without notice, moved tables as they pleased, smoked cigarettes, and began handling waste disposal. Having breakfast on the terrace was out of the question. While it appears they are expanding their facilities, there seemed to be a shortage of staff. Check-in took a long time with significant delays. Perks like fireworks and drinks were not provided unless specifically requested. Some families were told their rooms weren’t cleaned even after 3 PM. Despite calling ahead to request towels for children, none were provided during our two-night stay. Dinner was delicious; however, some essential seasonings were missing and menus were only available in English—leading to several disappointing moments throughout our stay.

    Service Issues

    This was my third stay. I was satisfied with the facility and amenities, so I stayed for two nights. However, some amenities that were available a few days ago were no longer provided, and I had to go to a convenience store to buy items like lotion. I requested cleaning, towel replacement, and additional tea for the second night, but these were not done initially and were brought later. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so I couldn't see Mt. Fuji, making it hard to call this a good trip! Very disappointing.

    Satisfied.

    This was my first time staying here. I was satisfied with both the meals and the Onsen. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    What a waste despite the great location.

    During the summer holiday, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and we had to wait a long time for assistance after arriving by car. The balcony umbrella fell over during the night due to slightly strong winds, even though it was folded and not in use. It was very heavy, and it could have been dangerous if it had fallen on a child. The screen provided was torn. Construction materials were left on pathways within the premises. The gardens around each building were overgrown with weeds, suggesting a lack of regular maintenance. It also seems like umbrellas are not routinely checked for functionality beforehand. When delivering breakfast, staff knocked loudly instead of using the intercom, which startled us. Many staff members were non-Japanese, possibly indicating a shortage of personnel. I don’t think I would visit again.

    Had a great time!

    The meals were delicious, the room was clean, and the kitchen utensils were sufficient. The Wi-Fi in the accommodation building we stayed at did not connect for some reason. Although we borrowed a portable Wi-Fi device from reception, it also didn’t work initially but finally functioned properly on the second attempt. There were baths on both the first and second floors, but when we tried to fill them at around the same time, an error occurred and hot water stopped coming out. The gas company staff and reception staff came promptly to assist us and mentioned that unusual gas usage had been detected, which surprised us. It seems better to stagger bath times. The staff members were kind, and the barbecue was delicious with plenty of food provided. The theater room seemed enjoyable for children as well.

    The villa was spacio...

    The villa was spacious and clean! The BBQ meat was incredibly delicious. Since we visited in the summer, be mindful of insects during evening BBQs!

    The location offers ...

    The location offers a stunning view of Mount Fuji, and the entire facility is clean and provides a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. The warm hospitality of the staff was truly touching. Their attentive care ensured a comfortable stay, allowing me to forget daily fatigue and fully refresh both body and mind.

    Second stay

    The room was very spacious and the food was delicious during my previous stay, so I decided to book again. The front desk staff were kind, and when I requested ice, they promptly brought it to the room. I would love to stay here again.

    We had a great time.

    I visited for a solo activity. All the staff were kind and made me feel at ease. Although it was cold, I was blessed with clear skies and enjoyed drinking the wine prepared for me while having a rooftop BBQ, slowly gazing at the shining Mt. Fuji at sunset. The room was thoroughly cleaned, allowing me to spend my time very comfortably. The breakfast sandwich and salad were extremely delicious and impressive. Grinding coffee beans with a mill and drinking it was also enjoyable. However, it was slightly disappointing to find what seemed like leftover food from previous guests under the rooftop sofa, and I noticed that the refrigerator noise was quite loud during the night. Nevertheless, even considering these points, I had an overwhelmingly good time. Next time, I would like to visit with friends.

    Only adult towels are provided. I believe bath towels should be provided for the number of children from the beginning.

    I went there for his birthday.

    I stayed for his birthday. I had informed them in advance about the birthday via email, and although I was disappointed that the cake required an additional charge and could only be ordered as a whole, I had given up on the cake. However, there were macarons and a birthday message card in the refrigerator, which made him happy. The room was neither too big nor too small and was well-equipped. By chance, fireworks from Fuji-Q Highland were visible from the third floor, which was nice. The wine provided as part of the service was delicious, and the meal portions were just right. Also, I was worried about what kind of parking would be available but it turned out to be conveniently located right next to the property. There are also several supermarkets near the property which made shopping convenient. We talked about wanting to come back soon with him again; it was such a good property.

    If you just need a place to sleep....

    I stayed for one night. I had called in advance to discuss checking in after the designated time, and was told it would be fine. However, when I reconfirmed on the day of arrival, I was told, "It seems there is a misunderstanding among the staff... we can't accommodate that." Although they eventually accommodated my request while saying it wasn't really allowed, which I appreciated given my circumstances, it was a bit disappointing to be met with such a response upon arrival. Additionally, when I entered the bathroom intending to take a bath in the room, there was black mold growing densely along the edges of the door and floor. There was also dust on the edges of the stairs, which made me feel uneasy about Room cleanliness. Of course, there were some pleasant staff members as well; however, considering that I'm paying a considerable amount of money for this stay at Property (Stays), I would expect at least basic cleaning and service standards to be maintained.

    It was an enjoyable family trip.

    The selection of drinks in the refrigerator, including red and white wine and cider, as well as the amenities, were excellent. However, there was insufficient lighting for the barbecue in the garden. Even though we requested an additional lantern, I didn't notice a step and ended up falling and injuring myself. That was unfortunate, but other than that, I am satisfied! Thank you very much.

    The room is lovely, but the bed is hard...

    We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed a BBQ while gazing at Mt. Fuji from the rooftop, relaxed in the bath, and enjoyed music on the large screen on the second floor. However, the bed was quite hard... After staying for two days, my back hurt and I felt stiff when I woke up in the morning... Also, mold in the bathroom was noticeable. If these two points are addressed, it would be even better!

    Recommended for families with children.

    The weather was bad, so we couldn't see Mt. Fuji, but the rooftop barbecue was well-stocked with ingredients and drinks in the refrigerator. We had a 3-night plan with dinner and breakfast included, but on the third night, we decided to go to a night safari and discussed having no dinner. There were no alternative proposals like changing it to lunch as often suggested by other hotels, so it ended up being forfeited. I thought that rather than causing food waste, it might be better not to prepare ingredients from the start if they are going to be forfeited. Considering there might also be ordering issues for ingredients, I later thought that if we had consulted in advance at the time of reservation, there might have been options other than forfeiture. The amenities and tableware are well-equipped. The breakfast sandwiches were available for children as well and were very delicious. It would have been nice if these could have been provided as lunch instead of dinner as an alternative option—just my personal opinion! The hairdryer was oddly shaped and difficult to use. I found it rare that there was a hair iron available; I tried using it but didn't find much effect from the iron itself. The room was very cleanly maintained, and we made full use of the theater room on the second floor. For staying with children, this is an excellent property (Stays). We considered another property (Stays) after spending two days at Thomas Land in Fuji-Q Highland and planning to visit Fuji Safari Park on the third day; however, all staff members were very pleasant which made us glad we chose this place again next time too!     With Fuji-Q Highland Free Pass

    The theater on the second floor and the rooftop sofa lighting are exciting! If the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the weather was bad and we couldn't see Mount Fuji, but it was a Hotel that felt like a one-night stay wasn't enough. Next time, I would like to stay for about two nights. Thank you very much.
