    Sounds good.

    Excellent. The staff were very attentive, and the all-inclusive package was great. The Italian food was delicious, and the bar-time pizza was even better than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied. However, it was very disappointing that we couldn’t use some activities and weren’t allowed to use them in a positive way, so I’ve deducted a few stars for that.

    Your First Dome Tent Experience

    I booked and stayed here for the first time because I wanted to try glamping in a dome tent. The twin-dome tent was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of distance from neighboring tents. The windows were thoughtfully designed to avoid direct sightlines. The nature in Iizuna Highlands is stunning, and I felt it was well worth the four-hour trip from Tokyo. This is a wonderful Accommodation that makes you want to come back. Highlights: 1. The site is on a former golf course, and the lawn is very comfortable. You can even play soccer without bothering anyone. 2. Meals featuring carefully selected vegetables, and the bread is delicious too. 3. Enjoy a campfire and roasted marshmallows. 4. E-bike rental is included, and the bikes are MTBs. 5. The wood-fired pizza during bar time is authentic. One thing to note: there are no toilets or water facilities inside the tents, so you need to use the lounge building. It may be a bit challenging on rainy or snowy days. It would be even more comfortable if there were an additional sink for brushing teeth or extra portable toilets nearby.

    Departure Glamping

    I was worried about what staying in a tent would be like, but it was comfortable with effective air conditioning. The space was large and the interior was stylish, so we had a great time. The Italian course at the restaurant was also very delicious. One unexpected point was that the lounge isn’t very well stocked—during bar time from 8:00 PM they only put out a small selection. Tea is limited to black tea and two kinds of herbal tea in the lounge, and just a little green tea in the Room. Coffee options are plentiful. Since it’s all-inclusive, I didn’t bring anything, but to better enjoy your Room I recommend bringing a bottle to fill with water for the kettle, some tea bags, and snacks. Also, the Onsen ticket can only be used once.

    This was our second stay with children.

    This was our second stay. In July, it was hot outside during the day, so we could only play in the morning and evening. This time in October, it was almost a bit chilly. We brought down jackets, so we were able to enjoy ourselves. We enjoyed the campfire and visiting the park at the neighboring Facility. The scenery is very beautiful. The meals are delicious, so adults feel especially satisfied. Since it’s all-inclusive, we always enjoyed alcohol and juice for the kids, and at night we could eat pizza, popcorn, and roasted marshmallows while watching the campfire and have drinks—both adults and children could enjoy it together. Most of all, our child liked it so much that they cried when it was time to leave, so we plan to visit again. The staff are always kind and provide wonderful service. I saw some Reviews from people who mistook this place for a luxury city Hotel and complained about the service, but this is glamping in a highland setting. Five stars. Everyone is very pleasant, and you can really feel that they want guests to have a great time. Thank you as always.

    All-inclusive, but subject to availability.

    This was our second visit as we had a great time last time. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't favorable this time, so we couldn't fully enjoy the all-inclusive experience. However, that's just luck and can't be helped. The staff provided excellent service and kindly assisted us with our mistakes, making the service impeccable. That said, not having a restroom on-site was inconvenient, even though we were aware of it beforehand. Still, we'd love to visit again in a different season if given the chance!

    The whole family is completely satisfied!

    We stayed here the day before my daughter's birthday. The service, meals, and facility were all exceptional. The staff maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. The freshness of the vegetables was outstanding, truly living up to their reputation. Every dish, not just the vegetables, was beautifully presented and delicious. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and even though we were full from dinner, the pizza at night was so good that we ended up eating three slices because of its amazing crust! Both the facility and tents were clean and comfortable, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. Thanks to the clear weather, we enjoyed a sky full of stars at night and participated in activities in the morning as well. Although it’s quite far from Hyogo Prefecture, my family agreed that it’s worth coming back again someday! Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories!

    A Wonderful Moment

    The meals were absolutely delicious.

    I had been interested in this accommodation since it opened, and finally stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Despite having allergies, the staff accommodated us kindly. Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious, leaving a lasting impression. Even my husband, who usually dislikes mushrooms and never eats them, said the mushroom pasta was amazing and finished it completely. I definitely want to come back to enjoy the food again. It was a rainy day in autumn, so I was worried about being cold, but the room was warm with a comfortable bed. Due to the nature of glamping, I understand it's unavoidable, but going outside in the cold to use the restroom was a bit tough. Although it was all-inclusive, we didn’t make much use of it as we had to go outside to bring things in. However, the lounge was well-equipped and enjoyable. Personally, I think autumn is the best time to stay here—winter seems too cold and spring/summer might have bugs around!

    The van at the entrance is obstructive, and the lounge smells of kerosene.

    A HiAce was constantly parked in front of the entrance and was not moved even during check-in, which was inconvenient. There were only three groups of guests, so frequent shuttle service seems unlikely. The lounge smelled strongly of kerosene, causing throat irritation. Although the window was opened upon request for ventilation, the kerosene smell returned quickly.
