    Poor service.

    Stayed for 2 nights at the end of the year. The location is good, but upon arrival, someone else had already entered the Room, and it was in a used state with the bed and amenities disturbed. After over an hour, I only received an apology email. The staff on call mentioned they were far away and unable to assist properly, treating it as someone else's problem. No cleaning or proper response was provided. I had to stay in that condition for two days, which was very unpleasant. For a cost of around 80,000 yen, the response was inadequate.

    The house is spacious, clean, and close to the sea. The facility itself is comfortable, but there are many missing essentials, requiring prior preparation to feel as relaxed as at home. (We hope the owner will improve the equipment provided.) ※ First of all, while we were able to enter the house following instructions in the pre-arrival email, there were many unclear points about how to use the house and where things were located. Even when we wanted to contact the owner, no contact information was provided anywhere—not even in the guide left in the room—making it difficult to reach out. In fact, contact details were only included in the initial Reservation Confirmation Email. ※ Missing items (compared with similar facilities and price ranges): Rice cooker Toaster Coffee maker Insufficient variety and quantity of plates Only large spoons available; no knives provided Plastic wrap and aluminum foil Dishcloths and kitchen paper towels Drying rack ※ Items you should bring before check-in: Food ingredients Beverages Seasonings and cooking oil There doesn’t seem to be a website for this facility either. It almost makes one wonder if there’s some secret reason why this business must be operated so discreetly... However, knowing all of this beforehand would likely make for a very comfortable stay!
