  What a waste.

  The door lock was not working properly, and it would not open even after entering the PIN many times, so we called and had it Cleared. In the Room, there were about three holes in the wall, as if someone had punched it. The caps on top of the bathroom faucet handles were broken on both the hot and cold sides.

  There was a snow for...

  There was a snow forecast, but I needed to go to work, so I used this place near my workplace. Since it was listed on IKYU, I imagined it to be a Business Hotel, but it had more of a residence feel and was primarily self-service. During a Multiple Night Stay, there was no cleaning service, and while sheets and towels were replenished, they were simply placed in a basket in the outdoor corridor, and I had to replace them myself. In that case, I felt it would have been better not to replenish the sheets at all. Additionally, in weather with strong winds and snow, having sheets and other items left exposed in a basket in the outdoor corridor felt unhygienic. It would have been better if they were covered with plastic or something similar. Regarding the guest room, when I entered, there were sticky stains on the table, and I wondered why they chose a glass table that shows dirt so clearly. Do they not clean after check-out? While there was dishwashing detergent, there was no detergent for the bathroom or toilet. I couldn't bear to use the bathroom without cleaning it, so I bought detergent myself. I am aware that I am particular about cleanliness, but if you use this place thinking it’s a Business Hotel, you might be surprised. If your sense of hygiene aligns with this, it might be a good choice for you.
