  The management keeps sending persistent emails.

  ~ Important Notice and Request ~ Thank you for making a Reservation at our Facility. Due to noise caused by a small number of guests with poor manners, we have received complaints from nearby residents, and there have been repeated incidents requiring police response. Regardless of the time of day, any noise that disturbs our neighbors is strictly prohibited. To help ensure everyone has a relaxing stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following: --- We keep receiving emails like this repeatedly, even though it’s clear after reading once. There’s no need to keep repeating things like time charges if checkout time is exceeded. For a service that’s no different from Airbnb, you give too many advance warnings; if it’s such a concern, just add more terms to the agreement and charge afterward. You also come by frequently during the stay, which makes guests uncomfortable.
