  Thank you for the wonderful and happy time. We recently stayed here for a family trip. As it has become rare for us to gather as a family since everyone is now working, this trip was very special. Thanks to the attentive service, well-equipped facilities, and the cozy, home-like atmosphere, we were able to spend a truly happy time together. For meals, we arranged both BBQ and a private chef service, and both exceeded our expectations with their excellent service and delicious food. The location is also great, within walking distance to the center of Old Karuizawa, allowing us to enjoy morning and evening strolls. We would love to stay here again someday.

  A space to enjoy a fulfilling time

  We finally managed to complete the reservation we had been looking forward to and visited for the first time as a family of three. The location is excellent, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping spots nearby, while also offering lush greenery and tranquility, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time away from daily life. We especially enjoyed being able to have a BBQ in the garden or under the eaves. The space reflects the owner's sense of aesthetics and hospitality, making it incredibly comfortable and wonderful. We will visit again!
