    Overall, I’m satisfied.

    It was a simple, lovely, spacious Room. My child was very happy as well. Just one thing: the walls were thin, and the guests in the next Room were noisy until late at night, so we couldn’t sleep. I suppose that may be a downside of being able to accommodate many people. We would appreciate it if you could consider some soundproofing measures. Overall, our stay was excellent, and the staff were very considerate, so we would like to stay again.

    Maximum comfort

    You can reach the front desk via an underground passage from the station, so it was comfortable even in the rain. If you ask, they will store your luggage before and after your stay, so you can enjoy your time hands-free. The Room is designed to feel spacious and doesn’t feel like it’s right in front of the station. Next time, I’ll book a Multiple Night Stay.

    We stayed overnight ...

    We stayed overnight at the Esaki Building and had a fun experience. We are a family of four with two teenagers; the room had two semi-double beds, two extra futon sets, and a living area on the ground floor. The building has 2.5 levels, a microwave, and two full bathrooms. Check-in was easy, and they kept our luggage at reception after check-out so we could go sightseeing before our evening Shinkansen trip home. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom around Sunpu Castle. Thank you for your hospitality—we had a lovely stay in Shizuoka.

    It was amazing!

    We used the Room for our fan activities. The Room we stayed in was about the size of a studio, but because the building is long and narrow, we had the entire floor to ourselves, so we felt safe talking late at night while using the projector. The Room was also very clean and stylish! Also, as long as it wasn’t late at night, it’s directly connected underground from Shizuoka Station. The location is right in the middle of Shizuoka Station’s downtown area, so we could hop between bars and izakayas and enjoy great food. Of course, we also enjoyed buying drinks or takeout near the station and having a casual “at-home” drink in the Room’s kitchen. We even talked with friends who live far away about coming to Shizuoka for fan activities again and staying at this Hotel. Thank you very much!

    Stay like living

    It exceeded my expectations. The idea of renovating a building is fascinating, and the design is stylish in every detail, making the space very comfortable. With a mini kitchen available, it offers an extraordinary experience of staying as if living in a chic Room. I was also pleased with the convenient access from the station. On the other hand, the water pressure in the shower was slightly weak, which was a bit disappointing. Since it’s originally a building, I understand that water facilities might not have been prioritized during construction. However, because everything else was excellent, it stood out to me more. Still, I can confidently recommend this Hotel!

    Perfect location for sightseeing

    I had the opportunity to stay at the accommodation that was previously featured on TV. It is conveniently located within walking distance of both the station and Sunpu Castle, right in the heart of a bustling area, making it very convenient for anything you want to do. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I would like to request clearer instructions on how to use the TV, as I couldn't figure it out even after checking the room guide. I will likely use this accommodation again when visiting Shizuoka. Thank you!

    It exceeded my expectations.

    The concept was intriguing, so I made a Reservation, though I had some concerns about the new system. In the end, the check-in process was handled politely, and the Room's interior exceeded my expectations. Check-out was completed with just one phone call. Located in the city center, dining options were plentiful. Everyone can enjoy drinks here. Security felt reliable as well. It's a concept that I hope expands to other cities!

    Had a great time!

    This was my first time staying here. Staying in the middle of the city felt refreshing. I was surprised that the door opened directly into the living room, but it wasn’t as noisy as I expected, and the bedroom on the second floor was very quiet. I didn’t know Shizuoka had so many stylish cafes and bars! There were plenty of shops just by walking around a little in the area. Exploring an unfamiliar city is so much fun. The downside of the Room was that the bathroom was too stylish, making it a bit difficult to use. Although we didn’t use it this time, I thought having a shower booth on the second floor as well is a great idea. The spacious area, comfortable bed, and cozy sofa in the living room were all wonderful. The staff were also very kind. Our family of three plus one dog had an enjoyable stay here! Thank you very much! We’d love to stay again!

    Perfect for families! A stay that combines design and comfort.

    I was very satisfied with the quality of the room in relation to the accommodation fee. The property was equipped with Balmuda appliances, and the interior design and indirect lighting were sophisticated, creating a comfortable space. The path from reception to the property was a bit difficult to find, but with staff support, I felt reassured. We traveled with our child who is over 2 years old, but we were able to watch Netflix on the projector in the room, making our stay comfortable. There are many restaurants around, making it convenient as a base for sightseeing. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    We used it for a family trip.

    It was an interesting Room in a rather unique Hotel. The Facility was comfortable, and the Room was suitable for a 4-year-old child to play in. The welcome service was abundant, and it's a Hotel I would like to use again when I visit Shizuoka. The Room we used was a bit of a walk from Shizuoka Station, which is a slight drawback, but other than that, I think it's a good Hotel.
