    We had an exceptional stay.

    Spending time surrounded by uncompromising, carefully curated interiors and decor was truly exceptional. On this trip, everyone was a beer lover, so we worried we might run out—but that concern was unnecessary. The taste was outstanding as well. Also, it’s rare to find an Accommodation where four dogs can stay like ours, so in that sense too it’s a very valuable Accommodation. As expected, there were a lot of insects in summer, so next time we’ll stay outside the summer season. We brought every kind of strong insect repellent in advance, including hangable repellents for the balcony, but in the end the mosquito coils provided as Facility amenities worked best. Since I really can’t handle insects, this was a huge help. Thank you very much.

    For art and interior design lovers

    We stayed with multiple families, and it never felt cramped. We were able to relax and enjoy the lovely space exactly as shown in the photos. The outdoor bath was too cold for us to use, so we’d love to visit again in a different season. What stood out most was how cheerful and pleasant all of the staff were—both in our messages beforehand and when we met in person.

    Everyone was very satisfied.

    The property was very clean, and each Facility felt thoughtfully selected and well equipped. This was my second stay, and with even more Facilities than before, I’d love to stay again.

    I went expecting an ...

    I went expecting an all-inclusive stay, but the sauna came with an unexpected extra fee. I paid for it, but the wood-fired sauna never really got warm, and despite being outdoors there was no lighting—very disappointing. The meals looked like they tried hard presentation-wise, but I can’t honestly say they were tasty. Overall, it wasn’t a very good experience.

    A Wonderful Private Space

    This was my first time staying here. Every year, we stay at a Ryokan to celebrate the New Year, but this year we had a longer holiday, so we decided to stay one night each at a Ryokan and Hotel, followed by two nights in a private villa. In one word: it was perfect. The villa was so amazing that I even asked my husband to build us the same kind of house! When we arrived, I noticed other villas nearby and worried about privacy, but once inside, it felt like our own private space. It was such an enjoyable place where our family of five could share quality time together or do our own things over the two days. I thought staying in a villa might not give us the traditional New Year's atmosphere like at a Ryokan, but there were New Year decorations at the entrance and beautiful seasonal flowers arranged indoors. We even watched the "Kohaku Uta Gassen" on the large projector screen! We stayed under their vacation plan which included ingredients and meals. Honestly, I didn’t expect much from it initially—but every dish exceeded expectations with its authentic taste; we were truly impressed while enjoying them! For anything extra we needed during our stay, there was a supermarket open until 11 PM nearby where we could easily shop for additional items. The villa also had pellet stoves indoors and two outdoor patio heaters with vinyl curtains around them—so despite being wintertime—we enjoyed BBQs on the terrace for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything necessary for comfort seemed thoughtfully provided; you can tell they’ve put great effort into ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience here. There were even two Goemon baths that allowed us to enjoy multiple relaxing baths as parent-and-child pairs—it added so much fun! We stayed with our three children (two university students & one high schooler), who mentioned how great it would be if they could come back with friends someday since up to eight people can stay here comfortably—it’s definitely ideal for groups too! On departure day before leaving homeward bound—we purchased matching hoodies (which served as casual yukata alternatives during this trip) as souvenirs from their collection. Thank you very much for giving us such wonderful family memories over these past two days! Knowing there are other villas within this series nearby makes me look forward eagerly toward returning again soon someday!

    With Your Dog

    This was our first time staying here, and we were amazed by how wonderful this house was in so many ways!! Right from the entrance, there was a spacious yard with a tarp, hammocks, an area for campfires nearby, and two outdoor baths with a rustic charm. It felt like one night wasn’t enough to enjoy it all. There was also a dog run where our dog happily ran around on the frosty grass. The space was perfect for small to medium-sized dogs like ours and connected to the barbecue area, so we could let them play safely. Since we had kids with us this time, we didn’t use the sauna Facility, but I can imagine it must be amazing as well. Upon arrival, someone who seemed to be the owner kindly explained all the Facilities in detail, which made us feel at ease. Inside felt like a luxury Hotel with an extraordinary atmosphere that got our kids super excited. Everything seemed carefully selected—from cutlery to amenities—and there wasn’t anything lacking at all. The beds were very comfortable; we slept soundly through the night. We talked as a family about how we wished we could have stayed for two more nights! We’d love to come back during another season next time. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space and experience!!

    The perfect experience to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

    A couple in their 30s, a 1-year-old child, and a 3-year-old small dog stayed here. We usually stay at hotels in the city, but this was our first time reserving a place like this. It was an amazing experience to enjoy the rich nature with autumn leaves and views of Mt. Fuji. My wife was excited to cook using tools like a Dutch oven for the first time, and we thoroughly enjoyed the campfire and outdoor bath. For breakfast, there were salads and fruits provided, but the portions were modest. It might be fun to buy additional items from a nearby supermarket to enhance your meal (everything else was highly satisfying). The space was quite large, so it would also be enjoyable with two more people or even as part of a larger group!

    We stayed with our family of four and our dog. From the moment we arrived, it was spacious, amazing, and stylish! The kids were thrilled. We've stayed at several accommodations that allow dogs, but this one is by far the best! The stylish interior lifted our spirits! We enjoyed playing badminton, having a campfire, and an amazing dinner on the barbecue grill! Relaxing in the outdoor bath while admiring the autumn leaves was pure bliss. The staff were incredibly kind, and we've never experienced such a comfortable accommodation before! Our family was completely satisfied and said we definitely want to come back again! Thank you very much.

    Better than a five-star Hotel in Tokyo

    This stay was filled with elements of a perfect retreat trip. The space was more than enough for a couple and a toy poodle, allowing us to relax at our own pace. Outside the building, there was a private outdoor relaxation area with a fire pit. We added the optional sauna, which became an essential part of our experience. The sauna was MORTH's tent sauna, taking about 10–15 minutes to heat up to 100°C. Inside were two benches that could comfortably accommodate up to four people. The sauna stove by INTENT allowed us to enjoy a wood-fired experience, complete with iki’s onigiri stones for löyly (steam). The aroma used in the sauna had an original scent inspired by Lake Kawaguchi. Outside, there were both hot and cold baths—Goemon-style hot tubs where you could add water as needed for each session—and plunging into the cold bath after heating up felt heavenly! Right next to it were Coleman infinity chairs that provided ultimate comfort. You can bring out the gowns and towels from your room; all you need is swimwear and preferably a sauna hat (highly recommended if doing löyly due to intense heat). For dinner, we opted for BBQ since it seemed like the perfect choice here. Everything—from Koshu wine beef and chicken wings to herb sausages—was top quality! Inclusive gin from Nozawa Onsen paired perfectly when squeezed generously with lime—it was so good we even made reels about it! We enjoyed cooking on the large terrace grill with its powerful flames. The room layout included dining space and projector on the first floor while upstairs had two rooms plus restrooms; one room featured four beds arranged neatly together. I loved their hoodie so much—it looked adorable and felt incredibly comfortable—but unfortunately, it was sold out when I tried purchasing one (many amenities are available at nearby norm.store via PayPay). Even their music selection (Spotify) throughout the facility impressed me—I followed their playlist immediately! In the morning, we woke early for a lakeside walk; bicycles were also freely available for use during our stay. Breakfast included fresh local ingredients such as salads, fruits, bread, yogurt along with freshly squeezed juice—all enjoyed alongside hand-ground coffee in their garden setting. Although it was just one night’s stay—we thoroughly enjoyed every moment! Perhaps September's seasonality added charm too? The staff members were exceptionally kind—we’ll definitely return again soon!

    We stayed as a three-generation family.

    The outdoor facilities were well-equipped, and it felt like staying in a private villa. Not only were there barbecue facilities, but also seasonings and other essentials provided, so although we had prepared to some extent, it seems we can come more casually next time. The only slight disappointment was that live terrestrial TV programs could not be watched.

    I booked this hotel ...

    I booked this hotel because it allows accommodation with dogs. There is a beautiful grassy dog run connected to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy BBQ, allowing the dogs to play freely even during meals, which was great. Inside the room, there was a heavy and large expandable fence that was very useful for our medium-sized dog. At night, we set it up near the stairs to prevent our dog from going upstairs. However, there was an outlet located just above the amenities in the first-floor washroom, making it slightly inconvenient when using a hairdryer as its cord would touch other items. There were some flies on the first floor, possibly because windows are opened during cleaning. We used insecticide available on the terrace to handle this issue and rated our satisfaction as 4 stars. On a positive note, the industrial refrigerator was very convenient to use, and we thoroughly enjoyed dining on delicious Koshu beef. We look forward to staying here again!

    Pet-friendly and charming stay

    We stayed with 5 adults and 2 small dogs. The Facility is specialized for outdoor activities, featuring a sauna (optional) and two barrel baths outside. The spacious dog run area was a big hit! The open kitchen living room and the upper floor with 8 single beds provided plenty of space for us to enjoy. With a well-equipped BBQ set, cooking utensils, and seasonings, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much!

    We stayed with our 0-year-old child. It was great that they provided kid-friendly items such as a high chair and baby crib. The facility was clean and stylish, and everyone was very satisfied with the stay! We would love to visit again when our child grows older.

    It is great for fami...

    It is great for families or groups traveling with dogs. The spacious grounds allowed both children and dogs to happily run around. We enjoyed activities like campfires, barbecues, and fireworks, and were able to relax and take it easy without needing to go out, as the premises were more than satisfying. The barbecue steak was delicious, and the large refrigerator was able to accommodate all the groceries we bought. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days this time, but we would like to stay longer next time. Thank you very much. Overall, we were very satisfied, but there are a few things we thought could be improved, so we will note them here. ■ It would be even better if there was a bathtub. ■ T-shirts are provided, but it would be nice to have bottoms as well. ■ It would be nice if sandals that can be worn on the grass area were provided.
